Abstract

Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada populasi penelitian yang dikurangi populasinya dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 0,05%.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Kantor Pusat Bank Sulselbar Makassar. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1).Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to examine work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the sample in this study is elementary school teachers in the Maluku district, West Sulawesi, totaling 100 people. The results of the T test of this study indicate that the variables Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the results of the F test indicate that the variables work motivation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance together.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo. The population in this study were all consumers who shopped or made purchases at Alfamidi wonomulyo by calculating the population taken three months during the study, totaling 9,000 people, determining the sample in the study this uses the slovin formula so that the results of the number of samples used in this study are 99 respondents to answer the distribution of questionnaires distributed by researchers. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo, and price and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Alfamidi wonomulyo. In the price variable, it is hoped that the company can increase the affordability of prices to each consumer in order to make it easier for consumers to make a purchasing decision at Alfamidi so that it benefits a company.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of the marketing mix (X) which consists of three variables, namely product, price, distribution on sales (Y). The population of this study was customers of the Agency office pru cahaya madani PT. Prudential Makassar, with a sample determination method using the slovin method and the number of samples studied was 98 respondents (people). The results of the analysis of this study use SPSS which can show the results of the F test and t test. From the F test ( simultaneous test) states that the free variables (X) studied simultaneously have a meaningful influence on increasing the loyalty of sharia insurance customers at the office of the civil service agency PT Prudential Makassar (Y). It is known that the value of Fhitung is 13.403 which means that it is greater than Fhitung than Ftabel (32,198 > 0.05). This means that statistically the product variables, prices, distribution, prudential sharia insurance products simultaneously have a meaningful influence on increasing the loyalty of sharia insurance customers of pt Prudential Makassar. As for the t test (partial test), it is known that the three variables are product, price, distribution, significant product to the loyalty of sharia insurance customers at the agency office pru cahaya madani PT. Prudential Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Gasing Group in Makassar City. Primary data were gathered through interviews, observations, and questionnaire responses from employees at the PT. Gasing Group in Makassar City and secondary data were gathered from a variety of sources, including documentation and writing (books, reports, scientific works, and research results) and information from parties involved in the study (job descriptions, work procedures, and other references). sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents according to the number of employees of PT. Gasing Group Makassar City. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses the approach of Simple Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression to measure the relationship between variables using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Gasing Group Makassar City. The most dominant variable, job satisfaction, has the greatest effect on employee performance compared to the other 3 variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of work discipline, leadership style, and job training on employee performance at the Makassar sub-district office. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a simple correlation analysis approach and multiple linear regression to measure the relationship between variables. The choice of this method was based on the formulation of the problem. The research was carried out at the Makassar sub-district office in August-December 2021. The sample in this study consisted of 50 employees of the Makassar sub-district office, as well as all the employee population of the office. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression analysis approach with the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that leadership style, work discipline, and training simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance in Makassar City, Sub-District Makassar.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menyebabkan gaya hidup masyarakat menjadi lebih konsumtif dan serba cepat. Perubahan gaya hidup yang lebih konsumtif dapat dilihat dari kecenderungan masyarakat dalam beraktivitas di dunia maya seperti berbelanja secara online. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sangat cepat ditandai dengan sudah semakin meluasnya penggunaan internet yang dapat diakses di seluruh dunia. Internet memberikan keuntungan bagi produsen dalam memperkenalkan produk baru kepada calon konsumen, memasarkan produknya secara cepat dan dapat meminimalisis biaya. Sedangkan bagi konsumen, internet mempermudah konsumen dalam mendapatkan produk yang diinginkan dengan cepat, dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga serta menimbulkan rasa senang dan nyaman. Peluang untuk menjalankan usaha online semakin terbuka, tidak hanya bagi pelaku bisnis, semua kalangan masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan peluang ini. Masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan sosial media dalam kegiatan wirausaha. Sosial media menjadi perangkat atau alat pemasaran interaktif, pelayanan, membangun komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan, serta sebagai alat untuk menjual dan membeli produk secara online. Sosial media dapat diakses oleh siapapun, golongan masyarakat manapun, selama mereka mempunyai perangkat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengakses sosial media tersebut. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah : (1) menjelaskan tentang pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai peluang usaha (2) Menggambarkan perkembangan penggunaan internet yang dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang usaha (3) Memotivasi siswa-siswi agar memulai berwirausaha melalui media sosial sehingga tercipta siswa-siswi yang mandiri, produktif dan kreatif.
