Abstract

The bathymetric mapping activity at sea requires sea tide data for the needs of the depth of measurement results. This manual tidal observation is carried out day and night without stopping for a certain period of time, so that a minimum of 4 people are needed to observe one observation station. This manual observation is prone to reading errors, especially at night. Basically there are currently semi-automatic and automatic tidal gauges for sale, but the price is quite expensive. In this study, tide gauges have been developed automatically and real time both in observations and in data transmission using ultrasonic and micro-controller sensor technology. The method used is a design by utilizing an ultra-sonic sensor and micro controller arduino uno, as well as a GSM module (Global System for Mobile Communications). Each device is connected to a micro controller then programming is done for the data retrieval process, calculation of water level, and sending data to mobile phones through the SMS (Short Message Service) facility. Testing the results of tidal measurements from the tools made was carried out in the hydro-graphic laboratory and then tested directly into the field around the coast of Lampung bay. This study produces equipment for measuring tides automatically and real time with ultrasonic sensors. The results of tidal measurements will be stored in a micro SD and displayed on the LCD screen, and sent to the destination number via SMS with the SIM module 800L v.2. The error rate generated from the field test is 1.833%

Abstract

This research aims to compare the 14 transformation parameters between ITRF from computation result using the Helmert 14-parameter models with IERS standard parameters. The transforma- tion parameters are calculated from the coordinates and velocities of ITRF05 to ITRF00 epoch 2000.00, and from ITRF08 to ITRF05 epoch 2005.00 for respectively transformation models. The transformation parameters are compared to the IERS standard parameters, then tested the signifi- cance of the differences. The transformation parameters are used to reversly transform to obtain the common points coordinates ITRF00 and ITRF05 system. The value of 14-parameters are also used to transform the check points coordinates on the ITRF00 and ITRF05 coordinate system. The results show that the RMSe difference of the coordinates of the reverse transformation result with Helmert model using computed transformation parameters and the IERS standar parameters are 0.1 mm (for ITRF00) and 0.8 mm (for ITRF05). The results of significance test of 14 parameters to IERS standard parameters are only scale factor (ds) on the transformation from ITRF05 to ITRF00 statistically significant difference. However RMSE values of the coordinate transforma- tion of the check points (Helmert model) using calculated and IERS standar parameters are not difference. It can be concluded that the results of the transformation parameter of 14-parameter Helmert model with the least squares computation is not much different with IERS standard pa- rameters

Abstract

Pesawaran District, as a new district which was established in 2007, has experienced a rapid growth in population. As the population increases, housing and residential land needs will increase. Therefore, there should be a careful planning in determining the location of housing and settlement development in Pesawaran District. This study aims to: 1) Know the weight for each parameter used in determining the level of potential for a land for the development of housing and residential areas with method AHP 2) Know the potential level of land in Pesawaran District for the development of housing and settlements. The method used is AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), while the method by spatial analysis using GIS (Geographic Information System).The results of the study with AHP calculations show that the most dominant parameter is accessibility. The reason is, accessibility will affect the ease of transportation services and affordability of distance. The results of the analysis using GIS resulted in 5 potential locations for the development of residential and residential areas in Pesawaran District which are very potential (13456.50 ha), potential (47941.61 ha), quite potential (47362.11 ha), less extensively potential (16107.09 ha), and no potential (8251.13 ha).

Abstract

The high demand for land in the area around the MRT station causes changes in land prices that tend to increase. These conditions can be the cause of changes in land use. This study used high-resolution images in 2021 and land use maps in 2014 and 2021. The data is used to analyze land-use changes. Meanwhile, the analysis of land value changes uses the 2014 land value zone map and the 2021 land value zone map obtained from the results of a field survey using the mass land valuation method. From these results, an analysis of the effect of changes in land use was carried out on changes in land value in Menteng District as a result of the construction of mass rapid transit phase 1. The results showed that there was a change in land use. The total area of ​​land change was 18.604 hectares or 2.879%. The details of the changes are trade increased by 1.362%, settlements decreased by 1.938%, hotels increased by 0.071%, lakes increased by 0.114%, vacant land decreased by 0.006%, parks increased by 0.368%, PT regularly increased by 0.485%, sports facilities decreased by 0.368% and government offices decreased by 0.088%. The highest price increase was Rp110,218,903/m2 because there was a change in land use from regular housing to trading areas. The largest increase in land value seen from the dominant land use characteristics was in commercial or trade areas, which was 187%, with an average increase in value of Rp. 76,170,137/m2.

