Abstract

Determining a good strategy in facing competition in the market is one of the keys to the company's success in marketing its goods and services. One of the business world where the level of competition is currently increasing from year to year is the production of home industries in the form of food, one of which is the home industry of chicken thigh donuts. a good marketing strategy in order to increase the volume of sales in each of its products so as to get the maximum profit or profit for the sustainability of the business to improve and develop. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The marketing strategy applied by the Chicken Thigh Donut Home Industry to increase its sales volume and the ability to compete for its products has been going well by paying attention to the quality of quality products and setting the selling price of the product that is not too high, but the distribution and promotion channels are carried out in a simple manner that needs to be developed again so that can escalate into a bigger business. Efforts that must be made by the Chicken Thigh Donut Home Industry so that its business activities run well and optimally are by establishing the right marketing strategy and having more competitive advantages that can increase sales volume and product competitiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price perceptions and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bintang Sangak Cafe. This study uses a quantitative approach. In this research there are 2 independent variables, namely: Price Perception (X1), Service Quality (X2), and there is 1 dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction (Y). The number of samples studied in this research was 50 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test (simultaneous F test, and partial T test). The results of the research show that the price variable, Service Quality variable and Facility variables influence Customer Satisfaction. And the data analysis method uses the SPSS 22 software application. The research results show that the Price Perception variable and the Service Quality variable influence Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi dan promosi layanan terhadap jumlah penumpang PO. Haryanto Divisi Madura. Digitalisasi dalam layanan transportasi merujuk pada penerapan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kemudahan akses layanan, sementara promosi layanan berfokus pada strategi pemasaran yang menarik minat penumpang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur seberapa signifikan kedua variabel tersebut dalam mempengaruhi jumlah penumpang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan 30 penumpang PO. Haryanto sebagai sampel. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah penumpang, dengan thitung sebesar 11,667 dan signifikansi 0,000. Promosi layanan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dengan thitung 2,440 dan signifikansi 0,019. Secara simultan, digitalisasi dan promosi layanan bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penumpang. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan strategi digitalisasi dan promosi dalam mendukung keputusan pelanggan.

Abstract

The objective of this current research is to analyze personal financial behavior in the context of tourism in Lon Malang Beach. The current research attempts to assess to what extent personal financial behavior, financial self-efficacy, and locus of control, and the moderating influence of financial knowledge, affect individual financial behavior. The current research utilizes quantitative methodology; data is collected through field surveys and through purposive sampling on millennials who visit Lon Malang Beach. The analytical procedure is in several steps, including testing for validity, testing for reliability, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings of the study demonstrate that a person's financial management is positively impacted by their financial attitudes.. In addition, financial knowladge enhances financial attitudes and positively influences behavior. Furthermore, these results show that financial self-efficacy and locus of control affect how people handle their financial behavior. Building behavioral theories for individual financial management in the travel and tourist sector, particularly in Sampang, may benefit from this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan bermunculannya produk motor honda vario yang menimbulkan suatu persaingan untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Produk dan Brand Image berpengruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Vario. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna motor honda vario di lingkungan Universitas Trunojoyo madura. Sampel yang diperlukan sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan atau diperoleh langsung dari objek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dengan pertanyaan tertutup. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini yakni secara simultan dan parsial Kualitas Produk dan Persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and facilities on revisit intention at Lon Malang Beach, Sokobanah District, Sampang Regency. This research is quantitative research with data collection through questionnaires to measure the number of respondents' responses. Data were analyzed using a linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. A total of 100 respondents who had visited Lon Malang Beach were used as research samples. The results of the research show that price and facilities have a significant effect on revisit intention.
