Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of istishna in application home financing Developer Property Sharia Bogor. This research using descriptive qualitative research to according This type of research was descriptive qualitative research with illustrative for solving the problem. The result of this research is Akad or transaction that applied by Developer Property Sharia using istishna without interest, without penalty, unguaranteed of goods belong to a buyer, and price credit is fixed until paid off.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is an effort made to develop all human potential both physically and mentally so that the formation of a whole Muslim person. Islamic education places humans as creatures created by Allah SWT. Thus, Islamic religious education is important in shaping the character of students, one of which is an honest character. The aim to be achieved is to find out the relationship between learning Islamic religious education towards students' honest behavior. The research method used is quantitative research by random sampling as a research sample selection technique. School chosen as research is a school that has implemented the 2013 Class 8 curricula in Ibnu Aqil Middle School, Bogor Regency. based on this, 54 students were selected as the study sample consisting of classes A to F, which each class took 9 people as the study sample. Data collection was done using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale assessment. Before being used to collect the data needed in research, the validity of the instrument was tested using SPSS. The results of the study explains that there is a significance of 0,000 less than 0.05 which means (Ho) is rejected, and there is a correlation value of 0.679 which means (Ha) is accepted, which means there is a significant positive relationship between learning Islamic education (variable X) on behavior honest students (variable Y), it can be concluded that learning Islamic education has a significant relationship to honest behavior in Ibn Aqil Middle School, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is research that seeks to describe the symptoms, events, and events that are happening now. Descriptive research focuses attention on the actual problem, as it was at the time the research took place. Data collected in the form of words, images and not numbers. There are several steps undertaken to finance the Umrah bailout fund regarding the process that must be passed by prospective users of the Umrah bailout product, including the following: prospective customers must become official customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri, customers come directly to the Bank Syariah Mandiri office by bringing file, then to the financing section and there the financing section will conduct a survey, after it has been decided that the right to receive financing will then carry out a mutually agreed agreement, open a savings account with a minimum balance of Rp.200,000 per person, the customer must have collateral. Legal analysis on the implementation of the umroh bailout product process at Bank Syariah Mandiri uses a sharia-compliant agreement. Of course, Bank Syariah Mandiri already has a sharia supervisory board and a national sharia council, they certainly do not carelessly create a system on their products. If it is reviewed in the feasibility of this product user, Bank Syariah Mandiri does not arbitrarily provide its products, so it is not someone who is truly unable to pay off, but Bank Syariah Mandiri will provide this umroh bailout product to people who can afford to pay in installments.

Abstract

Education is a very important requirement for humans. Based on the results of research conducted, states that student motivation is still relatively low, so we need an active learning strategy that is able to increase student motivation. Active learning strategies that can be used are Critical Incident strategies. This study aims 1) To determine the motivation for fiqh learning in class VII through critical incident strategies in MTs N Bogor City, 2) To determine the effect of Critical Incident strategy on fiqh learning motivation in class VII MTs N in Bogor City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with quasy experiment method or also called pseudo experiment. This research was conducted in seventh grade students of MTs N Bogor City. The results showed through the t-test the value of tcount was 6.299 with a significance of 0,000. Significance value that shows 0,000 <0.005 so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted. This is also supported by the mean value of the experimental class of 61.81 greater than the control class of 55.97. Thus, it can be concluded that the critical incident strategy has an effect on student motivation in class VII MTs N Bogor City.

Abstract

The reaset goal is to analyze the level of satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study was conducted during the months of August-October 2019 at PT. AFI Tour. The data collection method to spread out questionnaires to 70 respondents out of a total population of 240 pilgrims. Processing data using SPSS 25.0 software support for Windows. The results of the analysis of satisfaction index worshipers at a variable intangibles with an average index of 4.59%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 66.43% has the category of very satisfied, the variable reliability with an average index of 4.34%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 65.73% has the category of very satisfied , the variable responsiveness with an average index of 4:09%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 57.28% has the category of very satisfied, the guarantee variable with an average index of 4:25%, which shows the level of satisfaction of the congregation of 63.68% has the category of very satisfied, the variable empathy with an average index of 4.66%, which indicates the level of 67.96% satisfaction pilgrims have very satisfied category.

Abstract

Sebagai seorang wanita sering gundah ketika ingin bekerja diluar, karena sering kali keinginan tersebut berbenturan dengan syariat islam yang mengharuskan seorang wanita tetap dirumah. Akan tetapi menjadi wanita karir pun tidaklah mudah karena harus menjalankan berbagai peran baik sebagai seorang istri, ibu rumah tangga maupun sebagai wanita karir. Belakangan ini sering terjadi wanita yang mengabaikan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai seorang istri yang berdampak kepada keutuhan rumah tangga dikarenakan istri terlalu sibuk bekerja. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang apakah wanita diperbolehkan untuk berkarir? Apasaja hak dan kewajiban seorang suami dan istri? Serta dampak apa saja yang dirasakan bagi wanita yang berkarir? Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus penelitian, yang mana data dan informasi bersumber dari wanita-wanita karir di Kecamatan Tamansari serta adanya dokumentasi sebagai data dari penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa dampak wanita karir terhadap keutuhan rumah tangga di kecamatan tamansari berdampak negatif dan positif. Berpengaruh positif ketika banyak diantara mereka yang mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam segi ekonomi tetapi dalam bersosialisasi sangatlah minim, adanya sikap saling pengertian satu sama lain sehingga tidak menyulitkan mereka dalam berkomunikasi membangun keluarga yang harmonis. Berdampak negatif apabila diantara mereka ada yang saling mengandalkan satu sama lain tanpa ada sikap saling pengertian, mengabaikan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai suami dan istri sehingga terjadi pertengkaran dan membuat rumah tangga menjadi tidak harmonis.

