Abstract

The aims of study are to carry out the potential of Belimbing Village which is seen from four aspects those are Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat, and also to know the strategy of development of rural tourism in Belimbing Village. This study based on quantitative and qualitative method. Quantitative data was directly from observations and interviews with the questionnaires  besides, the supporting data was from library resource. Based on analysis result, Internal factors (a) strength : beautiful and conservation of nature are the most significant influence on the development of rural tourism in Belimbing Village, (b) Weakness : Belimbing village is not ready to receive the tourists, since the lack quality of the environmental cleanliness. External Factors (a) opportunity : the most important factor of opportunity is the value of the people who always maintain and preserve traditional cultural, (b) Threat : the most important threat is the threat of competition with others regions in the development of rural tourism. Based on SWOT analysis obtained the development strategy such as follows; (a) S-O strategy is the development of rural tourism in order to maintain the attraction and promotion in Belimbing village. (b) W-O Strategy is to improve the facilities and infrastructure, (c) S-T strategy is outreach to the local people, in order to increase security and defense, (d) W-T strategy is the strategy of administration and management of Belimbing village as well as language training and tour guiding to the local people. Therefore, the priority that can be done in developing rural tourism and to maintain its attraction by providing tourism packages or tracking map and also to order the local are properly.   Keyword : potential, SWOT analysis, tourism village

Abstract

Quality Control of Luwak Coffee at CV Sari Alam PegununganCompany in Kabupaten BangliQuality is a dynamic condition related to products, services, people, processes, andenvironments that meet or exceed expectations. Quality control is the measurementof the performance of the product, compared with the standards and specificationsof the product, and perform corrective action if any irregularities. This researchaims to determine the processing of luwak coffee, implementation of qualitycontrol, and optimization of the total cost of the quality control in CV Sari AlamPegunungan Bangli. The location of this research is selected by purposivesampling. Data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, the dataobtained and analyzed. The results showed that the processing is done through eightstages and implement quality control. CV Sari Alam Pegunungan conducts qualitycontrol from raw material to final product. The comparison of the total quality costoptimum (TQC *) to a total quality cost actual (TQC) shows that the costs incurredby the quality of the company is efficient / optimal. It can be seen from thedifference between the calculation of the extent of damage and the total cost for thequality of the company by the optimum relatively small and well-tolerated, with thedifference between the total cost for the quality (TQC) Rp. 65 081 and thedifference in the level of damage civet coffee by 26 Kgs. As for the values of theproportion of the damage occurred in the company's products are still withintolerable limits map control / control. This shows that the quality controlundertaken by CV Sari Alam Pegunungan has been running well.

Abstract

Abstract Commodity Rice Partnership between P4S Sri Wijaya with Batusangian Subak, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency Rice farmers get uncertainty in the sale of production, so the partnership is one solution to get a certainty price. The purpose of research are to determine the partnerships management process that undertaken by Subak Batusangian farmers, knowing the benefits to farmers in terms of both technical and economic, and knowing the constraints faced by farmers P4S Sri Wijaya and Subak Batusangian in partnership. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that, partnerships management process undertaken by the farmer goes well. Application of partnership between P4S Sri Wijaya with Subak Batusangian is beneficial for both parties that partner. Based on the analysis of the level of profits earned by the farmers partners R / C is greater than 1, namely with a value of 2.33. The problem that finding on P4S Sriwijaya is difficulty of finding labor at harvest time and the price of rice are unstable for every period. While the constraints faced by farmers in the partnership that is the problem of delay in the companies providing fertilizer for farmers and harvest delays in production. Farmer partnerships with companies should be continued because there are give benefit. The companies should further improve services to farmers, copanies and farmers must be open to each other as well as establishing a good relationship so that in the future more profitable. Abstract

The Marketing Strategy Rice Seed At UD Tani Sejati In The District Blahbatuh Gianyar The agricultural sector is the most important sector in both the long-term economic development as well as for short-term economic recovery. UD Tani Sejati is one of trader that produce rice seeds.  The purpose of this research are identifying the internal factors and eksternal factors; knowing common strategy in improving the marketing of rice seeds; and finding out how an alternative strategy in improving the marketing of rice seeds. Research scope is covering environmental analysis of internal and eksternal that affects marketing at UD Tani Sejati. Identification of UD Tani Sejati internal faktor in the form of strength and weakness, and eksternal factor in the form of opportunities and threat. Common strategy produced by Matriks IFAS-EFAS be on a circle quadrant V it means UD Tani Sejati in a position can develop the strategy of maintaining and maintenance products, develop strategies for market and product development strategy. The result of SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategy, namely : strategy S-O increase the volume of procurement and disbursing; strategy W-O inprove education human recources; strategy S-T make coordination with production factor providers and raw materials; strategy W-T optimize the promotion. Need to safety advanced research on the marketing strategy and increase production strategies to be able to do market penetration and raise production capacity.

