Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengupas lebih jauh terkait konsep pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dan konsep saintifik sebagai penyeimbang era revolusi industri 4.0. Revolusi Industri 4.0 merupakah perubahan besar dalam ekosistem dunia dan tata cara kehidupan manusia. Revolusi industry 4.0 bahkan diyakini data meningkatkan perekonomian daj lualitas kehidupan secara signifikan, begitu juga dalam bidang Pendidikan di Indonesia. Pembelajaran yang terdampak dapat ditandai dengan adanya penggunaan aplikasi-aplikasi pembelajaran via gadget ataupun dengan tatap muka. Pergeseran cara belajar ini dimulai dari jenjang PAUD hingga mahasiswa meski masih banyak sekolah yang belum menerapkan, sebagai contoh di daerah terpencil yang memang belum mendapatkan fasilitas. Kemudahan dalam mendapatkan materi pelajaran atau dalam mencari informasi, tentu saja harus didampingi dengan nilai-nilai agama dalam KBM dan konsep saintifik, sebagai pengontrol akses informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian literatur review yang menguraikan tentang teori, temuan, dan bahan penelitian lainnya yang diperoleh dari bahan acuan untuk dijadikan landasan kegiatan penelitian untuk menyusun kerangka pemikiran terkait integrasi Islam dan Saintifik. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah perlunya penanaman nilai-nilai Islam sebagai prinsip hidup siswa sekolah dasar dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan pembiasaan pembelajaran berbasis penemuan dan eksperimen sehingga siswa sekolah dasar mampu menemukan konsep pembelajaran sendiri sebagai pondasi revolusi industri 4.0 yang tentu saja memudahkan bahkan memanjakan penggunanya. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore further the concept of learning by integrating Islamic values and scientific concepts as a counterweight to the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a big change in the world ecosystem and the way of human life. The 4.0 industrial revolution is even believed to have significantly improved the economy of the quality of life, as well as in Indonesia's education. Affected learning can be characterized by the use of learning applications via gadgets or face to face. This shift in learning starts from the PAUD level to students even though there are still many schools that have not applied it, for example in remote areas that do not yet have facilities. The ease in getting subject matter or in finding information, of course, must be accompanied by religious values in the KBM and scientific concepts, as controllers of access to information. This study uses a literature review research method that describes theories, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as a basis for research activities to develop a framework for the integration of Islam and the Scientific. The results obtained are the need to inculcate Islamic values as the principle of life of elementary school students in teaching and learning and habituation of learning based on discovery and experimentation so that elementary school students are able to find their own learning concepts as a counterweight to the 4.0 industrial revolution which of course makes it easier even to indulge its users.

Panti asuhan merupakan lembaga kesejahteraan sosial yang bertanggung jawab memberikan layanan kesjehateraan sosial kepada anak terlantar baik dari segi pengasuhan, ekonomi maupun pendidikannya. Sehingga anak-anak di panti asuhan dapat merasakan haknya sebagai anak serta berkembang sesuai dengan kapasitas life skill (intelektual, emosional serta sosial) sebagai anak pada umumnya. Namun, fakta menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dipanti asuhan Yatim Aisyiah Balongbendo memiliki permasalahan dalam mengembangkan life skill, dimana anak panti asuhan kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam meregulasi diri, seperti: tidak memiliki orientasi masa depan, daya saing yang kurang, monitoring diri yang kurang dan kurang memiliki kemampuan pengelolaan diri serta emosi. Selain itu, permasalahan yang terjadi juga karena kurangnya kemampuan penanganan bagi anak yang bermasalah di panti asuhan oleh kakak-kakak purna asuh. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan penanganan anak seperti, kemampuan konseling saat anak mengalami masalah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penanganan dengan pendekatan psikologis yang mengarah pada peningkatan kapasitas life skill anak panti asuhan melalui kegiatan pelatihan regulasi diri. Yang kedua, agar penanganan anak bermasalah dapat ditangani secara memadahi oleh kakak purna asuh maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan bekal kemampuan sebagai konselor sebaya serta mengadakan pojok konseling guna penanganan anak bermasalah di Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Balongbendo.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic achievement of students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The variables in this study are self-regulated learning as the independent variable and academic achievement as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 108 students. The author uses the method of issac and michael with a level of 5% so that the total population that is used as a sample according to the issac and michael table is 84 students. