Abstract

Komunikasi nonverbal telah didefinisikan sebagai komunikasi tanpa kata. Ini mencakup perilaku yang tampak seperti ekspresi wajah, mata, sentuhan, dan nada suara, serta pesan yang kurang jelas seperti pakaian, postur, dan jarak spasial antara dua orang atau lebih. Semuanya berkomunikasi, termasuk objek material, ruang fisik, dan sistem waktu. Meskipun output verbal dapat dimatikan, nonverbal tidak bisa. Bahkan diam pun berbicara. "Hal terpenting dalam komunikasi adalah mendengar apa yang tidak dikatakan." – Peter F. Drucker, Dalam berkomunikasi tidak semua bahasa di komunikasikan lewat berbicara, terkadang sesuatu diekspresikan dengan Bahasa tubuh atau gesture yang dapat membawa lebih banyak makna dan bobot daripada apa yang dikatakan, kata-kata itu sendiri. Disertai dengan senyuman atau cemberut, diucapkan dengan suara keras, memarahi atau lembut, isi komunikasi kita dibingkai oleh persepsi holistik kita tentang konteksnya. Komunikasi secara umum adalah proses pengiriman dan penerimaan pesan yang memungkinkan manusia untuk berbagi pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Meskipun kita biasanya mengidentifikasi komunikasi dengan ucapan, komunikasi terdiri dari dua dimensi - verbal dan nonverbal. Kata Kunci: non verbal, komunikasi, holistic, berbicara, tanpa kata Nonverbal communication has been defined as communication without words. This includes visible behaviors such as facial expressions, eyes, touch, and tone of voice, as well as less obvious messages such as clothing, posture, and the spatial distance between two or more people. Everything communicates, including material objects, physical space, and time systems. Although verbal output can be turned off, but not in nonverbal. Even silence speaks. "The most important thing in communication is to hear what is not said." – Peter F. Drucker, In communicating not all languages are communicated through speaking, sometimes something is expressed with body language or gestures that can carry more meaning and weight than what is said, the words themselves. Accompanied by a smile or a frown, spoken aloud, scolding or soft, the content of our communication is framed by our holistic perception of its context. Communication in general is the process of sending and receiving messages that enable humans to share knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Although we usually identify communication with speech, communication consists of two dimensions - verbal and nonverbal. Keywords: non-verbal, communication, holistic, speaking, without words.

Abstract

Disruptive technology refers to digitization that offers a variety of new software and programs for Management accounting practices that are useful for assisting reporting, planning, controlling, and decision-making processes. Digital forms of disruptive technology include Big data, Cloud computing, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). All of which lead to automation, visibility and analysis in utilizing structured and unstructured data to support the company's decision-making process. The adoption of digital technologies in Management accounting in fact provides new benefits and challenges simultaneously. This study focuses on how Management accounting responds to disruptive technology and how the impact of disruptive technology on Management accounting practices. This study concludes that the existence of technology and rapid business development has led to the transformation of management accountants in the form of a significant shift in how management accountant view themselves (identity) and their roles in the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is: to provide training on graphic design applications using the CorelDRAW application where now a person is expected to have soft skills in any field. This training was held at the Cakra Kusuma Vocational School in Jombang Regency. It is hoped that this training will help Cakra Kusuma Vocational High School students with multimedia expertise get the supplies to enter the industrial world and be able to use the CorelDraw application. The method of community service is based on training, giving lectures directly on the tools in the CorelDraw application and also doing practical work on making stamp logos and certificates for an agency or company. The results of this training based on a questionnaire distributed to participants showed that 77% of students already knew what CorelDRAW was but to use graphic design applications they rarely or occasionally used it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) Universitas Bahauddin Mudhary Madura berdasarkan persepsi kepuasan pengguna (mahasiswa) menggunakan metode PIECES framework. Metode PIECES framework digunakan untuk mengevaluasi enam aspek kualitas sistem informasi, yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, dan Service. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa pengguna SIAKAD. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai kualitas SIAKAD saat ini, mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang konstruktif untuk pengembangan SIAKAD di masa depan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi Universitas Bahauddin Mudhary Madura dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik berbasis teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of loyalty, price pereception and consumer trust on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted by analyzing loyalty, price pereception, and trust variables on consumer purchasing decisions at Kedai Ndalung. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a total of 40 respondents. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis based on SPSS 21. The results of this research conclude that the variables loyalty(X1), price pereception(X2), and trust(X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Partially from the results of this research, it can be concluded that the loyalty(X1), and trust (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumers' purchasing decisions (Y), while the variables price pereception (X2) have a positive and insignificant effect on consumers' purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