Abstract

Abstract. This article analyzes the leadership style of the headmaster of madrasah and its relationship with professional competence and teacher performance in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. This research aims to find a positive relationship between the leadership style of the madrasah headmaster and professional competence; to know the positive relationship  between the leadership style of madrasah headmaster and teacher performance; and, to know the  positive relationship between the leadership style of the madrasah headmaster and professional competence and teacher performance in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. The approach in this research was non-experimental quantitative approach with a correlational method. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a strong or high correlation between the leadership style of the madrasah headmaster and professional competence and teacher performance in MAN 1 Bogor Regency. Abstrak. Artikel ini menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala madrasah serta hubungannya dengan kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru di madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Upaya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi profesional; mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru; dan mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif secara bersama-sama antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru di madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimental dengan metode korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat atau tinggi, maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan terdapat  hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara kuat atau tinggi  antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the promotional strategy undertaken by SRB HIK Insan Cita and its influence on the customer's decision in choosing financing. This research uses quantitative methods that are descriptive in nature. Data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used was 300 customers and solvin formula used to be 67 sample respondents. Data collection techniques used by researchers are using respondents (questionnaires) and interviews. The method of data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. Promotional mix variables consisting of advertising (advertising), personal selling (personal selling), sales promotion (seles promotion), publicity (publicity) by conducting a t test shows each variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision variable. Judging from the significant advertising variable 0.038, personal selling 0.001, selles promotion 0.039, and publicity 0.002, which means it is smaller than the significant level used that is 0.05. And can also be seen by t count of 2,126, 3,366, 2,108, 3,248 which means t count 0,224. From the results of the analysis examined that the promotion mix strategy significantly influences customer decisions.

Abstract

Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor selaku lembaga pendidikan yang mempunyai kewajiban melaksanakan dharma perguruan tinggi, yaitu salah satunya dengan mengadakan KKN. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh LPPM dan juga hasil koordinasi dengan pihakpemerintah setempat maka KKN pada tahun 2018 ini diselenggarakan didaerah daerah Bogor barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi desa, membantu para tenaga pendidik dan warga sekitar wilayah ciampea ilir RT 03/06 desa Tegal Waru. Metodepenelitian ini menggunakan dengan penelitian survey dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Yang dilakukan oleh kelompok 20 di desa tegal waru khususnya rw 06, kampung ciampea ilir. Setelah kegiatan KKN yang telah kami lakukan mendapat respon yang sangat baik danberjalan dengan sesuai yang kita harapkan. Berbagai bidang yang telah dijadikan sasaran seperti dalam bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi kususnya dilingkungan sekolah dan sekitar posko KKN 20. Selain itu bertepatan dengan hari kemerdekaan Indonesia, 17 agustuskami membantu para panitia acara lomba 17 agustus dan sekaligus berpartisipasi dalam perlombaan tersebut. Terlebih dalam tahun ini acara ini dimeriahkan oleh Habib Husain bin Ali Assegaf yang menambah semarak warga.

Abstract

AbstractBuying and selling transactions must be guided by the ethics of buying and selling that have been determined in Islam. Buying and selling is justified if no party feels disadvantaged. The current phenomenon, in a number of traditional markets there are still market participants who commit lies and fraud by reducing the scales, hiding defects in goods, so that it can harm other parties. This is because the majority of traders expect to get a large profit in their business, so that there is a deviation in business ethics mainly through the reduction of scales from small to large scale. Therefore, this research was carried out in several traditional markets in Bogor Regency to see and survey the facts behind trade transactions. The problems analyzed are related to the extent of honesty of traders in exploring their merchandise, so as to create a friendly, prosperous market and bring prosperity. This research is a quantitative study using survey research methods. Based on the results of surveys in the field, we found that the results of the scales are not in accordance with the truth, and can cause harm and injustice on the part of the customer or the trader. The conclusion from the SPSS model summary analysis shows that the magnitude of R Square is 0.652 or 65.2%. Business ethics variables can be explained by religion by 65.2% and the remaining 34.8% is influenced by other variables that are not observed.Keywords: Transactions, Buy and Sell, Business Ethics. Abstrak Transaksi jual beli harus berpedoman pada etika jual beli yang telah ditentukan dalam Islam. Jual beli dibenarkan jika tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan. Fenomena saat ini, di sejumlah pasar tradisional masih terdapat pelaku pasar yang melakukan kebohongan dan kecurangan dengan mengurangi timbangan, menyembunyikan cacat pada barang, sehingga dapat merugikan pihak lain. Hal ini disebabkan karena mayoritas pedagang berharap mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar dalam bisnisnya, sehingga, terjadi penyimpangan etika bisnis terutama melalui pengurangan timbangan dari skala kecil bahkan besar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di beberapa pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Bogor guna melihat dan mensurvei fakta di balik transaksi perdagangan. Permasalahan yang dianalisis terkait sejauh mana tingkat kejujuran pedagang dalam menjajaki barang dagangannya, sehingga tercipta pasar yang ramah, mensejahterakan serta membawa kemaslahatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Berdasarkan hasil survei di lapangan ditemukan hasil timbangan yang belum sesuai dengan yang sebenarnya, dan dapat menyebabkan kerugian dan kezaliman di pihak pelanggan maupun di pihak pedagang. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis SPSS model summary menunjukkan bahwa besarnya R Square adalah 0,652 atau 65.2%. Variabel etika bisnis dapat dijelaskan oleh keagamaan sebesar 65.2% dan 34.8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati.Kata Kunci: Transaksi, Jual Beli, Etika Bisnis.
