Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aims to explain the system of developing a yellow book-based Islamic education curriculum organized by a typical Islamic boarding school, Ma'had Aly in Aceh Province. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the yellow book became the main focus in curriculum development. At the planning stage, the preparation of yellow book-based courses, then mastery of the yellow book is used as special skill for graduates. In the implementation process, the yellow book is used as the main reference for learning then learning is held using the Khataman system converted to the Semester Credit System (SKS). The learning method is varied, combining lecture models and the yellow book learning model in Islamic boarding schools. The stages of curriculum evaluation are carried out in various ways, including quizzes, midterms, memorization of the Koran and mastery of the yellow book, final semester exams, and writing of treatises.

Abstract

Dengki adalah sifat buruk yang tumbuh dalam manusia yang akan menggorogoti pemiliknya. Ia akan membawa kerugian dunia dan akhirat. Kerugian dunia meliputi, ketidaknyamanan dan ketentraman tidak akan diperoleh karena ia mengerahkan semua pikiran untuk menghancurkan nikmat pada orang lain supaya hilang atau berpindah kepadanya. Sedangkan kerugian keakhirat, amal yang dikerjakan akan dihapus pahalanya, atau akan menanggung dosanya jika amalnya sudah habis. Sifat ini akan membuat pemiliknya terkuras energi lantaran ia terus berusaha dan memikirkan keadaan orang yang ia dengki. Oleh karena itu tulisan akan mengulas tentang bahaya dengki dan pengaruhnya.

Abstract

Dasar ekonomi yang dibangun oleh Islam adalah untuk mencapai Ridha Allah SWT, bukan keuntungan semata, sebagaimana yang dipraktekan kalangan luar Islam khusunya dalam perbankan. Dengan dasar ini apapun bentuk ekonomi yang dilaksanakan tidak menjadi masalah, namun harus dalam koridor tidak terjadi kezaliman di dalamya. Para ulama membolehkan kredit dan penggunaan kartu kredit selama tidak terjadi bunga (nilai tambah) dari aqad, namun sulit dihindari oleh bank-bank konvensional. Sementara bank-bank Islam mengaturnya sangat ketat, sehingga  tidak ada bunga atau nilai tambah.  Kredit dalam Islam tidak haram dan penggunaan kartu kredit juga tidak haram, karena di dalamnya ada unsur Murabahah atau unsur bagi hasil.

Abstract

The main sources of Islamic law are the Qur'an and the Hadith. Mergingthe two gave birth to three sources, namely Consensus. Application of Islamic lawshould provide a sense of comfort for mukallaf. These conditions need to becreated so that the objectives of Islamic law to achieve happiness of the world andthe hereafter is reached. Therefore, the application should require the principles asa foundation. Principles themselves can be obtained at the legal source. The use oflegal principles is absolutely necessary for their implementation. This is veryimportant, because it will give comfort to arbitrate.

Abstract

The COBa3CC model is a model that is the result of a collaboration based on 3 (three) circle components. That is; class-based spiritual pedagogical approach; school culture-based spiritual pedagogic approach; and a community-based spiritual pedagogic approach. The three components are mutually binding to each other. This study looked at the development of students’ religious attitudes in high school education through the COBa3CC Model. This research is qualitative, using data collection methods through observation or direct observation. In addition, to add more accurate data, the researcher used interviews with several teachers who had been previously appointed as resource persons. The results of the study show that the COBa3CC model in fostering students' religiosity has the scope of all aspects of learning. This model builds a school culture that is able to shape student character with the help of school social institutions so that values are formed and instilled in students. The implementation process will run optimally and get results or expectations if all education stakeholders in schools are involved together. The main thing is the involvement of the student's family component; the community and the environment around the school are an integral part of efforts to implement fostering students' religiosity. If the three components above work together and contribute to implementing religious values properly and simultaneously, a strong and dignified national character will be formed accompanied by the practice of religious values, not only limited to students, but will also contribute to educational institutions and the society.
