Abstract

This study aims to reveal the experience of internship and the role of teachers in the interests of student entrepreneurship. This study uses the ex-post facto method with a quantitative approach. The study population was vocational students in the Technical and Informatics Expe rtise Program in Buol District, which was precisely 160 students. The number of research samples is 113 students using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection uses questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the internship experience (24.19%) and the role of the teacher (13.61%) had a positive and significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. While simultaneously the two variables are insightful for entrepreneurship interests of 37.8%. These results indicate that the experience of internship and the role of teachers are more so that it can produce vocational graduates not only ready to work but also able to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan  dengan prinsip “The Great Young Entrepreneur” di SMK untuk kurikulum 2013; (2) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan di SMK untuk kurikulum 2013 yang dapat menumbuhkan mental dan motivasi peserta didik untuk berwirausaha; (3) mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip The Great Young Entrepeneur yang telah dikembangkan; dan (4) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip The Great Young Entrepreneur yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip The Great Young Entrepreneur dapat digunakan dengan baik.(2) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan yaitu: buku panduan model dan materi ajar. (3) Model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip TGYE dan perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil ujicoba memenuhi kriteria praktis.(4) Model pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dengan prinsip TGYE dan perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria efektif. DEVELOPING A CRAFT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING MODEL WITH THE PRINCIPLE OF “THE GREAT YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR” AT SMK FOR CURRICULUM 2013 Abstract The purposes of this study were (1) to produce a craft and entrepreneurship learning model with the principle of "The Great Young Entrepreneur" at SMK's for curriculum in 2013; (2) produce craft and entrepreneurial learning tools at SMK for curriculum 2013 that can grow mental and motivation of learners to be an entrepreneur; (3) determine the level of practicality of the learning model with the principle of “The Great Young Entrepreneur which was developed; and (4) determine the level of effectiveness of the learning model with the principle of the great young entrepreneur which was developed. The results of the study are as follows (1) Craft and entrepreneurial learning model with the principle “The Great Young Entrepreneur” can be used (starting from the beginning of the formatiom of groups up to business assistance through “The Great Young Entrepreneur” Community). (2) learning device resulting from the development of craft and entrepreneurial learning model with “The Great Young Entrepreneur” principle is guide book model and teaching materials. (3) craft and entrepreneurial learning model with “The Great Young Entreprenuer” principle and learning device based on the results meet the practicality criteria. (4) craft and entrepreneurial learning model with “The Great Young Entrepeneur” principle and learning device based on the results meet the criteria of effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti validitas konstrak dari instrumen yang digunakan untuk kegiatan evaluasi outcome dari lembaga pendidikan guru vokasional. Instrumen ini terdiri atas 3 jenis instrumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Kriteria yang digunakan untuk melihat kecocokan model adalah: p-value, normed Chi-square (X2/df), RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), RMR (Root Mean-square Residual), GFI (Goodness-of-Fit Index), NFI (Normed Fit Index), Non-Normed Fit Index (NNFI), dan CFI (Comparative Fit Index). Bukti validitas instrumen dapat dilihat pada besarnya faktor loading dan t-value.  Jika loading factor lebih besar dari 0,3 dengan t-valuelebih besar dari 1,96 maka butir pernyataan dapat dikategorikan valid. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil: (1) pada instrumen I terdapat 26 butir yang dinyatakan valid; (2) pada instrumen II terdapat 23 butir yang dinyatakan valid; dan (3) pada instrumen III terdapat 18 butir yang dinyatakan valid.Kata kunci: validitas konstrak, evaluasi, lembaga pendidikan guru vokasional CONSTRUCT VALIDITY OF OUTCOME EVALUATION INSTRUMENT IN VOCATIONAL TEACHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONAbstractThis research aims to get the construct validity evidence of the outcome evaluation instrument of vocational teacher education institution. The instrument consists of 3 kinds of instruments. The analysis technique that is used to test the construct validity is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The criteria used to determine the goodness of fit were: p-value, normed Chi-square (X2/df), RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), RMR (Root Mean-square Residual), GFI (Goodness-of-Fit Index), NFI (Normed Fit Index), Non-Normed Fit Index (NNFI), and CFI (Comparative Fit Index). The evidence of the construct validity was based on the standardized loading factor and t-value. If the loading factor 0.3 with t-value 1.96, the item is valid. Based on the analysis, the research results are: (1) 26 item of the instrument I are categorized valid; (2) 23 items of instrument II are categorized valid; and (3) 18 items of instrument III are categorized valid.Keywords: construct validity, evaluation, vocational teacher education institution

