Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on factors some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang Seen from the parents are send their children to school. Factors some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang Seen from the education, the economic and the community. What factors some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang?. So the purpose this study is to some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang. And, research is expected to become guidelines for older people in send their children to school. The research also is expected to help and loosening take actions repair to next, for parents to send their children. Population in this study as many as 50 people. Then the researcher take intended to the sample 30 people for research and 20 people we will try to, with uses the technique of sampling jenuh. An instrument data collection namely poll with 40 a statement and if the trial live 37 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, a conclusion can be drawn that, some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang within high. Indicators the community higher than indicators the education level of parents and the level economic.Key words: Factor, factors some parents do not send their children to school

Abstract

Abstract: in this research Issue is how leadership lifeskills in the barn Thrift Pengepul Melissa. This research aims to discover how leadership processes carried out in the barn Thrift Pengepul Melissa benefits from this study are expected to provide input or an idea to the students, the professors and all the readers and semuakalangan in order to be wise in addressing issues specifically related to the thrift collector (pengepul) around us. In addition to providing related information second-hand pengepul in this study, can be set as material to be learned later on apply positive values by other individuals in particular communities which have the same profession. This study used a qualitative approach to the types of descriptive. The technique of selection of informants in this study i.e., purposive sampling techniques. Informants in this study is that people who have the information required in the research because the informant is a person who is master of the matter will be researched. Data collection techniques used documentation, observation, interview and triangulation of Thrift Pengepul Leadership Lifeskills Ujang Milky Eagle Road In the village of the subdistrict of Pekanbaru Handsome Pomegranate. From the results of research conducted can be concluded that: 1) those involved in the barn Thrift Pengepul Melissa namely (1) Jeremy as Chairman (2) Thump Anisa Treasurer while the wife of Jeremy (3) Andre as an employee of Handyman sort items (4) Anto as a freight sorter employees (5) Aris as a freight sorter employees (6) Madan as builders cut employees (7) AR as an employee of the welder (9) Iron Man as an employee of the welder and iron (10) Ben as an employee the driver of the car. In the process of work in the warehouse uijang own, almost all decisions are left up to the employees, and because the leadership of the sendri else have other jobs. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how low the Participation of the Community in Implementation of Education in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Nur Alia Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Sub District Kampar Regency? And How much contribution contribution of Community Participation to Implementation of Education based on indicator which become factor In Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah MDA Nur Alia Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Sub District Kampar? Benefits of this research is the contribution of thought to the Community Participation in the Implementation of Education At MDA Nur Alia Tarai Bangun Village Tambang District Kampar District. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The population in this study was 71 people. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire containing 61 statement items. (2) energy, (3) ideas / thoughts, (4) material, and (5) ideas on community participation in education implementation at MDA Nur Alia Village Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar is measured by indicators, fund. From the results of the research note that the contribution of thought to the Community Participation in the Implementation of Education At MDA Nur Alia Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Sub District Kampar included in the low category. with mean time indicator 2.16, mean power indicator 2.13, mean indicator ideas / thought 2.17, indicator of material material 2.13 and mean indicator fund 2.13, which still belong to low interpretation.Keywords: Community Participation in the Implementation of Education in MDA

Abstract

Abstract: Social workers have an important role in solving problems that are being faced by the community. therefore, the community needs the role of social workers as facilitators, social workers as mediators, social workers as defenders and social workers as protectors. This study aims to determine the Role of Social Workers in Improving Child Discipline in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the SocialCare Institution for Child Care of the Social Service of Riau Province. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The informants of this study consisted of 2 core informants, 1 control informant and 1 observer informant in the social care unit of the official child care unit of Riau province. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. And data analysis techniques used are datareduction, data display, and examination of conclusions and verification. As well as data validity techniques by using the krebilita test, transferability testing, dependability testing and confirmation testing. The results of this study were obtained based on indicators, sub-indicators, dimensions of the Role of Social Workers in Improving Child Discipline. Based on the data, the researcher made interview guidelines for 54 items divided into 4 indicators developed into 12 sub-indicators and 13 dimensions, namely: 1Role of Social Workers As Facilitators named social workers facilitating all children's needs, and facilitating children living in the Institution's Technical Implementation Unit Social Child Care. 2 The Role of Social Workers as Mediators where social workers apply the rules to children and provide penalties to children who violate regulations in the Technical Unit of the Child Care Institution. 3 The Role of Social Workers As Defenders where social workers must defend troubled children in the Home. 4 Roles ofSocial Workers as Protectors. Social workers must protect children from environmental problems that children can be affected from outside the Social Institution Childcare.Keywords: The role of social workers and discipline

