Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran video tutorial berbasis audio visual pembelajaran Akuntansi Spreadsheet dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model 4D. Tahapan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran video tutorial berbasis audio visual ini meliputi empat tahap yaitu: Tahap Define yang merupakan tahap awal untuk mendefinisikan masalah yang muncul di lapangan. Tahap Design yaitu tahap merancang produk media pembelajaran berbasis audio visual. Tahap Develop, yakni penilaian media oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan praktisi dosen untuk mendapatkan saran dan masukan, kemudian melakukan uji pengembangan untuk mendapatkan respon dari mahasiswa. Tahap Disseminate, menyebarluaskan media pembelajaran melalui media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan skor sebesar 4,88; penilaian ahli media mendapatkan skor sebesar 4,70; penilaian praktisi mendapatkan skor 4,67; dan respon mahasiswa mendapatkan skor sebesar 4,55 keseluruhan penilaian termasuk kategori Sangat Layak. Kata kunci: Audio Visual; Media Pembelajaran; Pembelajaran Akuntansi; Spreadsheet Akuntansi; 4D Model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Baamboozle learning media on improving students' collaboration skills in the Accounting and Financial Institution expertise program. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent comparison group design. This research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023 at the Accounting and Financial Institution Expertise program, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Baturetno. The research sample consisted of 23 students in the experimental class and 22 in the control class. The data collection instrument used a self-assessment test in the form of a closed questionnaire developed using a Likert scale with five alternative answers. Data analysis technique using independent sample t-test. The results showed a significant influence on the use of Baamboozle learning media on improving students' collaboration skills in the Accounting and Financial Institutions expertise program. Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Baamboozle terhadap peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa program keahlian Akuntansi dan Lembaga Keuangan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan non-equivalent comparison group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2022 sampai dengan Januari 2023 di program keahlian Akuntansi dan Lembaga Keuangan, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Baturetno. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan terdiri atas 23 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 22 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes penilaian diri berbentuk kuesioner tertutup yang dikembangkan mengacu skala Likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Teknik analisis data menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengguanaan media pembelajaran Baamboozle terhadap peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa program keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga.

Abstract

The Spreadsheet training program implemented by the accounting laboratory aims to improve job competition skills, as well as providing material and practical training related to the use of Spreadsheets. The target of this training activity is Pacitan Development Vocational School students. Participants who took part in the training were 21 students. Spreadsheet training is carried out offline in the accounting laboratory, FEB UNY. The training methods used are Focus Group Discussion and practice or simulation. This training went through two stages of implementation. First, a session providing material by the resource person as well as discussion resources with the students. Second, a Spreadsheet practice session directly using a computer guided by the speaker. Based on the evaluation results, the implementation of the Accounting Spreadsheet training went well and smoothly. The results of this training activity are that participants can understand material about accounting spreadsheets, master the concept of spreadsheet practice, and practice using spreadsheets in accounting transactions. Responses from participants regarding activities were also seen from the results of participant satisfaction surveys, suitability of material and practice, assessment of the quality of resource persons, and satisfaction with facilities which indicated that they were good or satisfied with attending the training.

Abstract

Current developments require teachers to adapt to the learning process. The problem that teachers at the Yogyakarta Cooperative Vocational School still face is the development of unique and interactive learning media such as the Canva-based Flipbook learning media. Previously, the learning media that was widely used by teachers was PowerPoint, there was no alternative media that was more interactive that could be applied in the learning process, so these teachers needed Canva-based flipbook interactive media training. This training aims to make teachers skilled in developing interactive learning media using Canva-based Flipbook. Participants who took part in the training were 22 teachers. The training is filled with material delivery, discussion and practice. The results of this training activity show that: (1) the participants were satisfied with the training activities carried out, (2) the training activities were also considered effective to carry out and continue to be developed in the future, (3) the target of the product produced has also been achieved because in part Most participants were able to produce products in the form of interactive learning media using Canva-based flipbooks

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the quality of human resources and societal development. Effective learning processes, significantly influenced by teacher performance, are vital for achieving quality education. This research explores the challenges faced by vocational high school teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, which aims to address learning disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and align with the demands of Industry 4.0. The study employs a qualitative case study design involving interviews and observations of 10 accounting teachers from five vocational high schools in Yogyakarta. Findings reveal that while various learning models, including Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), and Teaching Factory (TEFA), are utilized, their implementation is often hindered by limited teacher training, inadequate resources, and insufficient understanding of the curriculum. PBL faces difficulties in Vocational High School A and Vocational High School D due to a lack of training. PjBL is effectively used in Vocational High School C and Vocational High School D for real-world projects, whereas TEFA is constrained by limited support. The study highlights that teachers struggle with adapting to the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly senior educators, and emphasizes the need for professional development, improved infrastructure, and additional training to meet the curriculum's requirements. Key barriers include inadequate professional support, high administrative burdens, and resistance to change. This research underscores the importance of enhancing teacher readiness and adapting learning models to align with the Merdeka Curriculum effectively.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kemandirian belajar antara mahasiswa yang menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Video Tutorial Berbasis Audio Visual dengan mahasiswa yang tidak menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Video Tutorial Berbasis Audio Visual pada Matakuliah Spreadsheet. 2) mengukur efektivitas penerapan Media Pembelajaran Video Tutorial Berbasis Audio Visual dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Pada Matakuliah Spreadsheet Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FEB UNY. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FE UNY selama bulan Februari-September 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample test, sedangkan untuk mengukur efektivitas menggunakan rumus Cohen D. Hasil analisis menggunakan paired sample test menunjukkan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000  yaitu  kurang dari 0,05. Hasil tersebut menujukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dari penelitian ini diterima, dimana penggunaan media video tutorial pada kasus penelitian kali ini dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah spreadsheet pada kelas eksperimen (kelas U), atau dengan kata lain hipotesis akhir (H0) dari penelitian ini ditolak. Hasil ini didukung dengan adanya uji effect size dimana hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai effect size adalah sebesar  0.730469 yang artinya penerapan media video tutorial pada pembelajaran spreadsheet memiliki efek pada kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Efek yang ditimbulkan termasuk pada kategori moderat.
