Abstract

A significant correlation was found, between the enabling parental style to exploration in the domain of religion identity status; between the anabling parental style to commitment, and between the constraining parental style to exploration. No relationship was found between the constraining parental style and commitment in the domain of religious identity status. Suggestion for further research would be to identity other variables connected with identity status in the religion domain.

Abstract

Guidance by parents can be interpreted as a help given by parents to a child in order to develop the potential (talents, interests, and abilities) that have, recognize themselves, overcome problems so that the child can determine his own way of life responsibly without relying on others. The results of this study found. 1) Some parents who are apathetic in doing guidance in learning in the moral development of the child spritual, on the grounds of busy housework, but there are also parents who do tutoring to their children. 2) Parents who do guidance to their children have done the maximum there are only a few things that must be considered in doing guidance to the child. 3) The supporting factor is that there is still awareness from parents to always educate and guide their children in their learning activities and there is a family atmosphere full of affection so that it creates a comfortable atmosphere for children in their learning. While the inhibition factor is entertainment from technology such as hand phones and tv, which interferes with children's learning guidance activities. As well as the influence of the surrounding environment that can cause the child to prefer to play rather than learn. 4) There are differences between children who are guided by parents and are not guided by parents in the moral development of children in school, children who are guided to learn by their parents are more obedient and subject to different school rules than children who are not guided by parents.

Abstract

Moral development is related to rules and conventions about what humans should do in their interactions with others. The moral development of a child is much influenced by the environment. Children get character values ??from their school environment, especially from their teachers. Children learn to recognize values ??and behave according to these values, in developing children's morals, the role of teachers is very important, especially when children are young. This research was conducted in all RA in the Sub-Districts of Parungkuda, Sukabumi Regency with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on a thorough data analysis of the implementation of moral learning and character in developing the character values ??of students in RA in the Parungkuda Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency starts from the planning and implementation has been carried out maximally because it refers to government regulations in implementing learning. It's just that in the implementation of the evaluation it has not done the process correctly. This means that the teacher only does makeshift evaluation activities without using predetermined evaluation principles. While the supporting factors in the implementation of learning are a clear vision and mission, supporting facilities and infrastructure, active learning of students. As for the inhibiting factors in the implementation is the lack of teachers in understanding learning material, lack of parents actively involved in school learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi salah satu ruang yang tepat untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa bahwa manusia memiliki peranan yang besar terhadap keseimbangan lingkungan. Sekolah Dasar Islam Fathia Kota Sukabumi didirikan pada tahun 2008 yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Assyukuriah dengan lahan seluas 18.000 m2, dengan Visi lembaga pendidikan yaitu mampu menjadikan generasi unggul berdasarkan Al-quran dan Assunnah, dengan Misi membentuk karakter anak yang dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan nilai keislaman, cerdas, dinamis dan berwawasan lingkungan. Serta mempersiapkan anak didik dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan agar memiliki Basic Skill, Life Skill and Spiritual Skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Data yang akan dikumpulkan adalah berupa data kualitatif, seperti catatan-catatan hasil wawancara dan observasi, serta didukung oleh dokumen-dokumen terkait. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan natural setting (kondisi yang alamiah). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah FGD (focus group discussion), wawancara dan observasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah hal yang sangat terpenting dalam menanamkan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan yaitu adanya kerja sama antara sekolah dengan orang tua. solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi agar penanaman pendidikan karakter dapat tercapai secara maksmal, dibutuhkan kerja sama semua pihak. Tidak hanya pihak sekolah yang mengusahakan agar penanaman karakter dapat berjalan dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesipsikan kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan yaitu kepala sekolah SMAPT Hayatan Thayyibah pada lembaganya apakah gaya kepemimpinanya tersebut dapat memperngaruhi secara positif kepada bawahanya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitianya adalah: (1) Perhatian emosional dapat mempengaruhi guru dan karyawan secara pribadi, sosial, ekonomi, hubungan dan situasi kerja, kepedulian hal-hal kecil, memberikan kesempatan untuk kuliah dan melanjitkan studi, memberikan apreasiasi dan ucapan selamat menjadikan semangat dan selalu berlomba dalam hal kebaikan. (2) Pimpinan selalu memperhatikan keluhan dan masalah yang dialami oleh bawahan, sehingga dengan kehadiran kepala sekolah menjadi sesuatu yang di tunggu oleh setiap staff dan guru. (3) Berdasarkan temuan pula peneliti melihat bahwa kepala sekolah memberikan kesempatan kerja untuk berekpresi bagi bawahanya. (4) Kepala sekolah memberikan peluang kepada bawahanya untuk berkarya diluar sekolah, ada yang menjadi penceramah, trainer, aktif di tengah-tengah organisasi kemanuasiaan, yayasan, dan tempat lainya.

Abstract

From the opinion of experts, it can be concluded that students' learning motivation is influenced by various internal and external factors, and these factors can vary depending on the theory and approach used. Therefore, it is important for educators and educational institutions to pay attention to the factors of Variety of Livelihoods and the Education Level of Parents which can affect Student Learning Motivation and develop learning strategies that can increase student motivation. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is the oldest method in research with empirical, objective, structured, rational and systematic characteristics with a research sample of 100 respondents, data collection was taken using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it states that the variety of livelihoods has a significant influence on student learning motivation in PKBM Yaspimida, Kebonpedes District, Sukabumi Regency. Based on these results, it can be concluded that environmental factors such as the variety of livelihoods and the educational level of parents influence student learning motivation in PKBM YASPIMIDA, Kebonpedes District, Sukabumi Regency. Therefore, efforts need to be made to increase parents' awareness of the importance of supporting their children's learning motivation, especially for families who have a limited variety of livelihoods and low levels of education. This conclusion shows that both the variety of parents' livelihoods and the education level of parents have a significant role in influencing student learning motivation in PKBM YASPIMIDA, Kebonpedes District, Suakabumi Regency. These results indicate the importance of paying attention to these factors in increasing student motivation. The implication is that efforts need to be made to provide support and coaching to students with a variety of livelihoods and parents' educational levels that vary, so as to increase their learning motivation.

Abstract

Tinggi angka kasus bunuh diri di Indonesia mencapai 9.000 kasus setiap tahunnya. Mirisnya angka bunuh diri tertinggi di Indonesia berada pada usia remaja. Hal ini membuat peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti apa saja yang dapat medorong seseorang memiliki ide melakukan bunuh diri, khususnya pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana perceived social support dapat memoderasi pengaruh dari Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Moderate Regression Analysis yang dibantu dengan Uji PROCESS by Hayes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden remaja dari rentang usia 15 hingga 20 tahun. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner online dengan bantuan Google Form. Hasil yang ditemukan ialah bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja. Lalu, ditemukan juga bahwa perceived social support tidak dapat memoderasi (memperkuat) pengaruh Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, Self-compassion berpengaruh terhadap suicidal ideation tetapi perceived social support tidak dapat memoderatori pengaruh dari Self-compassion terhadap suicidal ideation pada remaja.

Abstract

There are so many ineffective school managements. This is due to ineffective head leadership, poor teacher performance or less organized administrative services. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between the principal's leadership, teacher performance and administrative services to the effectiveness of school management. This study aims to determine the relationship between principal leadership, teacher performance and administrative services to the effectiveness of school management. The sample of this study was 50 teachers. Sampling for principals and administrative employees using stratified random disproportionate techniques and sampling for teachers using purposive sampling techniques. This research uses quantitative methods with measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with a multivariate correlation test (double correlation). The results obtained in this study show a relationship between the principal's leadership, teacher performance, and administrative services to the effectiveness of schools in MTs.