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the study was to determine the level of consumer interest in life skills: rattan woven craftsmen in Yos Sudarso Street, Pekanbaru City, to find out the factors that increase the attractiveness of more attractive rattan for interest among the community, especially Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem of how high the improvement in the work of innovation is the functional royan handicraft model as well as improving the business climate and manpower management. Besides based on the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the study, it was also obtained consumer satisfaction based on sex and age at Yos Sudarso street in Pekanbaru city. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 70 rattan craftsmen in Yos Sudarso street, Pekanbaru city. This technique used is Proportionate Stratified rendom sampling. This technique is used if the population has non-homogeneous members / elements and proportionally structured instruments used in this study are questionnaires, which contain 29 statements about life skills: rattan woven craftsmen in Yos Sudarso city Pekanbaru. The data in this research greeting will be analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of data analysis show that personal skills are classified as high mean 4.32 and SD 0.60, mean social skills 4.14 and SD 0.60, mean academic skills 4.17 and SD 0.58, and vocational skills mean 4 , 30 and SD 0.55, all of which are in a high interpretation. Furthermore, the contribution of each indicator was made into personal skills with contributions of 62.04%, contribution of social skills 70.00%, contribution of academic skills 72.60%, and contribution of vocational skills 51.50%. Rattan woven craftsmen based on demographics, which are based on sex are classified as high (mean 4.21) and based on age are classified as high (mean 4.11).Key Words: Life Skills, Craftsmen, Woven, and Rattan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the good interpersonal communication of beneficiaries with social workers at the Rumbai City Youth Development Board (PSBR), Pekanbaru. Based on observations on the Bina Remaja Social Institution, the following phenomena are encountered: 1. There are several recipients who are closed in doing interpersonal communication in social care institutions. 2. The existence of several beneficiaries do not care about the opinions of others in carrying out interpersonal communication. 3. The existence of several beneficiaries who provide a positive boost in the process of interpersonal communication 4. There is a positive assessment given by beneficiaries in the communication process so that beneficiaries feel comfortable in carrying out interpersonal communication. 5. There are several beneficiaries who carry out the communication process by distinguishing the other person in the social care institution. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were beneficiaries who were in the Teenage Community Development Center (PSBR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling technique type of simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire instrument variable in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices From the findings of this study, it can be seen that beneficiary interpersonal communication in the environment of Adolescent Community Development (PSBR) Tassel in Pekanbaru is high, this can seen from the Mean (3.67) and Standard Deviation (0.78) from the average research indicator. Abstract: The background of this research was the curiosity of researchers that a student outside of school education the Faculty of Education University of Riau. Formulation of the problem how is the level of expectation of Student Learning School Education FKIP UR ?. The purpose of this study to know how high Expectancy Student Learning School Education the Faculty of Education University of Riau. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The respondents of this study amounted to 67 students and 20 people on a trial basis. Data collection instruments consisted of a questionnaire consisting of 52 items statement. The research instruments included therein research variables are Expectancy learn indicator consists of (1) The confidence; (2) Effectiveness of self; (3) Motivation; (4) Ability.Key words: Expectancy, Learning, students of school education.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based by not yet done the evaluation of implementation inclusive education program at Community Learning Activity Center (CLAC) Bina Kreasi Pekanbaru City. The formulation of this research problem is whether the inclusion education program at Community Learning Activity Center (CLAC) Bina Kreasi Pekanbaru City has been done well ?. This study aims to determine the assessment of the implementation of inclusive education program at Community Learning Activity Center (CLAC) Bina Kreasi Pekanbaru City. Subjects in this study as many as 15 people consisting of managers, tutors, students, and parents. This research instrument uses documentation, observation, and interview. The study used a CIPP model evaluation of Stufflebeam consisting of four indicators, namely context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. The result of the research can be concluded that the implementation of inclusive education program at Community Learning Activity Center (CLAC) Bina Kreasi Pekanbaru City is done well.Keywords: Evaluation, Inclusive Education

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the factors the motivation to study the learn to attend package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru. Because of a the motivation to study was pendorongan an establishment realized to affect mannerisms people learn to attend package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru. The formulation the research is which motivation most dominant of motivation intrinsic with extrinsic motivation people learn in following package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to know where have motivation most dominant among intrinsic motivation with extrinsic motivation residents learned in following package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru. The population in research has reached 57 people learn. Then the researcher determine samples from 36 people for research and 20 people to the test, with uses the technique simple random sampling. An instrument data collection the survey by 40 a statement and if the trial live 38 statement valid for made instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, the research results show that the motivation to study residents learn package C di PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru In good, with an average percentage of 63%. Even though the motivation internal are more dominant than motivation external. It means residents learn motivated to study because hope or ideals available.Key words: Motivation, Motivation to study the learn to attend package C.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the learning motivation of what is the most dominant between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation that encourages citizens to learn about Package C in Sanggar Learning Activities (SKB) of Cinta Raja District in Pekanbaru's Sail City District. The benefits of this study are expected to be a reference material for SKB Managers of Cinta Raja Village, Sail City Pekanbaru Village, regarding the motivation to learn the learning program for C package students in Sanggar Learning Activities (SKB) , Cinta Raja Village, Sail City, Pekanbaru. This research is also useful as a comparison material for other researchers who will conduct research in the same field. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique because this research is the determination of samples if all members of the population are used as samples with a theoretical basis according to Sugiono. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 46 statements about the motivation to learn the package C program students at the Sanggar Learning Activity (SKB) at the Cinta Raja Village in Sail City District, Pekanbaru, with indicators of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, consisting of 5 sub indicators divided into 11 dimensions. The results of the data analysis show that the motivation to learn the package C learning program at the Sanggar Learning Activity (SKB) in Cinta Raja District, Sail City District, Pekanbaru, is more intrinsic motivation, seen from the high percentage, mean, and elementary percentage, 70,93 %, 3.78 da 0.91 compared to extrinsic motivation.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Package C Program in Sanggar Learning Activity (SKB)
