Abstract

In general, spatial regression is used to model one of the spatial effects, namely spatial dependency or heterogeneity. For the effects of spatial dependencies, the models that have been used frequently follow Elhost's taxonomy, with the spatial dependencies being on the response, predictor, or error. Whereas for the effect of spatial heterogeneity generally use geographically weighted regression models (GWR) or if there are global predictors use mixed geographically weighted regression (MGWR). The data used in this study are cases of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) per 100,000 population as a response variable, and key populations, positive cases in pregnant women, tuberculosis patients, poverty rate, and unemployment rate as predictors. In the data used, there are spatial dependencies and heterogeneity. The MGWR-SAR is a model that can be used if the data has both spatial effects. This study aims to determine the factors influencing HIV cases in districts/cities in Indonesia using a spatial model. The results showed that the combined model of GWR and spatial autoregressive regression (SAR) was the best model. Key population explanatory variables have a global and significant influence. Other explanatory variables that have local influence are positive cases in pregnant women, tuberculosis patients, poverty rates, and unemployment rates.

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah jika dibandingkan dengan perbankan konvensional, padahal mayoritas penduduk Indonesia menganut agama Islam. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan penetrasi perbankan syariah adalah dengan memperbaiki kualitas aplikasi bank syariah. Aspek usability menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan sebuah aplikasi dan merupakan syarat bagi penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability dari salah satu aplikasi perbankan syariah, yaitu Hijra Bank. Hijra Bank merupakan bank yang masih terhitung baru, sehingga jumlah fitur yang tersedia masih terbatas. Penelitian berfokus pada aspek efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi kuantitatif random sampling dan analisis heuristik berdasarkan ISO 9241-11, dengan penerapan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi hanya variabel statisfication yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap usability. Sedangkan efficiency dan effectiviness memiliki hubungan yang positif tapi tidak signifikan. Nilai ini yang kemudian digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi terkait perbaikan fitur dan solusi yang diperlukan. Sehingga penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat bagi pengembang dalam merancang strategi pengembangan kualitas aplikasi selanjutnya yang lebih baik di masa depan, sebelum semakin banyak fitur dan pengguna aplikasi Hijra Bank.

Abstract

In the digital era, where the development of science and technology is increasingly modern, society is faced with various kinds of moral and ethical crises due to the sophistication of the world and technological developments. This technological development also affects the morality of the younger generation and causes major changes in the behavior and social interaction of today's young generation. This research uses a qualitative method. A qualitative approach is used in content analysis as a research technique, especially in collecting data from various literature sources. Content analysis is used as a model to investigate data in the form of images, text, symbols, and the like. The results of the analysis show that the emphasis on moral and ethical education integrated in Pancasila shows the importance of forming responsible character and helping the younger generation in developing empathy and compassion for others. Therefore, a deep understanding of Pancasila as an ethos, ideology, and tool of self-defense is crucial in responding to the impact of the current era of globalization that continues to develop

Abstract

Konflik wilayah desa akan rentan sekali muncul tanpa adanya batas yang jelas di suatu wilayah, untuk itu diperlukan penetapan dan penegasan batas wilayah. Berdasarkan Permendagri no. 45 tahun 2016 bahwa penetapan dan penegasan batas wilayah dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu secara kartometrik dan survei dan pengukuran langsung dilapangan. Untuk pengukuran langsung dilapangan penetapan dan penegasan batas dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi GNSS CORS metode RTK/RTK-NTRIP. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan bantuan teknis atau pendampingan penetapan dan penegasan batas wilayah di Dusun Sarirejo, Desa Natar, Kecamatan Natar, Lampung Selatan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan pengukuran batas dusun, batas RT, dan situasi menggunakan teknologi GNSS metode RTK NTRIP dengan berkoordinasi bersama perangkat dusun dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa peta batas Dusun Sarirejo yang berisikan batas-batas dusun beserta koordinatnya dalam sistem proyeksi UTM Zona 48S dengan datum WGS 84, dan objek-objek yang ada pada daerah dusun. Jumlah Batas dusun Sarirejo sebanyak 55 titik batas. Setiap Batas di buat deskripsi yang berisi informasi koordinat, foto empat arah, dan informasi lainnya.

