Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the level of slums in coastal settlements in South Konawe Regency,(2) efforts to improve the quality of coastal settlements in this Regency. This research was conducted inTorokeku Village, Tinanggea Sub-District, South Konawe Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptionmethod, and the data was obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis wascarried out by using a location assessment formula based on Minister of Public Works and HousingRegulation No. 02 of 2016 by considering eight criteria: (1) Condition of residential buildings, (2)Environmental road conditions, (3) Clean water supply conditions, (4) Conditions for wastewater treatment,(5) Condition of waste treatment, (6) Fire protection conditions, (7) Coastal environmental conditions and(8) Coastal disaster risk conditions.Based on the results of the analysis, the slum level of coastal settlements in Torokeku Village fallsinto the category of moderate slums. This is caused by the condition of high building density and the numberof uninhabitable houses, damaged road conditions and not yet reaching all the houses, unsufficient cleanwater for the community, the absence of waste water treatment facilities, the absence of waste processing, theabsence of fire protection facilities and the reduction of the mangrov ecosystem. Improving the quality ofsettlements is carried out through rehabilitation and home development in new locations; repairment andimprovement of public facilities and infrastructure such as environmental roads, clean water, waste watertreatment, waste treatment, and fire protection facility; and through the restoration the damage mangrovecosystem.Key words: Level of Slumness, Quality Improvement, Coastal Settlement

Abstract

Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada populasi penelitian yang dikurangi populasinya dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 0,05%.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Kantor Pusat Bank Sulselbar Makassar. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1).Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota cabang Makassar diteliti dalam penelitian berjudul “Dampak Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan”. Kondisi tempat kerja berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan, menurut sebuah penelitian baru. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, ukuran sampel 36 karyawan dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini. Kami mengeluarkan survei kepada orang-orang yang menanggapinya untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaturan kerja (X) dan output karyawan (Y). Menggunakan Cronbach Alpha, tingkat reliabilitas diukur sebelum regresi linier digunakan untuk menguji data. Hipotesis dievaluasi dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan uji-t setelah ambang batas signifikansi 5 persen ditentukan. Studi regresi linier dasar menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan tempat kerja. R2, atau koefisien determinasi, menyumbang 44,3% dari varians dalam kinerja karyawan. Namun, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai keadaan. Produktivitas dan kinerja pekerja dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja mereka, menurut hasil uji-t.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Pabrik Cat dan Tinta Pacifik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 27 orang karyawan, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilita,s regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh posiitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.   Kata kunci: paritisipasi penyusunan anggaran, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja manajerial

Abstract

Community Service Activities aim to identify and analyze effective strategies in fostering interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students at the Waadissalam Islamic Boarding School in Gowa, South Sulawesi. Through training activities for students, how to foster a creative, innovative and independent entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in terms of entrepreneurial desire, level of creativity, innovation and independence of the female students after the community service activities carried out by STIM-LPI Makasar lecturers. There is some increase in the desire or interest in entrepreneurship and creativity. It is hoped that the results of this Community Service activity can contribute to the development of education at the Waadissalam Islamic boarding school and encourage the development of interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students. Apart from that, this Community Service Activity can also be a reference for other educational institutions in considering strategies to foster interest in entrepreneurship among their students.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini yaitu Alfamart Abd. Daeng Sirua yang bergerak di bidang retail. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner, dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 48 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya, juga telah di uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja(X) dan kinerja karyawan (Y), artinya dengan lingkungan kerja yang baik maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Since the rollout of village funds in 2015 to 2018, around 186 trillion in village funds have flowed to 74,954 villages throughout Indonesia. And according to ICW, during this period, cases of corruption in village funds continued to increase from year to year and there were at least 181 cases of corruption recorded with a state loss of 40.6 billion. This fraud is not solely due to legal factors. But also because of administrative problems related to management, such as weak supervision in the management of village funds, management of village funds is not transparent and accountable, salaries and allowances for village officials are still low and other management problems that encourage village officials to commit corruption. Therefore, corruption prevention management is needed in the form of strengthening the supervisory function both institutionally and strengthening the position of the community as the party that can supervise the management of village funds. Apart from that, the recruitment pattern for Village Head Candidates must be improved, namely implementing strict requirements. Furthermore, the welfare of village officials must be improved through a mechanism for providing adequate wages and allowances according to the regional conditions of each village. Then, the village government is obliged to publish the management of village funds starting from planning to submitting reports (LPJ) on the use of village funds in order to create transparent and accountable village fund management. And finally, the central government needs to evaluate the impact of providing village funds on the welfare of village communities.

Abstract

Ayu Ashari, in 2024 Implementation of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office, Management Study Program Thesis at the Indonesian Educational Institution College of Management Science (STIM-LPI) Makassar. Supervised by Dr. Andi Irwan, S.E., M.Si. and Jumaidah, S. Sos., M. Si. This research aims to determine the implementation of work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 55 employees who were sampled using a sampling technique, namely the sloving technique, where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of partial testing of work discipline variables on employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance as proven based on partial test results with a significant value of f 0.001 < 0.05.
