Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of leverage on company value mediated by dividend policy and moderated by business risk in infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX in the period 2017 – 2022. The research uses a quantitative method using secondary data from the financial statements of each company, both obtained through the IDX website and the official website of each company. Sampling uses a non-probability method on companies listed in the infrastructure sector listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. The research data is panel data analyzed using SPSS and Hayes Process with analysis stages, namely descriptive statistics to conditional process analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that leverage has a negative and significant effect on the company's value, Dividend Policy has a positive and significant effect on the company's value, Leverage has no effect on the dividend policy, Dividend policy is unable to mediate the influence of leverage with the company's value, Business Risk is unable to moderate the influence of leverage with the dividend policy and Business Risk is able to moderate the influence of leverage with the company's value.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating factor among employees at PT Hi-Lex Indonesia Tangerang. This type of research uses quantitative research with 75 samples and use simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis was conducted using the Smart Partial Least Square 4.0 (SmartPLS) application. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB, and job satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effect of transformational leadership on OCB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud menguji serta menganalisis peran good corporate governance yang diukur dengan KM (Kepemilikan Manajerial) dalam memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROA (Return on Assets) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diwakili oleh PBV (Price to Book Value) dengan ukuran perusahaan diukur menggunakan logaritma natural dari total aset perusahaan dan leverage yang proksinya adalah DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) difungsikan sebagai variabel pengontrol. Studi ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan sektor Basic Materials di BEI tahun 2018–2024, dengan 28 sampel yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pengujian hipotesis, khususnya menggunakan uji t parsial dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) memanfaatkan perangkat lunak STATA versi 17. Hasil pengujian empiris menegaskan bahwa profitabilitas berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, good corporate governance tidak memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan leverage berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan; Profitabilitas; Good Corporate Governnace; Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage.