Abstract

Kota Bandar Lampung menurut data dari Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Lampung, kota ini merupakan daerah yang memiliki jumlah penyalahgunaan narkoba yang paling banyak dari 15 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penentuan daerah rawan penyalahgunaan narkoba di Bandar Lampung menggunakan sistem informasi geografis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu scoring, pembobotan parameter menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan overlay seluruh parameter yang mempengaruhi suatu wilayah rawan terjadinya penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penerapan teknik overlay menggunakan sistem informasi geografis. Parameter yang digunakan yaitu kepadatan penduduk, tingkat kemiskinan, daerah kumuh, tingkat kriminalitas, tingkat pendidikan (tamatan), jenis pekerjaan, tingkat perceraian dan jarak ke terminal. Hasil perhitungan parameter menunjukkan tingkat kriminalitas adalah parameter yang paling dominan dengan bobot 25%, tingkat kemiskinan 17%, jenis pekerjaan 14%, kepadatan penduduk 12%, tingkat pendidikan 12%, jarak ke terminal 8% serta daerah kumuh dan tingkat perceraian memberi kontribusi terkecil dengan bobot 6%. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa daerah yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi menjadi lokasi penyalahgunaan narkoba terdapat pada 32 kelurahan, kategori rawan terdapat 36 kelurahan dan cukup rawan terdapat 58 kelurahan. Abstract

Spatial archives in the form of analog maps still encountered in several work units, however, as times progressed, the quality of these maps decreased in terms of the materials used which could affect their accuracy. There are several techniques used in converting from analog to digital maps, including scanning technique, and a unification coordinate system with the rectification method. This study aimed to find out the horizontal accuracy and the accuracy class of rectified maps. The data used was an analog map of a map of the boundary demarcation of the Konak Forest area, Rejang Lebong Regency scale 1:1000. The analog map was produced more than 30 years ago. The steps carried out in this study were preparing data from scanning analog maps, setting coordinate systems, input GCP, control rectification, calculating RMSE and CE values, analyzing, digitizing, layout. The result of the rectification map shows the use of 4GCP produces the best value with RMSE 0.14m and CE90 0,20 and the horizontal accuracy is class 1 on a scale of 1:1000. 6GCP produces RMSE 0.5m and CE90 0.75 and the horizontal accuracy is class 3 on a scale of 1:2500. 10GCP produces RMSE 0.6m and CE90 0.95 and the horizontal accuracy is class 3 on a scale of 1:2500.

Abstract

The development of GNSS technology in Indonesia is so rapid along with the development of modern basic control point systems. In this development, control points are used for reference in positioning. The system is known as the CORS (Constinuosly Operating Reference System). At the UGM Yogyakarta Geodetic Engineering campus, the development of the GNSS CORS station which began in 2009 has continued to operate, namely the GNSS CORS GMU1 station. The method used in this study was the method of binding network to eight regional control points using doy 196 data to doy 202 in 2012. Considering the definition of the GNSS GMU station as a reference control point is very important, it is necessary to redefine and daily accuracy North, East and Up of the station. The purpose of this study was to obtain a daily accuracy value from the station. Wrms value for North component was 1.4 mm, East component was 4 mm and Up component was 6.7 mm.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan infrastruktur yang penting dalam menunjang kemajuan suatu wilayah. Survey kondisi jalan merupakan salah satu aspek kegiatan dalam pemeliharaan jalan tujuannya agar jalan dapat terpelihara dan terawasi. Kegiatan survey kondisi jalan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi fotogrametri menggunakan wahana tanpa awak dengan kamera non metrik karena dapat menyediakan data detail/situasi jalan dan cukup efektif dalam menunjang pekerjaan survey kondisi jalan. Detail/situasi jalan dapat diidentifikasi berdasarkan orthophoto yang dihasilkan melalui pengolahan data foto dari kegiatan pemotretan udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketelitian geometri orthophoto. Data yang digunakan dalam pengujian menggunakan hasil pengolahan foto udara berupa orthophoto. Metode yang digunakan dalam menguji akurasi geometrik orthophoto merujuk pada Peraturan Kepala Badan Informasi Geospasial No 8 tahun 2018. Hasil uji akurasi geometri horizontal (CE90) sebesar 0,018 (RMSE 0,012) dan vertikal (LE90) sebesar 0,026m (RMSE 0,016). Sehingga dinyatakan orthophoto ini memiliki ketelitian horizontal sebesar 0,018meter dan ketelitian vertikal sebesar 0,026m. Kelas ketelitian horizontal orthophoto adalah kelas 1 dan kelas ketelitian vertikal orthophoto ini adalah kelas 1.

Abstract

One of the methods to maintain the balance of the perkotaan environment is to maintain its blue open space. There have been a lot of research on Green Open Space, but not on Blue Open Space (BOS). However, BOS also has a very important function and moreover, the ecosystem services provided by BOS can give positive implications. This research is aims to identify the existing BOS area in Bandar Lampung City. The data used in this research are Sentinel-2 satellite images for the extraction of BOS using AWEI on the Google Earth Engine platform, administrative data for the study area, field survey data for validation of the extraction results, Google Earth images for the delineation of existing BOS objects, and river stream data for the river objects of BOS. The methods used for obtaining BOS objects are machine learning-based supervised classification on Google Earth Engine, delineation, buffering, and overlay. The results of the identification of existing RTB in Bandar Lampung city are 206,01 ha consisting of embung/reservoirs, lakes, and rivers.