Abstract

Risk Analysis of Red Onion Production in Songan B Village Kintamani District,Bangli Regency Songan B Village is one of the villages that develop onion farming. Songan B villagehas farmer groups spread from the lowland to the highland areas. The problems facedare on the fluctuation of onion productivity which indicates that onion farming facesproduction risk. This study aimed to identify the types of risks and analyze the risk ofonion production. This research used quantitative and qualitative analysis. The resultsshowed that the types of production risks encountered in onion farming in the highlandand lowland areas in the village of Songan B, namely climatic conditions, pest, anddisease attacks. The risk of onion production in the highland areas (KV = 3.09) andlowland areas (KV = 2.46) was relatively high, where the level of risk of onionproduction in the highland areas was greater than that in the lower regions. This is dueto the expected production, variant, and standard deviation of onion productivity in thehighland areas is greater than that in the lower regions. The suggestion that can be givenin this research is that farmers need to recognize the types of production risks faced inorder to anticipate production decline.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Inventory Control Of Raw Material Of Salt Coarse In UD. Petasikan Pesanggaran, South Denpasar Raw material is one the most important factors in the production process, therefore, the inventory of the raw material demands to be controlled, in order not only to avoid surplus and/or deficiency of the raw material but also to make the total inventory cost more efficient. The research is conducted in UD. Petasikan Pesanggaran, South Denpasar with a view to know the production process of fine salt in the company, to analyze the inventory of the raw material and the total of efficient inventory cost. The research makes use of descriptive quantitative method. The result of the research shows that: 1) the company should have gained the total economic order quantity (EOQ) as much as 101.04 tons per one-time booking; 2) the company should have kept at least 7.04 tons of the total safety stock; 3) the company should have done reordering (reorder point) when the total basic commodity reached 14.08 tons, and 4) the company should have gained the total of maximum inventory as much as 108.08 tons. Based on the analysis of the efficient supply of raw material, the researcher knows that the total inventory costs need to be incurred by the company during the period amounted               Rp. 6,375,460.46 resulting in saving of Rp. 2,332,739.54 or as much as 26,79 % of production cost. In  conclusion, the use of economic order quantity (EOQ) method continuously is considerably very beneficial for the company because it can determine the total purchase of raw material economically and reduce the excessive inventory cost. Abstract

Diversity Of Coffee Processing Bussiness Coffee SER on UUP Mekar Sari, Br. Jempanang, Belok Sidan village, Petang Sub-district, Badung Regency. Abstract The effort of the Agricultural Development is to increase the productivity and plants diversification. The plantation has the strategic position in the agricultural development in Bali. One of the potensial agricultural comodity developments is coffee. Based on the data is shown by the central statistic institution, Badung Regency is for of regencies in Bali that produces Arabica Coffee in Bali is 683,14 ton. Coffee SER it is the best coffee product run by UUP Mekar Sari, Br. Jempanang, Belok Sidan village. This village is popular as the village company that run the public plantation and it is as Arabica irrigation or Subak Abian. The purpose of the research was descibing  the diversity of coffee processing bussiness that concisted of revenue and marketing of SER coffee. The research method used to apply the research was interviewed, observe in UUP Mekar Sari and studied literature. The result of research showed R/C ratio obtained 0,11. It meant, SER coffee production were able to get no beneficial. Marketing method consisted of marketed product by export quality. The priced to 100 gr packing was Rp 10.000 and the priced to 1 kg was Rp 100.000. The distribution of SER coffee it is support by Pacung Asri Restaurant which was the marketed directly to consumen by exhibition. To UUP Mekar Sari based on this research must improve the work quality which was made of the coffee by mix the ingridient of coffee and also sale and promote it used internet. Abstract

