Abstract

n pop-up book as a medium the introduction of local knowledge related knowledge native process of making salt jono to village of primary school age children primary school in order that he might the natural resources in the region. It also can foster the sense of love of country and proud of the local culture owned jono village. This study aims to know needs analysis students and teachers on the development of a pop-up book as a medium learning primary school student based indigenous science local wisdom farmers salt jono village, and developed. The development of this pop-up book research methods have research and development with the procedures used the development of which is a modification of 4d model that was triggered by thiagarajan (1974). The stage that have been conducted by namely define and design. During the preparatory phase of define the results showedthat knowledge of the production process salt in the village jono not yet used as the theme of primary school in their experiences in the. The procurement of media that are contextual and fun is really needed by the educator in the process of learning to support students understanding of the subject matter. A literature review and field work was carried out by means of interview, observation, and documentation. Based in pop-up book indigenous science local wisdom farmers salt jono village is hoped can be alternative media learning that can be used educator in creating an atmosphere of learning which interactive and fun and easy to understand students .Keywords: pop-up book, local wisdom, farmers salt Jono village, the learning.

Abstract

Pada saat pembelajaran kimia berlangsung ditemukan hambatan-hambatan yang menjadikan kurang maksimalnya pembelajaran kimia. Pembelajaran yang baik akan menghasilkan  prestasi akademik yang baik pula. Adanya permasalahan tersebut diperlukan penelitian untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran kimia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran kimia yang baik. Pembelajaran adalah proses interaksi peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber belajar pada suatu lingkungan belajar. Agar tercapai pembelajaran kimia yang baik diperlukan komponen-komponen penunjang. Komponen-komponen pembelajaran dalam tiga kategori utama, yaitu: guru, isi atau materi pembelajaran, dan siswa. Interaksi antara tiga komponen utama melibatkan metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan penataan lingkungan tempat belajar. Penelitian ini di rancang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sehingga dihasilkan produk final. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran kimia perlu dimaksimalkan agar pembelajaran kimia di SMA Teuku Umar Semarang dapat berlangsung dengan baik adalah mulai dari guru, siswa, dan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Kata kunci: pembelajaran, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran kimia

Abstract

The behavior of mather's to their childrens affects the development of children, include the psychosocial development of children. One of the behavior of mather's that have an impact on children's psychosocial development is verbal abuse. Verbal abuse is a set of words or behaviors can hurt other people's feelings that includes insulting with inappropriate words, berating, yelling, scaring, and threatening others. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's verbal abuse behavior and psychosocial development of preschool in the area of the RI Sidomulyo Public Health Center, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. This study used a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was 98 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chisquare test. There are 31 (31.6%) respondents with high verbal abuse category who have children in the category of abnormal psychosocial development. The results of statistical analysis showed that there were a significant relationship between mother's verbal abuse behavior on the psychosocial development of preschool with p value (0.000) < alpha (0.05). Mother's verbal abuse behavior has a relationship with the psychosocial development of preschooler. Mothers should improve communication and suggested to have good attitudes to their children and for health care provider to improve health education about verbal abuse behavior to children. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the active learning model assisted by paper puppetmedia on the speaking skills of third grade students at Surodadi 3 Candimulyo StateElementary School, Magelang Regency. This study uses a pre-experimental design methodof the type of one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all third gradestudents at SDN Surodadi 3 Candimulyo, totaling 17 students. The research subjects wereselected using a saturated sampling technique. The method of data collection is done byusing a performance assessment. The validity test of the performance assessmentinstrument was carried out using expert validity. The analysis prerequisite test consists ofa normality test and a hypothesis test. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques,namely the paired sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS version 22 for windowsprogram. The results of data analysis using the paired Sample T-test showed a significancevalue (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, the average pretest score was 60 while the posttest score was 74. These results showed an increase in the pretest-posttest score of 23%. The results of the study concluded that the use of active learning models assisted by paper puppet media had an effect on students' speaking skills.

Abstract

The role of a shipping service company is very important to the development of the society and lifestyle of today, the role as a media distribution of goods. With the delivery service is very easy for consumers to fulfill their needs, but it can save time and also make consumers feel happy things can be done easily. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality (Web based Tracking System) and trust in customer satisfaction in service users J&T Express in Pasuruan whose results can be used as an evaluation of J&T Express to improve its performance. The population in this research is a customer who has been delivering goods at J&T Express in Pasuruan. The number of samples in this study used Machin formula and was found to be 132 respondents or a service user of J&T Express in Pasuruan. The results of this study show that Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so that J&T Express is expected to develop and as well as maintain Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality and customer confidence so that later to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) aplikasi IMobile dengan pendekatan berbasis pengguna (User-Centered Design). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed-method), dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner online dan uji coba prototipe dengan menggunakan aplikasi figma. Survei ini dibagikan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengevaluasi dari segi navigasi, estetika visual, dan fungsionalitas aplikasi. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa 80% responden merasa aplikasi mudah digunakan, dan 85% menilai desain visual menarik, dengan fitur seperti jadwal kuliah dan presensi menjadi yang paling berguna. Saran penting dari penelitian ini meliputi penambahan fitur presensi online dan penyempurnaan elemen visual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa desain ulang berhasil meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efektivitas aplikasi, sekaligus memberikan referensi pengembangan aplikasi pendidikan yang lebih responsif dan intuitif.