A Small Medium Enterprise sector, as the main pillar of business in Indonesia, has a significant impact on the economic development of the micro and medium sectors. The existence of Small Medium Enterprise must receive attention and an improvement in business management quality so that they become more competitive and open up job opportunities for the surrounding environment of Small Medium Enterprise. One of the weaknesses mostly experienced by Small Medium Enterprise actors is the lack of business management for their operations because the business model that has been applied so far is traditional, which emphasizes revenue generation alone. Therefore, there is a need for socialization of a better and more comprehensive business management model, namely the business model canvas. The community service activity was organized in the form of a seminar, and participants were equipped with methods to implement the business model canvas. The participants were enthusiastic and active throughout the event, and it is hoped that they gained additional insights to run their businesses

Abstract

Jamu adalah obat tradisional yang bahan bakunya simplisia yang sebagian besar belum mengalami standarisasi dan belum pernah diteliti, bentuk sediaan masih sederhana berwujud serbuk seduhan, rajangan untuk seduhan, dan sebagainya. Beberapa sentra usaha dan jenis usaha terdapat di Kabupaten Jember, salah satunya adalah usaha jamu tradisional milik Bu Rini Indrawati yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Sumbersari. Jumlah produksi jamu setiap harinya yang mencapai  kurang lebih 40 liter dengan jumlah pendapatan perharinya berkisar Rp 180.000 sampai dengan Rp 200.000.  Usaha jamu tradisional milik Bu Rini dilakukan dengan manajemen keluarga dan proses produksi yang dilakukan masih sederhana dengan menggunakan beberapa peralatan, diantaranya adalah mixer untuk menghancurkan jamu (simplisia) dengan kapasitas 10 kg/hari, saringan plastik dan kain, dan kompor gas untuk mendidihkan jamu. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses produksi serta pemasaran dari jamu bu Rini. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu Adapun metode pendekatan pelaksanaan yang diusulkan adalah dengan cara pendekatan langsung, dengan bantuan alat atau cara penggunaan alat penggiling jamu dan Pengetahuan tentang proses pembuatan jamu, serta proses Pelatihan pemasaran produk jamu. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu semakin meningkat jumlah produksi jamu yang dihasilkan oleh mitra, dikarenakan alat dan mesin yang dipakai sudah semi modern. Sehingga peningkatan hasil produksi semakin hari semakin bagus, yaitu 20-25kg/hari. Hal ini tampak dari antusiasme mitra dan peserta saat diberikan materi pelatihan dan diberikan bantuan alat dan mesin produksi jamu. Pihak mitra berharap bahwa akan ada program binaan lanjutan agar usaha jamu tradisional mitra makin berkembang.

Abstract

Business development requires every business actor to increase profits and sustainability as part of economic productivity. Purchasing decisions as a stimulus in achieving profit and business sustainability can be achieved with strategic innovation in the aspects of product, price, location, and promotion. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of marketing mix on coffee purchasing decisions at Tempo Doeloe shop. This research uses a survey method. The type of data used is primary data sourced from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results showed that the price factor played an important role in influencing consumer decisions to buy products, while product, location, and promotion factors had no significant effect.

Abstract

Analysis of social media is an effective tool for understanding people's attitudes, preferences and opinions. For a company, social media analysis can help companies to make decisions about needs, attitudes, opinions or trends about potential customers or potential customers. Hootsuite's Wearesocial research results show that out of 150 million Indonesians, 88% are actively using social media. As a result, a lot of information that was once difficult to obtain is now very easy to obtain. With so much data, data collection can be made easier by using an automated data collection system. The use of Machine Learning Algorithm as a method is used to find out how far the level of search from social media data collected is to get accurate results related to changes in behavior, lifestyle, and community activities in dealing with this pandemic. Scraping data is done using Twitter social media data with various hashtags that support opinion mining contained in the community. The results obtained are the analysis of gopay users having a positive sentiment level of 79,6%, negative sentiment of 20,4% from total of 250 data. Meanwhile, Linkaja users have a positive sentiment level of 62,1%, 37,9% negative comments from 250 data comments taken. The test results also carried out a process of calculating the level of accuracy with recall and precision, namely 87% for Gopay and 89% for LinkAja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress of cash flow. The type of data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation studies and literature studies. The data is obtained from Bursa Efek Indonesia. All financial data used in this research is expressed in Rupiah units. The population in this study is a company sector of infrastructure which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022, with a total sample of 110(22x5) companies selected using the method purposive sampling and the grouped into two categories, namely 27 included in the category of financial distress and 83 included in the the category of non financial distress. The data analysis technique used is regression logistic analysis using SPSS verison 2.5 software. The result of the research concluded that operating activities of cash flow has no effect on financial distress, investment activities of cash flow has no effect on financial distress and financing activities of cash flow has a positive effect on financial distress.
