The background in this study is the phenomenon of vocational students who are found to have problems with sexual behavior deviations, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-control and sexual behavior in vocational students. The variable included in this study is self-control as an independent variable and as a dependent variable for sexual behavior. This study was conducted in vocational training “X” Mojosari, with a sample of 84 students, using Probability Sampling, Proportional Strict Random Sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses the first two psychological scales of the Likert model, i.e., the thurstone scale for the self-control scale and the sexual behavior scale. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between self-control and sexual behavior in high school vocational training students. Data analysis was performed using the Pearson product moment correlation statistical technique using the Windows SPSS program. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.856 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a positively relationship between self-control and significant and unidirectional sexual behavior. So that the higher the self control, the more also high sexual behavior in students at vocational high school "X" Mojosari, as well otherwise. The contribution effective of self-control to sexual behavior was 73.2%.

Academic stress is an individual response that arises because of their inability to complete or complete academic demands. This study aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin, with a sample of 114 subjects. Data collection techniques in this study used the adversity quotient scale (ɑ = 0.949) and the academic stress scale (ɑ = 0.945). The data analysis technique used Pearson's product-moment correlation with the help of SPSS 18.0. The results of the research data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (rxy) was -0.247 with a significance of 0.004 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. In this study, the influence of the adversity quotient variable with academic stress was 6.1%.

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional support and psychological well-being in students. This research method is quantitative with a correlational approach. The variables in this study are emotional support as the independent variable and psychological well-being as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Grati with a sample of 333 students who were taken by the sampling method used was probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. namely the sampling technique by providing equal opportunities for each element. Data analysis was performed by Pearson product moment correlation analysis using SPSS 23 for windows program. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between emotional support and psychological well-being for students at SMKN 1 Grati. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.562 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. With an effective contribution of 31.6%, which means that emotional support affects the level of psychological well-being of students.

Premarital sexual relations experienced by young women can have a negative psychological impact. To deal with these conditions, it takes skills to restore mental conditions to normal, such as having not been exposed to a problem called resilience. This study aims to determine the description of resilience and the factors that influence resilience in adolescents who have had premarital sex. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological type, using 1 female subject aged between 13 – 23 years who lives in the city of Sidoarjo. Determination of subjects using a non-random sampling technique with purposive sampling strategy, data collection methods in the form of interviews with one primary subject, 2 significant others, and rating scale. The results showed that there was a picture of resilience in adolescent girls who had experienced adversity due to premarital sex. The most dominant aspect is insight, and the aspect that does not appear is humor. As well as showing the factors that influence resilience in adolescent girls in the form of I Have, I Am, I Can.

This research motivated by phenomenon students experiencing academic procrastination. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and academic procrastination of students at SMK Krian 1 Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative using correlational approach. The population was students of class X and XI totaling 1412 students, class XII wasn’t studied because they had graduated. The research sample was 213 students using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research data collection technique used the emotional regulation scale (ɑ = 0.800) and the academic procrastination scale (ɑ = 0.917). The data analysis technique uses Pearson's product moment correlation with the help of SPSS 22.0. The results of the analysis research data show the correlation coefficient (r xy) of -0.390 with significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there significant negative relationship between emotional regulation and academic procrastination of students at SMK Krian 1 Sidoarjo. The effect of emotion regulation on academic procrastination in the study was 15.2%

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional regulation and academic stress in class XII students of SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School. The variables in this study are Emotion Regulation as the independent variable and Academic Stress as the dependent variable. The research was conducted at Insan Cendekia Mandiri High School Boarding School. The number of samples is 64 students, using the saturated sampling technique. The hypothesis is that there is a negative relationship between emotional regulation and academic stress in class XII students of SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School. Data analysis using Pearson correlation technique with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of -0.448** with a significance value of p = 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted with an effective contribution coefficient value of R Square of 20.0%. It is concluded that there is a negative relationship between emotion regulation and academic stress. it means that if emotion regulation is high then academic stress is low. conversely, if emotion regulation is low then academic stress is high.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students experiencing narcissistic behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between subjective well being and narcissistic behavior in students using Instagram at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, totaling 10,806 students. The sample in this study were 340 students using probability sampling and random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a subjective well being scale (ɑ = 0.949) and a narcissistic behavior scale (ɑ = 0.951). The data analysis technique used Pearson's product-moment correlation with the help of SPSS 18.0. The results of this research data analysis indicate that the correlation coefficient (rxy) is -0.535 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant negative relationship between subjective well-being and narcissistic behavior in students using Instagram at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The effect of subjective well being on narcissistic behavior in this study was 28.6%.

This quantitative research study investigates the presence of narcissistic tendencies and their association with social media addiction in students using Instagram at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. With a sample size of 300 students selected through quota sampling technique, the study employed the Berge Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS) and Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) scale for data collection. Utilizing Pearson's product-moment correlation analysis in SPSS, the findings reveal a significant positive relationship between narcissistic tendencies and social media addiction (rxy = 0.125, p = 0.031 < 0.05). The study's implications suggest that approximately 2.3% of social media addiction can be attributed to narcissistic tendencies among university students. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of the interplay between personality traits and online behavior, urging further research and interventions to address the impact of narcissism on social media engagement. Highlights: The study explores the relationship between narcissistic tendencies and social media addiction among university students on Instagram. The research utilizes quantitative methods and correlational analysis to examine the association between narcissistic tendencies and social media addiction. Findings reveal a significant positive relationship between narcissistic tendencies and social media addiction among students, highlighting the influence of personality traits on online behavior. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between academic self-efficacy and mathematics learning outcomes among upper-grade students in elementary schools in Sidoarjo. The participants included 185 students from the Prohibition State Elementary School and MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng, ranging from fourth to fifth grade. The study employed an academic self-efficacy scale and utilized mathematics learning outcomes obtained from student report cards. Data analysis was conducted using saturated sampling analysis, revealing a correlation coefficient of 0.135 (p=0.033). The findings indicated a moderate level of academic self-efficacy in 43% of students, high academic self-efficacy in 17%, and very high academic self-efficacy in 9%. Additionally, the R-square results demonstrated that academic self-efficacy accounted for 1.8% of the variance in mathematics learning outcomes, suggesting that other factors also contribute to students' performance. These findings highlight the importance of considering academic self-efficacy and other influential factors in enhancing mathematics learning outcomes among elementary school students. Highlights: The study examines the relationship between academic self-efficacy and mathematics learning outcomes in upper-grade students from elementary schools in Sidoarjo. A total of 185 participants from Prohibition State Elementary School and MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng were involved in the study. The findings suggest that academic self-efficacy accounts for 1.8% of the variance in mathematics learning outcomes, indicating the presence of other influencing factors. This research is motivated by a decrease in employee work discipline. The purpose of this study is to find out and provide an explanation of the relationship between organizational climate and employee work discipline. This research method is quantitative correlation with the subject of PT Galaxy Indah Jaya employees, totaling 163 employees. Determination of the subject using the non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The variables in this study are organizational climate and work discipline. The data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale, namely the Likert scale for organizational climate variables and work discipline variables. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work discipline on employees of PT Galaxy Indah Jaya in Sidoarjo with an rxy value of 0.911, a significance of 0.000. Highlights: The research focuses on the relationship between organizational climate and employee work discipline. The study uses a quantitative correlation research method with PT Galaxy Indah Jaya employees as the subject. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 for Windows, revealing a significant positive relationship (rxy = 0.911) between organizational climate and work discipline.
