Abstract

Fivestar Reflexology branch Meruya located in West Jakarta is one of the hospitality industries which is owned by PT Panca Abadi Bersama that provides breakthrough of healthy and relaxation. The basic objective of this research is to determine the influence service quality to customer behavioral intention through customer satisfaction on Fivestar Reflexology branch Meruya. The method used in this study is the path analysis. The result shows that service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Subsequent findings, found that service quality was also has direct and positive effect on customer behavioral intention. From these results, it was found that the implementation of service quality on customer behavioral intention through the mediation customer satisfaction is more influential than directly.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of innovation strategy towards operational performance of manufacturing companies in Sulawesi. Dimensions of innovation strategy are leadership orientation, process innovation, product innovation, and implementation of innovation. Operational performance is measured by using productivity, volume of production defect, warranty claims cost, quality cost, and full on time delivery to consumers. Data collecting was conducted through questionnares, which consisted of 63 respondents. Data is processed with multiple regressions. Results of this research indicate direct significant effect among the dimensions of innovation strategy to the operational performance of manufacturing companies. But not all of them have an effect on operational performance of the manufacturing company. Process innovation, product innovation, and implementation of innovation give significant effect to the operational performance. Leadership orientation does not give significant effect to the operational performance of the manufacturing companies in Sulawesi.

Abstract

PT Bluebird Tbk is a company engaged in the field of transportation services. This study uses quantitative methods through purposive sampling data collection techniques with 100 respondents who are Bluebird Taxi users and domiciled in Greater Jakarta. Data collection using questionnaires and analyzed through SmartPLS software. The analysis is used to test the validity and reliability. The aim is to determine the effect of customer experience and brand image on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square approach. The results showed that customer experience and brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while customer experience and brand image did not significantly effect customer loyalty from the path coefficient results.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship and influence of Brand Equity, and Perceived Product Quality on Customer Value and have impact toward Purchase Intention of Mosquito Trap Zz One on company PT Global Indoraya Lestari. The respondent of this study is consumer that domiciled in Jakarta. This study uses Structural Equationg Model method to measure the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. In this study collected data uses questionnaire spread and achieve 100 respondent. The result of this study show the significance of relationship and influence of Brand Equity and Perceived Product Quality on Customer value toward Purchase Intention. But have one variables Perceived Product Quality not have significance individualy toward Purchase Intention on mosquito trap Zz One. FFK

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence between Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products. The population in this study were people who follow the official Tenue de Attire account on Instagram. This study uses Path Analysis to measure the relationship and the influence of independent variables with dependent variables. In this study, data was obtained by collecting questionnaires to the population through Direct Message. The results obtained in this study are, Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing have a significant influence on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara Social Media terhadap Brand Attitude yang memiliki dampak terhadap Purchase Intention pada Jasa wedding photography pada perusahaan PT. Cemara Selamat Sempurna. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model untuk mengukur hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel independent dengan variabel dependent. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Hasil yang dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah ditemukan adanya pengaruh antara Social Media terhadap Brand Attitude secara individu, adanya juga pengaruh secara simultan antara Social Media terhadap Purchase intention melalui Brand Attitude pada PT. Cemara Selamat Sempurna. Namun ditemukan ada satu variabel yaitu Social Media yang tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap Purchase Intention. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship and influence between Social Media on Brand Attitude that has an impact on Purchase Intention on wedding photography services at PT. Cemara Selamat Sempurna. The population in this study is the people who live in the city of Jakarta. This study uses the Structural Equation Model method to measure the relationship and influence between independent variables with dependent variables. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The results achieved in this study were found an influence of Social Media on Brand Attitude, there is also a simultaneous influence on Social Media and Purchase intention through Brand Attitude at PT. Cemara Selamat Sempurna. But it was found that there was one variable, namely Social Media that did not have a direct influence on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan kapal yang sangat tinggi setelah keluarnya asas cabotage, kebutuhan untuk spare-part kapal pun akan meningkat. Setiap pelanggan akan mempertimbangkan product quality, price, country of origin sebagai faktor mereka dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian melalui niat beli customer PT Anugrah Kasih Setia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh product quality, price, country of origin terhadap purchase cecision spare-part melalui purchase intention sebagai variable intervening pada PT. Anugrah Kasih Setia. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang merupakan customer PT Anugrah Kasih Setia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Path Analysis. Peneliti telah membuktikan bahwa product quality mempengaruhi purchase intention, peneliti telah membuktikan bahwa price mempengaruhi purchase intention, peneliti telah membuktikan bahwa country of origin mempengaruhi purchase intention. Peneliti telah membuktikan bahwa product quality, price, dan country of origin mempengaruhi purchase decision secara langsung maupun simultan melalui purchase intention.

Abstract

Di dunia ini manusia hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi. Bank adalah salah satu perusahaan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indoneisa. PT Bank Sulut Go adalah salah satu dari begitu banyaknya bank di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari Serivce Quality dan Service Value terhadap Customer Satisfaction (Y) serta dampaknya terhadap Behavior Intention pada PT Bank Sulut Go, khususnya cabang Jakarta, dengan menargetkan responden nasabah PT Bank SulutGo Cabang Jakarta yakni sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode SEM-PLS dan menemukan hasil bahwa Service Quality mempengaruhi Customer Satisfaction dan Behavior Intention, namun Service Value hanya mempengaruhi Behavior Intention dan tidak mempengaruhi Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Di dunia ini, banyak sekali bisnis kreatif yang mulai berada. Salah satu kategorinya adalah pada bidang makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tau apakah ada efek dari Product Quality dan Service Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan dampaknya pada Customer Loyalty di Cocomas Terrace cabang Cibubur Junction, dengan menargetkan 100 responden. Penelitian ini akan digunakan uji SEM-PLS dan diketahui bahwa Product Quality dan Service Quality mempengaruhi Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty.
