Abstract

Attendance and punctuality of employee attendance are often used as one indicators in employee performance assessment.Employee absenteeism has a big impact on work productivity in achieving company goals, especially in government agencies related to community services. Regarding the village apparatus in Bengkayang District, it is ONE of the government agencies that still carries out the attendance process manually so that data collection on attendance hours, entry hours, departure times, recapitulation of employee absences requires a relatively long time in the calculation and data search process. This manual attendance process is prone to causing incidents loss of data can affect the credibility of the data used to make employee absence reports. Based on these problems, something is needed employee attendance information system to manage data related to employee absences. The Employee Attendance Information System in this research was built using a qualitative method, where this method consists of the stages of problem analysis, system requirements, system requirements analysis, and system design. By implementing the village apparatus attendance information system in Bengkayang sub-district, it is hoped that it can help in managing employee attendance data and improve agency performance. Abstract

In the world of education, Christian religious education teachers play an important role in shaping the ethics, character and morals of students, because in the world of education most students experience character and moral crisis problems, where they are not controlled by the influence of technological developments and even environmental conditions. can also influence students' ethics, character and morals. Therefore, attention is really needed from various parties, especially the role and attention of teachers in the world of education, in teaching and learning with the aim of helping students learn about the world of education from not knowing to knowing, especially knowing character and morals. Educators not only aim to teach, but educators must also act as teachers who take part in building students' morals and character, and are responsible in accordance with the goals of education and learning to shape and create a generation with noble morals. so that every student has good character and morals in living the days of his life.

Abstract

Networking plays a crucial role in developing an entrepreneur's career. With a wide network, entrepreneurs can access various resources, business opportunities, guidance and support from investors that can accelerate the development of their business. In addition, networking contributes to building a professional image and trust, which are important factors for attracting customers and strategic partners. Solid interpersonal relationships also open up opportunities for creative collaboration and idea sharing, allowing entrepreneurs to face challenges more effectively. Whether through online or offline platforms, networking is a key strategic element in creating long-term success for an entrepreneur. In the current digital era, networking can be done through various platforms, either directly, such as attending conferences and business events, or online through social media and virtual communities. This process not only expands connections but can also provide an opportunity to understand industry trends and build competitive advantages. Therefore, networking is not just about building relationships, but is also one of the main strategies that can encourage long-term success and growth for an entrepreneur.

Abstract

This article examines the role of Christian religious education in Indonesia as a tool for creating unity amidst the diversity of society. With a long history of forming character and positive values, this education needs to adapt to the context of advanced society. Through emphasizing the values ​​of tolerance, interfaith dialogue, and character development, Christian Religious Education aims to reduce tensions between various religious groups. This article also highlights the contribution of education in social activities and community service that supports social and economic development. In facing the challenges of globalization, education must continue to innovate by utilizing technology to instill inclusive values. In conclusion, Christian religious education not only functions to educate individuals, but also as an agent of social change, creating a society that is more united and harmonious in diversity.
