Abstract

Abstrack Hasil Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari : berwujud, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Perum Pegadaian KCP Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Perum Pegadaian KCP Sungguminasa mempunyai korelasi sangat kuat yaitu sebasar 0,9025 yang mana lebih besar dari rtabel sebesar 0,273 pada taraf signifikan 5% dan 0,354 pada taraf signifikan 1% dan Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi yaitu diperoleh bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) member pengaruh sebesar 81,5% terhadap variabel Kepuasan Nasabah (Y), sedangkan selebihnya 18,5% adalah dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak turut diteliti dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa cara, misalnya melalui, kepemimpinan dan perbaikan Iklim Organisasi. kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi secara sangat berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. kinerja sangat dibutuhkan sebagai kekuatan atau pendorong yang akan mewujudkan keberhasilan suatu orgaisasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh/hubungan yang positif antara kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada UPTD Pengembangan Produktivitas Daerah Disnakertrans Provinsi Kalimantan Timur hal ini dibuktikan bahwakepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase 74,0 % dan yang sisanya 26,0 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain.

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) adalah bahagian terpenting dalam meningkatkan pembangunan baik pembangunan manusia maupun pembangunan daerah secara fisik, oleh karenya perlu perhatian khusus dalam pengelolaan berdasarkan jenis sumbernya dalam berjalannya pemerintahan daerah yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu pelaksanaan kebijakan pungutan dan target realisasi retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Mamasa sekaligus menelusuri seberapa besar kontribusi pungutan retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Mamasa. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang mengkaji implementasi kebijakan retribusi pasar dalam menunjang Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa menggunakan pengumpulan data-data yang berhubungan dengan variabel yang diteliti dengan menggunakan teknik Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa target retribusi pasar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa adalah Rp. 66,000,000,00,- pada tahu 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2014 dan 50,000,000.00 pada tahun 2015.. Demikian pula dengan realisasi retribusi pasar pada tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2012 mengalami peningkatan, namun pada 2013 mengalami penurunan dan kembali meningkatkan pada tahun 2014 dan tahun 2015. Kesimpulannya pelaksanaan kebijakan retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Mamasa sudah menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, dimana kebijakan yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan daerah yang sudah dibuat oleh pemerintah daerah tentang Retribusi Jasa Umum

Abstract

Community Service Activities aim to identify and analyze effective strategies in fostering interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students at the Waadissalam Islamic Boarding School in Gowa, South Sulawesi. Through training activities for students, how to foster a creative, innovative and independent entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in terms of entrepreneurial desire, level of creativity, innovation and independence of the female students after the community service activities carried out by STIM-LPI Makasar lecturers. There is some increase in the desire or interest in entrepreneurship and creativity. It is hoped that the results of this Community Service activity can contribute to the development of education at the Waadissalam Islamic boarding school and encourage the development of interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students. Apart from that, this Community Service Activity can also be a reference for other educational institutions in considering strategies to foster interest in entrepreneurship among their students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance at the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City. The object of this research is the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this research prove that rewards and work motivation have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City.

Abstract

Public Perception of Employee Performance at the Marusu District Office, Maros Regency. STIM-LPI Makassar Management Science Study Program Thesis (supervised by Dr. Andi Nuryadin S.E., M.Si. and Dr. Andi Hendra Syam, S.E., M.Si.). This research aims to determine the public's perception of the quality of public services at the Marusu District office, Maros Regency, which until now has not been known, regarding service procedures, certainty of completion time, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, employee behavior, and comfort. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with Respondents consisted of community leaders, youth leaders, religious leaders and women leaders as well as sub-district leaders. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the public's perception of service users at the Marusu sub-district office, Maros Regency, is that aspects of public service procedures are easy to access, aspects of facilities and infrastructure are still lacking. Improving the provision of public services in Marusu sub-district, Maros district still depends on the number of queues and the public's perception of friendliness, politeness and comfort is considered good.

The effect of job appraisal and compensation on employee performance at the airport rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) unit of PT Angkasa Pura I International Airport Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Thesis study programme of management science at STIM LPI Makassar (supervised by Dr Andi Nuryadin, S.E M.Si. and Jumaidah, S.Sos., M.Si.). This study aims to determine the effect of job appraisal and compensation on employee performance at the airport rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) unit of Angkasa Pura I International Airport Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. The method used in this research using quantitative, quantitative method using primary data with a Likert measuring scale. Population 83 people. Sample 83 people using saturated samples. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect of work appraisal and compensation on performance. on performance From the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn about the of the research conducted. Basically, employee performance always shows the process and results of the employee's work efforts. Work efforts that are born from the responsibilities of employees are carried out, but performance appraisal has a better impact than compensation or compensation. performance that has a better impact than compensation or in other words, employees in the ARFF PT. in other words, employees in ARFF PT Angkasa Pura I Makassar Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment (X) has on job satisfaction (Y) at PT SEMEN BOSOWA MAROS. This type of research is quantitative. The data source was obtained from the PT Semen Bosowa Maros Office and the object of the study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample where the entire population was 94 respondents. The results of the respondent study were tested with validity tests, reliability tests, partial tests (t-tests) data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical analysis to test the significance of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction using the t test, it can be seen in table 4.11 that the calculated t value is 29.728, with a significance level of 0.000. Because the calculated t> t table (29.728,> 1.986) or the significance of t <5% (0.000 <0.05), then based on a simple analysis between the independent variable (X) work environment and the dependent variable (Y) job satisfaction, these results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.