Abstract

Tourism has become a leading sector for Bali Province, especially Karangasem. Karangasem Regency continues to improve itself by continuing to develop tourism potential that has both the potential of nature, culture and customs. Bali Provincial Government in 2015-2018 through the Bali Mandara Volume II Program launched the establishment of 100 tourism villages, one of which was Temukus-Besakih Village. The purpose of this study is to develop and empower the people of Temukus-Besakih Village to support village-based tourism. The method used in this study is interpretative naturalistic, with the following steps: grand tours, observations, surveys, and literature studies with literature relating to the topic of research. The results showed the potential possessed by Temukus-Besakih Village in realizing tourism villages seen from the criteria of tourist villages, among others: attractions, distance traveled, religion, and infrastructure availability. The basic concept of developing Temukus-Besakih Village as a tourism village is "Sustainable Tourism Village". The concept of development of the basic concept consists of spatial plans, namely: environmental zones, socio-cultural zones, and economic zones.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pengembangan sekolah Lukma-nulhakeem Yala, Thailand meliputi: perencanaan kebijakan, implementasi kebijakan, hasil kebijakan, dan dampak kebijakan agar diperoleh kebijakan pengembangan sekolah yang berdampak efektif. Analisis kebijakan pengembangan sekolah ini meneliti implementasi kebijakan yang dilihat dari input, dan proses, policy outcome yang dilihat dari hasil, dan dampak yang terkait dengan pengembangan sekolah. Sumber informasi adalah manajer sekolah, kepala sekolah, dua pengurus yayasan, 10 orang guru termasuk lima orang tenaga administrasi sekolah Lukmanulhakeem Yala, Thailand. Pengumpulan data dilakukan mela-lui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dokumen dan laporan. Data yang diperoleh adalah data utama melalui interaksi sosial. Data yang diperoleh adalah dari dokumen-dokumen dan tanggapan terhadap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan dampak kebijakan dari warga sekolah dan Yayasan Lukmanulhakeem Yala. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) peren-canaan kebijakan  pengembangan sekolah belum efektif, 2) berbagai input pengembangan sekolah sudah mencukupi kebutuhan warga sekolah, 3) pelaksanaan kebijakan sekolah ter-kendala karena kebijakan yang tidak komprehensif, 4) outcome kebijakan berdampak negatif sehingga sekolah tidak mengembangkan sesuai kapabilitas yang dimiliki.Kata kunci: kebijakan  pengembangan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hasil kebijakan, dan dampak dari kebijakan.

Abstract

Career construction has received significant attention from Scholars in various countries. Strengthening career construction is believed to help individuals get closer to students’ career choices according to their field of expertise. However, studies on establishing career construction for vocational students involving instructional quality factors, social support, and career self-efficacy have not been found. Therefore, this study examines the antecedent factors that shape career construction by involving instructional quality, social support, and career self-efficacy of vocational high school students. This study proves that career construction is directly influenced positively by career self-efficacy. The instructional quality and social support, however, had no direct impact on how a profession was constructed. Another finding, career self-efficacy is directly influenced positively by the quality of instructional and social support of students. Finally, this study reveals that career self-efficacy acts as a mediator to mediate the effect of instructional quality and social support on the career construction of civil engineering vocational high school students. The findings of this study have significant ramifications for practitioners in vocational education who are creating strengthening programs or career development for vocational students.
