Abstract

Abstrak: Desain sistem informasi akuntansi ini dibuat untuk membawa kemudahan dan mengefisiensikan waktu dan proses dalam melaksanakan perhitungan akuntansi secara keseluruhan, karena semua bagian yang terkait dengan system ini akan diberikan kemudahan, dan juga resiko kesalahan dalam perhitungan akuntansi dapat dikurangi karena langsung dihitung otomatis jika ada transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kedalam aplikasi yang ada. Dengan adanya system ini, diharapkan pada akhirnya nanti dapat lebih meninglatlan kinerja kerja dan hasil yang lebih cepat dan lebih akurat dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan di STMIK Pradnya paramita Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

Abstract

Problems in research on the effects of promotion and education to increase the number of students, the goal is to determine the effect of promotion and education to increase the number of students and the relationship of the simultaneous promotion and education with  the number  of students.Methods that are used in this research is descriptive and statistical analysis methods multiple linear regression and multiple correlation. promotion costs and the cost of education has not changed so much as an increase in the number of students is 401,462 when the cost of promotion (X1) increased by Rp 100.000,00 be a decline of 1.976, and the cost of education (X2) increased by RpUSD 100,000 , 00 the number of students will increase by 2.236. Correlation results showed that the relationship of these variables is very strong as indicated by the value of R = 0.912 and the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.831, indicating that the variable increase in the number of students (Y) of 83.1% is affected by the variable cost of promotion (X1) and the variable cost of education (X2), while the remaining 16.9% is explained by other variables. Abstract

STMIK Pradnya Paramita Malang which is competence in informatics and computer management. Basically, in STMIK PPM accounting information system has been computerized, but still using a Microsoft Exel.Some of the system’s weakness are journal, leadger, trial balance, adjustment, worksheet and financialstatement. which is input one by one on the columns in Microsoft Exel. Storage of transaction data is lessreliable, the difficulty of access the data and information regarding the data cash receipts and disbursements,also the difficulty in making the cash report receipts and disbursements.  Some of these weakness have an impacton the level of accuracy data and allow for errors in the reporting process. Application of accountinginformation system that used to STMIK Pradnya Paramita Malang aims to help management accountingactivities. It is intend for making the reports easier become two processes namely jurnal umum dan jurnalpenyesuaian) process. The result of this research are: 1)This application system can help BAUK staff inputtingthe value to the journal and adjustment, 2)The application system complete the accounting process of journal,leadger, trial balance, adjustment, worksheet and financial statement.
