Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe the negotiation of gender identity of woman’s pedicab drivers in their social life. Stigmatize or opinions among people that woman only works such as 3M (cooking, make up, and give birth). Otherwise in perak Surabaya, and bangkalan Madura there are some women works as pedicap drivers. It is a proof that woman not only able to work in domestic but also public worksThe study applies qualitative descriptive analysis with data collecting methods by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is data reduction, data providing and conclusion. Data validity technique applied is source of triangulation source for data validity cheeking in which the informants are selected by using purposive sampling method.The results of the study shows that identity negotiations of woman’s pedicab driver are receive although pedicap women adopt the values of pedicap man. Furthermore there is something unfair with genders inequality/ inequity in revealing identity which is happened to woman’s drivers in their social life. Such us , Stereotipe, Subordinasi, Marginalization, Double Burden and Violence.Keywords: Negotiation Identity, Identity, Gender Concept, and Feminist Eksistensialis.

Abstract

Christian Religious Education Lessons on the formation of a person’s character is a very serous thing to be improved and fostered. The example of a Christian’s life will be even more important if that person can bring a very good Christian life and be able to implement his faith in the midst of his own social life. Christian religious education must be seriously improved, because it is related and is an intergal (whole) part in the development and improvement of human life as a whole. Which is assigned to every human being as God’s representative in proclaiming the Word of Truth in the midst of the world. Someone who has studied Christian education well is able to show positive behavior (good character), has different strengths in his actions. He has healthy ideas, faith, hope and optimism. Positive ideas emanate from his mind, as well as the law of attraction, where positive results will be attracted to people who think positively. Realization of Christian Religious Education is said to be isgnificant because it is beneficial in increasing the formation of good character and having a positive self-concept. So thus someone will appear confident with all the capabilities and wholeness owned.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji potensi disparitas penerimaan pajak PPh Pasal 21 sebelum dan sesudah penerapan insentif perpajakan bagi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Sampel penelitian berupa penerimaan pajak PPh Pasal 21 tahun 2018 hingga 2021 yang diperoleh dari KPP Pratama Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi sebagai pendekatan analisis datanya. Terdapat disparitas yang mencolok dalam pemungutan penerimaan pajak PPh Pasal 21 di KPP Pratama Banjarmasin sebelum terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 dan setelah penerapan insentif perpajakan pada masa pandemi. Pengamatan ini menunjukkan bahwa wajib pajak PPh Pasal 21 telah menunjukkan kapasitasnya dalam memenuhi komitmennya dengan memanfaatkan keuntungan perpajakan yang diberikan pemerintah. Berdasarkan temuan studi kualitatif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan yang mencolok antara masa sebelum Covid-19 dan masa setelah penerapan insentif pajak di tengah pandemi Covid-19,  meskipun pada tahun 2019 mengalami sedikit penurunan akan tetapi pada tahun selanjutnya realisasi penerimaan pajak mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.

In addition, networking contributes to building a professional image and trust, which are important factors for attracting customers and strategic partners. Solid interpersonal relationships also open up opportunities for creative collaboration and idea sharing, allowing entrepreneurs to face challenges more effectively. Whether through online or offline platforms, networking is a key strategic element in creating long-term success for an entrepreneur. In the current digital era, networking can be done through various platforms, either directly, such as attending conferences and business events, or online through social media and virtual communities. This process not only expands connections but can also provide an opportunity to understand industry trends and build competitive advantages. Therefore, networking is not just about building relationships, but is also one of the main strategies that can encourage long-term success and growth for an entrepreneur.
