Abstract

Flaring gas industry is profitable for community and government, in term of economy and environment (sustainable). The investation of that industry, haye to study if economically feseable to be develop and environmentally friendly, so we need to study about feasibility study and environment impact assessment. The aim of this study to examines feasibitity study and environment benefit. For this purposes, the analysis were used in this study Net present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Pay Back Period (PBP), and profitability Index analysis. Result of this study were flaring gas industry in this study feasible and enviroimentally (cleaner production), and feasible to develop. Flaring gas industry had positif net present value with net profit (NPV) US$ 1.148.174,00 and had recoupery to bank higher than bank interest rate, and the ability to restore the bank loan capital until the time limit, total IRR 14,42 %. Payback investment of this company is 5,080 years and payback loan is 3,537 years. This means, that capital payback period paster than contract period and began fifth years and so on, (break even point in fifth years). Starting in the sixth years, this company will be profit, because payback period shorter than contract period (10 years). It's indicates that present value of net cash receipts, in the future is greater than the present value of investment, so that is profitable. By the way this company should pay for environmental protection and social costs, but in this study has not been taken in to account. Flaring gas industry not only profitable, but become one of the efforts to reduce emission. This industry relatively not pollute the environment and environmentally friendly. Abstract

In this study there are two variables, namely Variable X (Work Ability) and Variable Y (Performance). This research was conducted to determine the workability of PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang, Employee Performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang.The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method to discuss the formulation of the problem how the work ability of employees at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang and Work Discipline at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang, and verification analysis to discuss the formulation of the problem how much influence Workability has on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires) and literature. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an effect of Work Ability on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang. To measure the magnitude of the effect of these variables, Simple Linear Regression and Correlation Coefficients and Coefficients of Determination were used with the help of the IBM SPSS application program.Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely Simple Linear Regression, the Coefficient of Determination (KD) of 3.41. Based on these results, it can be concluded that work ability has an effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Mitra Telagasari Utama Karawang.Keywords: Workability and Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan 2) Untuk menganalisispengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, karena datayang diperoleh nantinya berupa angka. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah adalah100 karyawan pada PT. Arco Quality Parking. Terkait hal penelitian, penulismenggunakan teknik Sample jenuh. maka diambil sampel sebanyak 100 orangkaryawan pada T. Arco Quality Parking sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh LingkunganKerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, terbukti maka nilai thitung untuk variabel X1(Lingkungan Kerja) sebesar 9,773 sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk N = 100 sebesar 1.983.Jadi 9,773 1.983. dapat dinyatakan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja (X1) berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). 2) Terdapat pengaruh BudayaOrganisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, terbukti maka nilai thitung untuk variabelBudaya Organisasi (X2) sebesar 10.775, sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk N = 100 sebesar1.983. Jadi 10.775 1.983, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dapat disimpulkanbahwa secara parsial variabel Budaya Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadapKepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). 3) terbukti nilai Fhitung sebesar 390.320, sedangkanFtabel ( 0,05) untuk N = 100 sebesar 2.70. Jadi Fhitung dari Ftabel ( 0,05) atau 390.320 2.70 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000karena 0,000 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja (X) secarabersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0.887. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 88.7%Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan Budaya Organisasi (X2) secara bersama-samaberpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y), sedangkan sisanya sebesar11.3% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Tingkat Pendapatan Dan Perilaku Konsumsi Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Keluarga Di Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan keluarga dan perilaku konsumsi pada Kecamatan Bogor Selatan dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebar kepada keluarga dengan media google form yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of price and promotion on purchase intention of thread products at PT. Hoja Indonesia, with Perceived Quality as a moderating variable. The textile industry, particularly thread manufacturing, is vital for supporting downstream industries, and understanding consumer behavior is essential for maintaining competitiveness. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS 4 software, this study employed saturated sampling with 40 respondents, including customers and business partners purchasing thread products from PT. Hoja Indonesia. Both the measurement and structural models were analyzed to assess relationships among price, promotion, perceived quality, and purchase intention. Results indicate that price has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on purchase intention, while price significantly influences perceived quality. Promotion significantly impacts purchase intention but does not affect perceived quality. Perceived quality itself significantly affects purchase intention, highlighting its critical role in shaping consumer behavior. Moderation analysis reveals that perceived quality’s interaction with price and promotion influences purchase intention, though not significantly. These findings suggest that while perceived quality is crucial, its moderating role is limited. Companies should implement integrated marketing strategies that enhance promotional activities and strengthen consumers’ perceptions of product quality. This study contributes to consumer perception-based marketing strategies in the textile sector, particularly for thread products.
