Abstract

ABSTRACT Distribution activities (place) are one main problem that a company has to face, beside of price, promotion and product (4p), so the market (society) can accept the product. Company must place its product on the right place, and it means: The nearer the product to the market, the easier the consumer to find and consume it. For that reason, the company must keep a good relationship with the distribution channels because of their role as an intermediary between companies to its customers in all area. We cannot imagine, how difficult a company would be if the company must distribute its product directly by itself in all places. The major concentration of the company to produce good product will be disturbed because its interest was divided between production and distribution. To keep this relationship, the company must aware to see its distributor as a partner (mutual advantage) so that they will find it convenience to distribute the company product. This research adopted result of previous research which have done by Boyle et al., (1995) where he found out that Bureaucracy and Support from company are convenience factors, it means: it has influence in increasing distributors performance. On the other hand, Intervention from company is an inconvenience factor and has negatif impact to distributor performance. The technique of the analysis is using Structural Equation Model (SEM) that is used to examine 3 (three) hypothesis that has been developed. The numbers of sample taken in this research are 100 respondents. The result of the examination shows the positif impact between Bureaucracy and Support toward Distribution Performance and the negatif impact of Intervention toward Distribution Performance. Abstract

Penanganan konflik di dalam masyarakat dan segala akibatnyaadalah Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Pasal 13 Undang-undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 tentang Penanganan Konflik Sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum dengan spesifikasi yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Upaya Penanggulangan Konflik Pengelolaan Bekas Tambang Batubara Di Kawasan Hak Ulayat Kota Sawahlunto Oleh Kepolisian Resor Sawahlunto dengan cara Dialog dan Mediasi: Kepolisian dapat memfasilitasi dialog antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam konflik, termasuk pemilik hak ulayat, perusahaan tambang, dan komunitas lokal. Kemudian melakukan patroli Keamanan. Kepolisian dapat mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi untuk memastikan bahwa semua pihak memahami peraturan yang berlaku dalam pengelolaan bekas tambang batu bara di wilayah tersebut. Kemudian Memberikan Pendampingan Hukum: Pihak kepolisian juga dapat memberikan pendampingan hukum kepada komunitas lokal atau pemilik hak ulayat yang mungkin menghadapi kesulitan dalam melindungi hak-hak mereka. Kendala dalam upaya penanggulangan konflik pengelolaan bekas tambang batubara di kawasan hak ulayat Kota Sawahlunto oleh Kepolisian Resor Sawahlunto adalah Ketidaksepakatan Pihak Terkait: Pihak yang terlibat dalam konflik mungkin tidak setuju tentang akar permasalahan atau solusi yang diusulkan. Kekerasan yang Berkelanjutan: Konflik bersifat kronis dan berkelanjutan, sehingga sulit untuk mencapai perdamaian yang berkelanjutan. Ketidakstabilan Politik: Konflik sering kali terkait dengan ketidakstabilan politik di suatu negara atau wilayah, yang dapat menghambat upaya penyelesaian. Kurangnya Sumber Daya: Terkadang, kurangnya sumber daya seperti dana, personel. Campur tangan pihak ketiga atau mediator tidak efektif atau disetujui oleh semua pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

Desa Beras Sekata di Kecamatan Sunggal, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, adalah daerahpenghasil jagung. Jagung merupakan tanaman yang mudah dirawat dan memiliki waktupanen cepat, sekitar 3 bulan. Namun, proses pemipilan jagung di desa ini masihdilakukan secara manual, menghabiskan waktu dan biaya, terutama karena banyakpetani yang menggunakan alat sewa. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, tim PKM menerapkanteknologi dengan merancang dan membuat mesin pemipil jagung mekanis untukdiberikan kepada petani di desa Beras Sekata. Mesin ini dirancang dengan daya 5,5 HPdan kapasitas produksi 1200 kg/jam. Diharapkan, mesin pemipil ini dapat mengurangibiaya produksi, menggantikan biaya sewa alat, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pemipilan.Selain itu, tim PKM juga memberikan pelatihan penggunaan mesin dan manajemenusaha kepada petani, termasuk strategi pemasaran jagung untuk meningkatkan hasilpenjualan.

Abstract

The service partner Mrs. Tuti Lestari is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) player. The business field that the partner is engaged in is producing cassava chips. Her daily turnover is very small, only 20 kg of cassava or 10 kg of chips. This product is marketed in small stalls around the neighborhood and school canteens. The stalls and canteens retail in small plastic packages to the general public and school students. There is always a demand for more from retailers due to the large demand from the community. It is estimated that more than 60% of the additional demand was not met by the partner. The inability of partners to meet the demand for cassava chips from consumers is due to three reasons: First, partners do not have the extra manpower to handle the production of chips. If additional labor is forced, it will certainly reduce the partner's daily income. Second, to produce chips in large quantities, from the cassava slicing section, problems will arise. The results of slicing cassava are not uniformly thick and thin due to fatigue. Thus, there will be a decrease in the quality of chips (drop quality). Third, the partners do not have a cassava slicer or machine that can produce slices in a short time. The three factors above have caused partners to be unable to increase their chip production. This condition encourages partners to collaborate with the Medan State Polytechnic service team, to jointly solve the three problems that occur. To achieve the desired goals, the proposer uses the following methods as well as the stages of program implementation: Survey to the location to find out the real conditions and situation and then review the existing machine design to be adjusted to the needs of the partners, then the implementation of the manufacture of machine components and their assembly, followed by a machine performance test. If there are no obstacles to the next machine, grants and training are carried out to the partners, then no less important is the publication of activities in mass media and scientific journals. And finally reporting to the funder, in this case P3M. From the method plan that will be carried out, it is expected to produce output in the form of 1 unit of yam slicing machine with a capacity of 60 kg / hour and other outputs, namely publication of activities in scientific journals, mass media and YouTube.
