Abstract

This research aims to test several antecedents as trust, risk, credibility, internet use, and those impact on intention for online transactions via e-commerce mobile platform and Technology Acceptance Model. The research integrated the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with four main constructs, namely internet use, trust, credibility, and risk, which is very important to predict individual acceptance of online transactions. Research methods were using structural equation model analysis (SEM), path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of AMOS 24.0 to examine all the hypotheses, reliability, and validity for each indicator or measuring instrument. The research findings show that credibility and trust played an important role in online transaction acceptance in the e-commerce industry. Furthermore, the findings consistently supported previous studies of TAM where perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness played a role in both directly and indirectly on repurchase intention of mobile e-commerce platform. This study implied that e-commerce players must pay attention to simplifying the customer journey. Another implication was to communicate the credibility and trust aspects to the consumers. Thus the customers could understand and could be convinced that mobile e-commerce platforms are credible shopping market.Keywords: technology acceptance model, electronic transaction, intention, credibility, trustAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji beberapa anteseden seperti kepercayaan, resiko, kredibilitas, internet use, dan pengaruhnya terhadap niat bertransaksi ulang secara online dalam e-commerce mobile platform dengan pengujian melalui model penerimaan teknologi. Penelitian ini mencoba mengintegrasikan model penerimaan teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan empat konstruk, yaitu internet use, kepercayaan, kredibilitas, dan risiko yang diduga sangat penting dalam memprediksi penerimaan individu atas transaksi online. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis structural equation model (SEM) dan analisa jalur serta confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) melalui AMOS 24.0 untuk menguji hipotesis, reliabilitas, dan validitas masing-masing indikator atau alat ukur yang digunakan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan kredibilitas memainkan peran penting dalam penerimaan transaksi online pada industri e-commerce. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini konsisten mendukung beberapa penelitian terdahulu terkait dengan TAM di mana kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use) dan kegunaan (perceived usefulness) berperan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada e-commerce mobile platform. Penelitian ini pun tentunya memiliki sejumlah implikasi manajerial di mana para praktisi e-commerce harus memberikan perhatian lebih pada penyederhanaan customer journey dan mampu mengkomunikasikan aspek kredibilitas dan kepercayaan dengan baik ke consumer market agar mampu dipahami dan dapat meyakinkan konsumen atau pelanggan bahwa e-commerce mobile platform merupakan tempat berbelanja yang kredibel (dapat dipercaya).Kata kunci: model penerimaan teknologi, transaksi elektronik, niat beli, kredibilitas, kepercayaan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Performance Appraisal, Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable at PT. MMS Group Indonesia. The sample in this study were 265 employees. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS with Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results showed that the performance appraisal had an effect on motivation, the performance appraisal variable was known to have a significant effect on motivation of 0.309 or 30.9%, while the performance appraisal variable had a significant effect on employee performance of 0.184. The work discipline variable also has a significant effect on employee performance, which is 0.362 or 36.2%. And the compensation variable also has a significant effect on motivation, which is 0.503 or 50.3%. However, the compensation variable on employee performance with 0.166 or 16.6% has no significant effect, while the motivation variable has a significant effect, namely 0.239 or 23.9%. It can be concluded that Work Discipline and Motivation have a significant influence. It can be concluded that Compensation has an indirect effect compared to Work Appraisal and Work Discipline on employee performance through Motivation. The value of R square for the motivation variable is 0.552 or 55.2%. The value of R Square for the employee performance variable obtained is 0.621 or 62.1%. These results show that Performance Assessment, Work Discipline, and Compensation together have an effect of 62.1% on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role for the economy in Indonesia. MSMEs are found in every region, for example traders in traditional markets, food stalls, craftsmen, home businesses, street vendors. There are 9 MSME business fields, namely Micro Enterprises, Small Enterprises and Medium Enterprises in Tomo District, Sumedang Regency, West Java, under the coordination of Bumdes and BumdesMa, which are divided into three categories of micro, small and medium enterprises. The purpose of implementing this PKM is to accelerate the process of developing digital marketing and the practice of preparing Android-based PSAK ETAP UKM financial reports; Help create access for the creation of new entrepreneurs who implement digital marketing and Android-based bookkeeping. The results of PKM through training, namely MSME participants who do not understand how to do marketing through digital marketing / e-Commerce, there are still many MSME actors in archiving and recording transactions in making financial reports, both manually and digitally. With this PKM activity, MSME actors have a strong interest and desire to learn how to implement marketing through online media/digital marketing, as well as make it easy for MSME actors to find out the performance of MSME businesses through BUMDes/BUMDesma for financial reports made digitally based on Android.