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. Data collection uses a Likert model scale, namely the self-regulated learning scale. And use the cumulative grade point average or GPA to see student academic achievement. Analysis of the research data using correlation techniques using SPSS 25 for windows. The analysis in this study obtained a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.376 which has a significance value of 0.000, which means that there is a positive relationship between self-regulated learning and academic achievement. It can be concluded that the higher the self-regulated learning, the higher the academic achievement of the students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, with an effect magnitude of 42.7%. This study aims to determine the relationship between Self Regulated Learning and Academic Stress During Online Learning in Psychology Study Program Students, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The variables contained in this study are self-regulated learning as the independent variable and academic stress as the dependent variable. This research uses non - probability sampling technique . The number of samples used were 248 students. The results in this study indicate a correlation coefficient of -0.466 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between self-regulated learning and academic stress. This means that the higher self-regulated learning during online learning, the lower academic stress during online learning experienced by psychology study program students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, on the other hand, if self-regulated learning is lower, academic stress during online learning will be higher. Highlights: Negative correlation: The study found a negative relationship between self-regulated learning and academic stress during online learning among psychology study program students. Higher self-regulated learning was associated with lower academic stress. Sample size and technique: The research utilized a non-probability sampling technique and included a sample of 248 students, emphasizing the generalizability of the findings to the target population. Significance of online learning: The study specifically focused on the context of online learning, highlighting the importance of self-regulated learning in mitigating academic stress among students in the psychology study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. A single parent is a parent who alone raises their children without the presence, support or responsibility of their spouse. Mothers must play a major role in the growth and development of children, because mothers are the first teachers who can have a very big influence on their children. Being a single parent with teenage children is a great gift entrusted by the creator, having teenage children means having a big responsibility in guiding them to adulthood. This study aims to describe the model of single mother parenting. The subjects in this study consisted of 2 single mothers, the sample in this study used the snowball sampling technique and met the following criteria: 1) single mothers 2) domiciled in Taman, Sidoarjo. This study uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The data collection technique used by the researcher is interviews. The results of this study stated that the two subjects applied the democratic parenting model to their teenage children.. Highlights: Single-parenting challenges: The study focuses on the unique experiences and challenges faced by single mothers in raising their teenage children alone. Democratic parenting: The research highlights the application of the democratic parenting model by single mothers as an effective approach in guiding their teenage children. Qualitative case study: The study employs qualitative research methods, using interviews as the primary data collection technique, to gain in-depth insights into the experiences and parenting practices of the single mothers in the sample. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and self-regulated learning in students of the Faculty of Psychology and Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo who have a tendency to have low levels of self-regulated learning. The population in this study were students of the eighth amounting to 463 students and the sample of this study was 210 students who were taken using cluster sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale with a likert, namely the self-control scale and a self -regulated learning scale compiled by researchers based on aspects of the scale. The data analysis technique used is the Spearman rho assisted by JASP software. The results of data analysis obtained rxy = 0.694 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, then the proposed hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-control and self-regulated learning in eighth semester students of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Muhammaadiyah Sidoarjo. Highlights: Relationship between self-control and self-regulated learning: The study explores the connection between self-control and self-regulated learning in students with low levels of self-regulated learning. Sample and data collection: The study includes 210 eighth-semester students from the Faculty of Psychology and Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Data was collected using Likert scales developed by the researchers. Statistical analysis and results: Spearman rho analysis with JASP software revealed a significant positive relationship (rxy = 0.694, p = 0.001) between self-control and self-regulated learning, confirming the proposed hypothesis. COMMUNİTY SERVİCES: IMPROVİNG TEACHER