Abstract

Sindang Sari merupakan salah satu dusun di Desa Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang memiliki kondisi sosial, budaya dan ekonomi yang majemuk. Namun tidak dapat kita pungkiri bahwa beragamnya suatu wilayah juga terdapat potensi konflik. Salah satunya yaitu konfik batas. Sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menghindari adanya potensi konflik batas wilayah saat ini maupun di masa yang akan datang, maka kejelasan batas wilayah sangat dibutuhkan.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan bantuan teknis dalam melakukan pemetaan batas Dusun Sindang Sari. Metode pemetaan menggunakan kombinasi teknologi GNSS dan Fotogrametri. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah terpetakannya batas dusun dan RT Sindang Sari.  Jumlah koordinat batas dusun sebanyak 67 titik. batas. Dusun ini memiliki 6 RT yaitu 06,07,08A, 08B, 09A, 09B. Informasi batas dusun Sindang Sari terdiri dari unsur buatan yaitu jalan, rel kereta api, drainase, tembok pembatas, kebun campuran, kebun kelapa sawit dan sawah.

Abstract

Natar Village is located in Natar District, South Lampung Regency which is divided into several hamlets, one of which is Sukamaju Hamlet which is a hamlet that is experiencing rapid development because it is a strategic area where there are several facilities. In recent years, there have been changes in land use in this hamlet, such as the expansion of agricultural land, housing developments, and other activities. To understand and manage land use effectively and sustainably, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive land use mapping. Therefore, the technical team plans to carry out land use mapping activities using Satellite Imagery. This activity aims to carry out land use mapping and understand land use trend patterns in the area. The mapping method used is an on-screen digitized guided classification based on 9 key image interpretations. The results of the service in Sukamaju Hamlet are a 1:3000 scale land use map product consisting of a residential area of 17.76 ha, plantations of 5.35 ha, rice fields of 0.85 ha, and a road length of 10,452.16 m and waters of 2,686.40 m. This of course influences the trend pattern in areas dominated by residential land. This land use map can provide the latest information regarding the development of sustainability areas in Sukamaju Hamlet for village officials and residents.

Abstract

One of the methods to maintain the balance of the perkotaan environment is to maintain its blue open space. There have been a lot of research on Green Open Space, but not on Blue Open Space (BOS). However, BOS also has a very important function and moreover, the ecosystem services provided by BOS can give positive implications. This research is aims to identify the existing BOS area in Bandar Lampung City. The data used in this research are Sentinel-2 satellite images for the extraction of BOS using AWEI on the Google Earth Engine platform, administrative data for the study area, field survey data for validation of the extraction results, Google Earth images for the delineation of existing BOS objects, and river stream data for the river objects of BOS. The methods used for obtaining BOS objects are machine learning-based supervised classification on Google Earth Engine, delineation, buffering, and overlay. The results of the identification of existing RTB in Bandar Lampung city are 206,01 ha consisting of embung/reservoirs, lakes, and rivers.

Abstract

Indonesia currently still needs to focus on achieving sustainable development goals agreed by all countries in the world. Indonesia presently ranks 82nd out of 163 nations in terms of SDG accomplishment, indicating that there is still plenty of potential for improvement. One of the goals that hasn't been accomplished is ‘no poverty’. Regarding the poverty cases, among all province in Indonesia, East Kalimantan is important to be analyzed, because Penajam Paser Utara and Kutai Kartanegara in East Kalimantan are scheduled to become Indonesia's next capital, Nusantara. The goal of this research is to investigate the variables that influence poverty in East Kalimantan and determine the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in the regencies/cities in East Kalimantan. This research used indicator data of poverty from 2019-2021 retrieved from Statistics Indonesia. This research use spatial panel data analysis regression method or Geographically Weighted Panel Regression (GWPR) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). In GWPR model, this research compared adaptive gaussian, adaptive bisquare, adaptive exponential, fixed gaussian, fixed bisquare, and fixed exponential kernel. The findings of this investigation revealed that fixed exponential is the kernel that has lowest AIC and the highest adj-?2. The variables that determine poverty of regencies/cities in East Kalimantan are expenditure per capita, life expectancy, and number of village with higher education facilities. Furthermore, according to DEA, only three cities were effective in addressing poverty: Mahakam Ulu, Paser, and Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

