Abstract

AbstractLanguage associated with the environment around us is highly correlated withecolinguistics study. Aspects of the direct contact with the rare plants are veryimportant from the point of view ecolinguistics study, therefore very importantthat the term of rare plants to be revitalized and can be incorporated in teaching,especially in terms of vocabulary learning. The formulation of the problem tobe studied are: (1) how the classification of rare plants term in vocabulary ofBalinese language? and (2) how to revitalize the term of rare plants in thelearning of Balinese language vocabulary ? The method used to discuss thispaper is listening vocabulary of rare plants as possible, either through speechcommunity understanding in Balinese language and literature over the scriptthrough the manuscrift of medicinal plants. The analysis was done by descriptivequalitative through integration between inductive and deductive method. Thispaper produces some results of the study as follows. Classification of rareplants, the term is described as follows: (1) related to Hindu religion, (2)residential building/sanctuary, (3) food/beverage, (4) agriculture/animalhusbandry, (5) sacred/magical, (6) drug-medicines. Descriptions in teachingBalinese terms are as follows: (1) the term two syllables, (2) three syllables, (3)four syllables, (4) five syllables, (5) The compound, and (6) repeatedword.

Abstract

TRACT Ethics is knowledge of decency. Decency is in the form of rules that contain prohibitions or orders to do something. Thus in ethics we will find teachings about good deeds and bad deeds. Good deeds are to be carried out and bad deeds are avoided, of course ethics in Hinduism is a religious norm used as a starting point for thinking. such patterns of belief, philosophies of Hindu religion have a very important position in Hindu ethics. In Tutur Kumaratatwa, it is also mentioned, if we can control our appetite, we will get a state of silence, not moving, all lust will die, such as: adi astiti, pasingidan, henang-hening, tutur amunah carma, and lina. Besides that, to be able to become a wise man and have noble character, it is necessary to apply the teachings that exist in Hinduism, such as the Trikaya Parisudha, Panca Yama and Nyama Brata, and Dasa Yama and Niyama Brata. Abstract

The teachings of Hinduism are contained in the Vedic scriptures and are applied in various literary works. The orthodoxy of the Hindu community in Bali, in understanding the teachings of the Vedas can be through the original media of the archipelago culture through lontar texts. In the life of the Balinese people, lontar get a very important place, as a source of various knowledge. The problem to be discussed in the Lontar Lebur Gangsa text is how is the law of karmaphala and pangruwatan in the text Lontar Lebur Gangsa? Based on the discussion on the text Lontar Tutur Lebur Gangsa, it can be mentioned about the human condition in this life; like why humans can experience good conditions now that are felt as a beauty, and also sometimes ugliness? According to the text Lontar Tutur Lebur Gangsa, this is nothing but the result (phala) of his own actions (Karma), which are related to Sancita, Karmaphala, Pralabdha, and Kriyamana Karmaphala, which is explained explicitly about the consequences obtained from the deeds done by humans. Everything that causes misery in human life is also associated with the ritual ruwatan as an attempt to cleanse spiritually in the hope that all deficiencies can be neutralized into a better life.Keywords: Text of Lontar Lebur Gangsa, Karma Phala, Pangruwatan

Abstract

The beberkatan ceremony is one form of the implementation of yadnya carried out from generation to generation by Hindus in the Bestala Traditional Village, Seririt District, Buleleng Regency. This ceremony is very unique because this ceremony is carried out at a certain time. The beberkatan ceremony is carried out as a form of gratitude to Sangkara. This study aims to find out: (1) the myth contained in the beberkatan ceremony, (2) the procession of the beberkatan ceremony in the Bestala Traditional Village, (3) the ethno paedagogic value contained in the beberkatan ceremony in the Bestala Traditional Village. The myth contained in the beberkatan ceremony, is a ritual ceremony that is carried out when all the tanem tuwuh trees bear fruit heavily or great harvest. This beberkatan ceremony is based on beliefs of the existence of bala samar. This beberkatan ceremony is also a form of gratitude for Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa's grace in his manifestation as Lord Sangkara who controls the plants. The procession of the beberkatan ceremony begins with preparing reramon, matur piuning, asking for holy water, mereresik, pengastawa penganteb, offering caru, praying together, ngerauhang procession, and closing. The etnho pedagogic values contained in the beberkatan ceremony in the Bestala Traditional Village are the value of religious education, the value of ethical education, the value of social education, and the value of environmental preservation educational.

Abstract

Nyungsung Dewa Hyang di Desa Adat Kayuputih merupakan upacara Pitra Yadnya dan Dewa Yadnya ditujukan kepada roh suci leluhur yang sudah menjadi Dewa Hyang. Dewa Hyang ini berasal dari anggota keluarga orang lain atau bukan berasal dari satu garis keturunan yang dahulunya meninggal karena menjadi korban pembunuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi munculnya pelaksanaan Nyungsung Dewa Hyang, (2) Sistem ritual pada pelaksanaan Nyungsung Dewa Hyang, dan (3) Nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Hindu yang terkandung dalam pelaksanaan Nyungsung Dewa Hyang di Desa Adat Kayuputih, Banjar, Buleleng. Teori yang digunakan yaitu: (1) teori Keyakinan Kehidupan Roh Setelah Kematian, (2) teori Sistem Ritual dan (3) teori Nilai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis berdasarkan pendekatan kualitatif. Penyajian hasil penelitian secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk laporan ilmiah berupa tesis. Dengan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) faktor-faktor pelaksanaan Nyungsung Dewa Hyang di Desa Adat Kayuputih adalah (a) faktor keyakinan, (b) faktor sosiologis, (c) faktor kesehatan, dan (d) faktor historis. (2) Sistem ritual pada pelaksanaan Nyungsung Dewa Hyang di Desa Adat Kayuputih adalah (a) tempat yaitu turus lumbung, perempatan desa, dan sanggah Dewa Hyang, (b) waktu  yaitu purnama dan buda kliwon metal, (c) sarana prasarana yaitu bangunan turus lumbung, bangunan sanggah Dewa Hyang, arca Dewa Hyang, daksina palinggih, sarana upakara, (d) pelaku yaitu panyungsung, Pandita, Pamangku, dan serati banten, (e) rangkaian pelaksanaan Nyungsung Dewa Hyang terdiri dari membangun sanggah turus lumbung, ngeruwak karang, melaspas sanggah Dewa Hyang, nunas Dewa Hyang, ngenteg linggih, dan piodalan. (3) Nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Hindu dalam pelaksanaan Nyungsung Dewa Hyang adalah (a) nilai pendidikan tattwa, (b) nilai pendidikan susila, (c) nilai pendidikan acara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbentuk Flipbook Satua Bali I Lutung teken I Kakua bagi siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Selat, yang mengintegrasikan literasi numerasi dalam mata pelajaran matematika. Pendekatan yang dipakai ialah metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) atas model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, serta Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga ahli (media, bahasa, dan materi), dua guru kelas, serta enam siswa. Flipbook dikembangkan menggunakan Canva dan Flip PDF Corporate, menyajikan cerita berbahasa Bali dengan narasi suara, soal-soal matematika terkait operasi penjumlahan dan pengurangan, kuis evaluasi, serta lagu anak-anak Bali sebagai ice breaking. Hasil validasi memperlihatkan bahwasanya media ini sangat valid, atas skor validitas media 0,92, bahasa 0,88, dan materi 0,9. Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan sangat tinggi, yakni 97% dari guru dan 98% dari siswa. Dengan demikian, Flipbook ini dikatakan sangat valid juga praktis dipakai dalam pembelajaran matematika pada kelas III SD Negeri 1 Selat.