COMPETENCE İN THE IDENTİFİCATİON PROCESS OF STUDENTS WİTH SPECİAL NEEDS AT SLB AİSYİYAH PORONG. Special school (SLB) is a form of formal education that is devoted to managing students who have special needs both in terms of development and academics. The various types of disabilities or special needs of these students require a thorough and comprehensive theoretical understanding of the behavioral characteristics of each type. This makes every teacher who teaches in special schools is required to have the ability and sensitivity in identifying students based on their distinctive behavioral characteristics. Whereas in SLB 'Aisyiyah Porong, in practice there is still no system for identifying students with special needs who register as new students based on the distinctive characteristics of each student. So that the need for competency development is related to theoretical understanding and then the practice of identifying prospective students becomes greater. This can be used as an initial milestone in the development of appropriate learning tools and according to the characteristics and abilities of each student

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo tahun 2023 melakukan kolaborasi dengan BUMDES Bulusari, Kecamatan Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Kolaborasi tersebut dilaksanakan dengan melihat adanya permasalahan terkait Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Bulusari. Oleh karena itu, dari adanya permasalahan terkait Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) tersebut perlu adanya penyelesaian atau peran serta dari pemerintah desa hingga tim pengabdian masyarakat dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang khususnya dari tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dengan melakukan “Pemberdayaan Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui Digital Marketing di Desa Bulusari”. Pemberdayaan terhadap pelaku UMKM tersebut dilaksanakan dengan melakukan adanya sosialisasi dengan tema UMKM, Digital Marketing, dan Legalitas. Hal tersebut, dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi kendala atau permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan mengembangkan potensi dari pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Bulusari, Kecamatan Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan.

Studi ini membahas masalah rendahnya minat belajar anak-anak di masyarakat pedesaan Indonesia dengan mengkaji dampak dari program keterlibatan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok mahasiswa. Tujuan program meliputi peningkatan keterlibatan belajar di kalangan siswa melalui tiga intervensi utama: bantuan belajar di kelas, diseminasi pendidikan karakter, dan bimbingan belajar di rumah. Menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, studi menilai efektivitas intervensi ini dalam mempromosikan partisipasi belajar aktif. Hasilnya mengungkapkan pergeseran positif yang signifikan dalam minat belajar di antara kelompok sasaran, menggarisbawahi nilai inisiatif berbasis masyarakat. Highlight: Intervensi yang Efektif: Studi ini menyoroti keefektifan dari tiga strategi intervensi—pendampingan pembelajaran di kelas, diseminasi pendidikan karakter, dan bimbingan belajar di rumah—yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar di kalangan siswa. Pendekatan Metode Campuran: Desain penelitian metode campuran digunakan untuk mengevaluasi secara komprehensif dampak program keterlibatan masyarakat, menggabungkan data kuantitatif tentang minat belajar dengan wawasan kualitatif dari peserta. Implikasi Lintas Budaya: Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inisiatif yang digerakkan secara lokal, menunjukkan potensi kemitraan universitas-masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pendidikan dan motivasi, dengan implikasi untuk intervensi pendidikan lintas budaya yang lebih luas. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the surge in maladaptive behavior among kindergarten students presents a pressing educational concern. Swift identification of such behaviors is crucial for effective intervention. This quantitative experimental study investigates the efficacy of the "Utilization of Information Technology-based Maladaptive Behavior Screening" training in bolstering the competence of teachers. Through quasi-experimental methods, 49 teachers from 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal in Sidoarjo Regency participated in the training. The assessment tool employed was a comprehension test. Statistical analysis via paired samples t-test revealed a significant enhancement (p = 0.009; p < 0.05) between pre- and post-training performance. The intervention showcased substantial effectiveness (rs = 0.053; rs > 0.5) in elevating the teaching quality at 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal. This study underscores the importance of IT-based tools in addressing maladaptive behavior issues and fortifying teacher aptitude amidst challenging circumstances, with implications extending to diverse educational settings. Highlight: Educational Imperative: The study addresses the heightened maladaptive behavior in kindergarten students during the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing the urgency of timely identification for effective intervention. IT-Based Training Impact: The research examines the positive impact of "Utilization of Information Technology-based Maladaptive Behavior Screening" training on teacher competence, demonstrated through significant performance enhancement.
