Abstract

The Ecclesiastical Choir Party Development Institute is an organization/institution tasked with developing the Regional Ecclesiastical Choir Party Development Institute (LPPD) and improving the quality of ecclesiastical choirs in collaboration with churches in Indonesia.This research aims to determine the process of organizing ecclesiastical choir parties (Pesparawi) at the South Sumatra provincial level and to find out the problematic factors that hinder and support the process of organizing ecclesiastical choir parties (Pesparawi) at the South Sumatra level. This research uses qualitative research. The collection techniques used by researchers to reveal or capture qualitative information and respondents according to the scope of the research are: interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the activities for organizing the Ecclesiastical Choir Festival (Pesparawi) at the South Sumatra Province level in terms of each indicator such as resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as budget funds are still not good and need to receive attention, while the organizational structure and implementation of the competition is good. This can be seen from the results of interviews, observations and documentation carried out by the author that the activities for organizing Ecclesiastical Choir Festivals (Pesparawi) at the South Sumatra Province level are good with several improvements and commitments from the Provincial Government in supporting each program of the Ecclesiastical Choir Festival Development Institute.

Abstract

The aim of allocating deconcentration funds is to foster national harmony and synergy between deconcentration assistance programs and activities/tasks funded from the APBN and decentralization programs and activities funded from the APBD. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of deconcentration funds in South Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Conclusion: (1). Planning consisting of dimensions of targets to be achieved, namely Deconcentration Funds and assistance tasks used to fund programs/activities that are the business of the central government, regulations used in this activity, namely Law 33 of 2004 concerning Financial Balance between the Central Government and Regional Government, Number Law Number 17 of 2017 concerning State Finance. (2). In terms of organizing, the implementing human resource indicator is 9 people, the Head of the Regional Secretariat Bureau for South Sumatra Province determines the implementing organizational structure and deconcentration funds with a division of work according to the main tasks and positions held by each personnel. (3). The South Sumatra Province Deconcentration Fund Management process and mechanism is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. (4). The supervision dimension includes external supervision and internal supervision in the Management of South Sumatra Province Deconcentration Funds, both from the Inspectorate and BPKP.

Abstract

Implementation of District Integrated Administration (PATEN) is defined as sub-district activities in providing public services, where the procedures for submitting applications and controlling documents take place at one counter or service point. ) covers the licensing sector, in this case business permits, as well as house building services and non-licensing services, in this case for example making succession certificates. The existence of the District Integrated Administration Administration (PATEN) program can facilitate heir deed services for the community, showing enthusiasm from the community. The inheritance deed service is first carried out at the village/district office by bringing complete documents and certain conditions, and a court order is not used for implementation. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of historical heritage protection in Plaju sub-district, Palembang city. The problems identified are: Many people do not understand the meaning and completeness of the requirements for making a succession certificate through the District Integrated Administration Program (PATEN) AND the time required to take care of succession matters is quite long. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique. This research shows that: overall the implementation of historical heritage conservation in the Plaju Palembang area is going well

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Quality of Integrated Administrative Services in Plaju District, Palembang City". This study aims to determine the quality of integrated administrative services in Plaju District, Palembang City. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques namely interviews, documentation, and observation. This study uses Zeithaml's theory regarding the service quality model. The results of this study indicate that 1) Tangibles, Buildings, Office rooms and facilities, Personnel and uniforms have been implemented properly. 2) Reliability, consisting of: Service competence and professionalism have been well implemented. 3) Responsiveness, accessibility or ease of getting services has been implemented properly. 4) Assurance, assurance that the problems faced by the community can be resolved or their needs can be fulfilled has not been implemented properly. 5) Empathy, attention or compassion for the interests/problems faced by the community, has been implemented properly. This problem was found from the results of analysis of document data, results of interviews with stakeholders and the public.
