Abstract

Haryono No. 169 Malang E-mail: ditaamanah21@student.ub.ac.id ABSTRAK Pada skripsi ini, penulis mengangkat permasalahan terkait Kebijakan Pemadaman Lampu Pada Saat Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat PPKM Darurat di Kota Malang. Pilihan tema tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kontroversi yang timbul dalam masyarakat terkait kebijakan diskresi yang diambil Pemerintah Kota Malang yang meresahkan Warga Kota Malang. Jika ditinjau dari perspektif Hukum Administrasi Negara, hal ini dapat dimaknai lain, karena dalam melakukan penanganan pandemi Covid- 19, pemerintah dapat berpedoman pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta menggunakan diskresi sebagai kewenangan yang melekat padanya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas, karya tulis ini mengangkat rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana Keabsahan Hukum Kebijakan Pemadaman Lampu selama PPKM Darurat di Kota Malang? (2) Upaya hukum apa yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat terhadap Kebijakan Pemadaman Lampu pada saat PPKM Darurat di Kota Malang? Lebih lanjut karya tulis ini dilakukan melalui metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang diperoleh penulis akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif analitis yaitu dengan cara menggambarkan masalah yang kemudian menganalisa permasalahan yang ada melalui data-data yang telah dikumpulkan dan diolah serta disusun dengan berlandaskan kepada teori-teori dan konsep-konsep yang digunakan. Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode di atas, penulis memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan yang ada bahwa kewenangan diskresi merupakan bentuk kebebasan bertindak pemerintah baik dalam memecahkan suatu masalah genting yang membutuhkan penindakan cepat tetapi terkendala regulasi dan penyelesaiannya. Penggunaan diskresi ditengah kondisi krisis perlu diawasi agar tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan wewenang yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi masyarakat di Kota Malang. KATA KUNCI : Kebijakan, Pemadaman Lampu, PPKM Darurat ABSTRACT This research aims to investigate the policy to turn off street lamps during the enforcement of emergency lockdown in Malang city. This research topic departed from the controversy arising from the discretion over the policy performed by the regional government of the city that tended to raise concern in society. From the perspective of state administrative law, this blackout can be interpreted differently since the government can use discretion and refer to the laws to make policies related to Covid-19. Departing from this issue, this research aims to investigate: (1) what is the validity of the law regarding the street blackout during the enforcement of emergency lockdown? (2) what legal remedies can be taken by the members of the public regarding the street blackout during the lockdown in Malang city? The research data involved primary, secondary, and tertiary materials analyzed using a descriptive technique by describing the issue concerned with all the processed data arranged according to the theories and concepts. This research employed normative-juridical methods and a statutory approach. Abstract

It is necessary to know the application of E-Recovery Service Quality to understand E-Loyalty for Gojek customers, GoFood Features. Loyal customers or regular customers, will make the business continue to survive because loyal customers feel comfortable with certain products, so they will repeatedly make purchases.The survey method is the method used in this study and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative verification. The population in this study were Gojek GoFood Feature customers in the city of Bandung with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is simple linear analysis to analyze the effect of E-Recovery Service Quality on E-Loyalty.The test results show that E-Recovery Service Quality has a significant effect on E-Loyalty for Gojek GoFood Feature customers with a t value of 8.149. Value of t table < t count or 1.966 < 8.149 with a significance value < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05.The beta coefficient value is 0.546, which means that E-Recovery Service Quality can explain E-Loyalty of 54.60% or states that every change of one unit of E-Recovery Service Quality can result in a change in E-Loyalty of 54.60%. The discussion and recommendations given are all written in this article.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, minat beli konsumen dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kualitas jasa pengiriman dan kemudahan pembayaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jasa pengiriman dan metode pembayaran digital terhadap minat beli konsumen di platform e-commerce yaitu KotakSayur yang merupakan Toko Sayur Online di Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei yang melibatkan 98 responden di Bandung, dimana responden ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang mencakup pertanyaan mengenai pengalaman dan preferensi konsumen terkait jasa pengiriman dan pembayaran digital yang kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jasa pengiriman memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan signifikansi 0,6%. Selain itu, metode pembayaran digital juga ditemukan berkontribusi positif terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan signifikansi 2,2%. Nilai F hitung sebesar 14,380 juga membuktikan bahwa hasil uji penelitian ini signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa KotakSayur harus memperhatikan kedua aspek ini untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belanja konsumen dan mendorong peningkatan penjualan. Implikasi praktis dan rekomendasi untuk KotakSayur serta arah penelitian lanjutan juga dibahas dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

This study was conducted on an online business in Cimahi called Desire & Co, which sells outer scarves with various motifs that can be selected or ordered according to the desired motif. Observation results show that there are several problems faced by this business, namely promotion on social media that is less consistent, lack of capital to advertise, poor quality product photos, and lack of human resources. This business is still implementing the red ocean strategy because it is relatively new and has many competitors. Observation of the running of the business is done by making a questionnaire and asking the owners and employees and used as a method of collecting data for this research. The solution that has been given is to use the hookle application so that promotions are consistent, optimize product photos on social media as an advertising platform and expand advertisements to various other social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ticket price and animal completeness on the decision to revisit Bandung Zoo. Involving 400 respondents from Bandung City, this study uses a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that both ticket price and animal completeness have a significant influence on visitors' decision to return. Ticket price factors tend to affect economic attractiveness, while animal completeness contributes to visitor experience and satisfaction. These findings provide strategic implications for Bandung Zoo managers in designing competitive pricing policies and ensuring the diversity of animal collections to increase visitor loyalty.

Abstract

Koenyaheun is a small business in Bandung that sells food that has been established since 2010. Initial observation results indicate a need for online marketing assistance for this business. During the community service activities, several things were found including more online customers than customers who ordered directly from this business, word of mouth marketing and also the use of social media. Observations and interviews with business owners and employees were conducted to obtain information in this community service activity. Several problems were also found such as logos, product photos, packaging, marketing. Solutions to the problems have been conveyed to the business owner so that it is hoped that this business will gain greater profits and better future prospects. It is recommended to market products on various social media platforms such as Tokopedia, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp or cooperation with food delivery service applications such as GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, so that they can reach a wider range of consumers.