Abstract

This 2023 research is entitled Strategy for Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment Using Islamic Philanthropy to Become a Moderating Variable on Community Welfare (Case Study of the BSM UMMAT Foundation). The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a significant influence between poverty alleviation and economic empowerment on people's welfare in increasing Muzaki in the future, with Islamic philanthropy as a moderator variable. The success of the Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment Strategy is largely determined by several aspects, namely Capital Assistance, Facilities Development Assistance, Counseling Assistance, Institutional Strengthening, and Strengthening Business Partnerships. The research method used is the correlation and regression method, which is an attempt to measure and test the relationship and forecast of the variables studied, where to test the relationship and predict the variables, namely by using computerized media SPSS, SEM, and Microsoft Excel programs. While the sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling/Purposive Sampling which uses a total sample of 50 people. In this entire study, the biggest influence on the t-test is the effect of Economic Empowerment on Islamic Philanthropy (t count of 4.427 is greater than the t-table of 1.96). Economic Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Philanthropy. Then, Poverty Alleviation has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Philanthropy, because based on statistical parameters it shows that the t count is 2.045 greater than the t table is 1.96. Economic Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare because based on statistical parameters it shows that t count is 2.698 greater than the t-table of 1.96 and Islamic Philanthropy has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare because based on statistical parameters it shows that t count is 2.085 greater than t table of 1.96.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, employee motivation and employee commitment to improving employee performance at PT. Trans Trijaya Ocean. The sample of this study is the entire population by taking a sample of 50 employees of PT.Trans Trijaya Samudera. Overall, the results of this study indicate that employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, organizational culture, employee motivation and commitment to improving employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture and Information Technology on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable for Employees at the Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The research used in this research is quantitative research. The quantitative research method is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and structured from the start to the creation of the research design. Data management in this study will use smart PLS 3.2.6 Software Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a method used to cover the weaknesses found in the regression method. While the sample technique used is probability sampling, while the sampling method used is simple random sampling using a total sample of 60 people.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of product prices, service quality, and payment systems both direct and indirect influences on marketing strategies, as well as all these variables, namely product prices, service quality, payment systems, and marketing strategies on consumer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was consumers who purchased houses at PT SDP Syariah Indonesia in the period 2017–2019, which was 56 consumers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 56 consumers using data analysis techniques using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method which was processed with the help of Smart-PLS software. The results of this study are Service quality has a significant influence on marketing strategy, Product price has no effect on marketing strategy, Payment system has a positive influence on marketing strategy, Marketing strategy does not have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction, Payment system has no influence on consumer satisfaction, Service quality has a positive influence on consumer satisfaction, Product prices have a positive influence on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pelatihan dan bimbingan konsultansi terhadap produktivitas yang dimediasi oleh Adversity Quotient (AQ) pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan bimbingan konsultansi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas UMKM. Selain itu, Adversity Quotient berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan antara pelatihan, bimbingan konsultansi, dan produktivitas. Dengan kata lain, pelatihan dan bimbingan konsultansi lebih efektif meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM ketika tingkat AQ para pelaku usaha tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang program pelatihan dan bimbingan konsultansi yang tidak hanya fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga pengembangan AQ untuk mencapai peningkatan produktivitas yang lebih optimal