The Marketing Mix of Salted Peanut of Cendrawasih Brandat UD. Monang Denpasar-BaliUD. Monang is an agro-industrial busines engaged in the production of snack ofpeanuts. Seeing the interest of consumers who tend to consume more salted peanutsthan any other peanuts, this study aimed to determine the marketing mix conductedby UD. Monang on cendrawasih salted peanuts in term of the concept of product,price, place/distribution and promotion and to identify the constraints faced by UD.Monang in marketing salted peanuts produck with brand of cendrawasih. Based onthe research result of cendrawasih salted peanuts produck are processed from rawmaterials of the best peanuts. The marketing mix carried out by UD. Monang on itsproduck was to provide three packaging in the form of plastic to make it look moreappealing to consumers. Pricing implemented by UD. Monang is the cost pluspricing method which set the price based on the cost added by the percentage of thecost. For small-sized plastic packaging containing 125 gram was for Rp 3.900, 225gram for Rp 8.400 and 350 gram for Rp 11.400. the company uses retailer as anintermediary in the distribution of products to the end consumers. Promotionalactivities used by the company was to use personal selling. Internal contrains facedwas the company’s performance in terms of the promotion was less effective.External constraints were that their competitors of similar products resulted in thecompany having to compete fairly tight.

Abstract

The Financial Performance Analysis of Rural Cooperative of Werdhi MendalaIn Batubulan Village Sukawati Sub-District of Gianyar Regency KUD or rural cooperative is expected to be able to realize economic democracy in theefforts to develop cooperatives into an independent people's economic institutions. Thefinancial statements are an important tool for obtaining information related to thefinancial condition and results of cooperative activities. The objectives of the researchare to determine (1) the ability of KUD to fulfill its short term financial obligationassessed from the liquidity ratio, (2) how far is the KUD assets financed by its debtassessed from the solvency ratio, (3) how effective the KUD in using its funding sourceassessed from the activity ratio and (4) the ability of KUD to obtain the Return onInvestment assessed by the profitability ratio. Types of data used in the study arequalitative data and quantitative data with financial ratio analysis as a method of dataanalysis in the research. Data Sources of the study are primary and secondary data. Thekey informants were the Manager and Finance Department of KUD Werdhi Mendala.Data analysis method used is financial ratio analysis. Financial ratios used are the ratioof liquidity, solvency ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio.The result of ratioanalysis during 2011-2015 shows that liquidity ratio at current ratio and quick ratio issaid to be very inadequate. The solvency ratio in total debt to equity ratio and total debtto total asset are said to be very inadequate. The ratio of activity to total assets turnoveris not good and receivable turnover is said to be very inadequate. Profitability ratio onnet profit margin is said to be quite capable, return of investment / ROI is said to be veryinadequate and return of equity / ROE (Rentability of Own Capital) is said to be quitecapable.

Abstract

Analysis of The Efficiency of nile Tilapia Fish Farming in The Fishing Group of Keramba Ulam Dewi Segara Tirta in Banjar Abang Abangsongan Village Kintamani Bangli. Nile tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) is a type of freshwater fish that is widely cultivated in Indonesia, one of which is in Bali. Nile Tilapia has good growth so that many are cultivated in Bali, especially those conducted in this study, namely in the area of Lake Batur, Kintamani, Bangli. The purpose of the study was to identify the amount of income, efficiency, profitability and identify the profit sharing system reccepted by nile tilapia farmers in the Fishing Group Keramba Ulam Dewi Segara Tirta. The data analysis method used is quantitative data and data collection is done by census technique involving 12 respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The results showed the acceptance of the Fishing Group Keramba Ulam Dewi Segara Tirta amounted to Rp209.100.000 with a total cost of Rp63.285.499 and the income of the keramba group of Rp145.814.501 R/ C Ratio has a value of 3.30 which means the farmer experienced a profit and profitability value of 230% which shows nile tilapia farming is worth developing. While the profit sharing system that is evenly distributed from 80% of the income earned by individual farmers amounted to Rp9.720.966, plus the wages of group farmers' workers paid at the end of the production period amounted to Rp560.625. The total income received by individual farmers amounted to Rp10.281.591 in one production process of 6 to 7 months.