One of the post-pandemic impacts has been the near cessation of many businesses, including printing MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The rapid advancement of the digital era also requires business actors, particularly MSMEs, to engage in public marketing to broaden their reach and make it easier for consumers to locate their business premises. Observations in the field reveal that some MSMEs are still unprepared for the changes brought about by digital marketing and promotion due to limited knowledge among their human resources. This community service activity aims to transfer technology and knowledge to printing MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City through training on using Canva and Google Maps software applications to support their business publicity. The method employed involved delivering materials and practical sessions, with pretests and posttests conducted to assess the participants' skills. Following the training, participants could design using Canva, and the locations of the printing MSMEs were successfully uploaded online. The training results showed a 34% increase in participants' understanding of the material presented.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Kemiling is one of the sub-districts that functions as a recharge area and ecological balancer for Bandar Lampung City because there are still lots of green open spaces. However, as time goes by, green open space is decreasing because the need for housing and daily living is increasing because the population is increasing every year. If this continues to happen, it will have an impact on the condition of the water catchment areas in Kemiling District. This research aims to analyze the current conditions and the extent of critical land in water catchment areas in Kemiling District. The data used are Landsat 8 satellite images for 2014 and 2023, DEMNAS, daily rainfall data for a year at 2 rain stations, soil type data and rock type data. Land use change analysis uses the supported support vector machine (SVM) guided classification method and the rainfall infiltration processing method uses the inverse distance weight (IDW) method, then the data is weighted and combined using the overlay method. The results of this research were 5 classes of criticality of water catchment in Kemiling District, dominated by critical water catchment conditions of 710,604 Ha (38.19%), normal natural water catchment of 698,169 Ha (37.52%), water catchment starting to become critical amounting to 274,734 Ha (14.77%), good water absorption was 141,044 Ha (7.58%) and the smallest water absorption condition was very critical at 36,119 Ha (1.94%).  Keywords : Kemiling District, Water Catchment Area, Support Vector Machine, Inverse Distance Weight, Overlay.   ABSTRAK Kemiling merupakan salah satu Kecamatan yang berfungsi sebagai recharge area dan penyeimbang ekologis Kota Bandar Lampung karena masih banyak terdapat ruang terbuka hijau. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu ruang terbuka hijau itu semakin berkurang disebabkan karena kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal dan kehidupan sehari-hari meningkat karena jumlah populasi yang semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Hal tersebut bila terus terjadi akan berdampak pada kondisi daerah resapan air di Kecamatan Kemiling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi terkini beserta luasan dari kekritisan lahan pada daerah resapan air yang ada pada Kecamatan Kemiling.Data yang digunakan adalah citra satelit Landsat 8 tahun 2014 dan 2023, DEMNAS, data curah hujan harian dalam setahun pada 2 stasiun hujan, data jenis tanah dan data jenis batuan. Analisis perubahan penggunaan lahan menggunakan metode klasifikasi terbimbing support vector machine (SVM) dan metode pengolahan infiltrasi curah hujan menggunakan metode inverse distance weight (IDW), kemudian dilakukan skoring pembobotan data tersebut dan digabungkan menggunakan metode overlay.Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 5 kelas kekritisan resapan air yang ada pada Kecamatan Kemiling dengan didominasi kondisi resapan air kritis sebesar 710.604 Ha (38,19%), resapan air normal alami sebesar 698.169 Ha (37,52%), resapan air mulai kritis sebesar 274.734 Ha (14,77%), resapan air baik sebesar 141.044 Ha (7,58%) dan yang terkecil kondisi resapan air sangat kritis sebesar 36.119 Ha (1,94%).  Kata Kunci : Kecamatan Kemiling, Daerah Resapan Air, Support Vector Machine, Inverse Distance Weight, Overlay.
