Abstract

Impact of Sidan Dam Construction Process on Socio-Economic Community and Environment in Buahan Kaja Village, Gianyar Regency and Sidan Village, Badung Regency. The construction of Sidan dam is a national strategic project stipulated under Presidential Regulation No. 56 of 2018. The purpose of this study is to identify social impacts, analyze economic impacts and estimate the environmental impact of the Sidan dam construction process. The research methods used in this study use quantitative and qualitative descriptive research. The process of building Sidan dam has no social impact on the community measured from 4 parameters consisting of social activities, land acquisition processes, the emergence of criminality and lifestyle changes. However, the process of building Sidan dam has a social impact on the community, measured from 3 other parameters consisting of communication between farmers, the usefulness of dam construction and payment of compensation. The process of building the Sidan dam has no economic impact on the community, measured from the parameters of increasing the selling price of agricultural commodities. However, the process of building Sidan dam has an economic impact measured from 4 other parameters consisting of income, land prices, property ownership and job additions. The Sidan dam construction process has no environmental impact measured from 3 parameters consisting of water and air pollution, environmental cleanliness and water quality and quantity. However, the Sidan dam construction process has an environmental impact measured from 3 other parameters consisting of loss of agricultural land, noise and road access around the agricultural area.

Abstract

Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction Level of Satisfaction with Edelweis Park Agrotourism in Karangasem Regency, Bali. The development of tourism in Indonesia has increased significantly, this is supported by the government's policy to continue to make improvements to the tourism sector massively and evenly from Sabang to Merauke. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of visitors, analyze the level of visitor satisfaction and analyze the level of suitability of edelweis park agrotourism. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Customer satisfaction index (CSI) and Importance performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that visitors to Edelweis Park agrotourism were dominated by women aged 17-25 years, last high school education, and had an income level of >Rp. 3,500,000. The level of visitor satisfaction in visiting edelweis park agrotourism is included in the category of satisfied with a percentage of 71.36%. The average value of the degree of conformity, level of importance and level of performance of the overall indicator is 86.23% so it can be concluded that the level of conformity in Edelweis Park agrotourism as a whole is in the category of "very suitable". Based on the level of suitability of agrotourism Edelweis Park has several things that must be improved again in the position of quadrant I, namely trash cans, bathrooms, parking lots, access roads, and directions.

Abstract

Perkembangan pemasaran digital telah menimbulkan peluang besar bagi pelaku usaha untuk memperluas pangsa pasar mereka. Penerapan pemasaran digital salah satunya dapat dilakukan melalui social media Instagram. Banyaknya usaha yang menggunakan Instagram sebagai media promosi, menjadikan persaingan usaha semakin ketat di era digital saat ini. PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer sebagai salah satu wadah yang juga menerapkan strategi promosi melalui social media Instagram untuk memperluas pasarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini: 1) mengidentifikasi aktivitas promosi, 2) mendeskripsikan manfaat dan kemudahan, 3) menganalisis pengaruh promosi Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak oles bokashi di PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer Kota Denpasar. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden yaitu pengguna aktif social media Instagram, mengikuti akun Instagram @pakolescom, dan pernah membeli produk minyak oles bokashi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aktivitas promosi yang dijalankan terus berupaya untuk menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen, 2) Penggunaan promosi Instagram memiliki kelebihan yang dirasakan  oleh perusahaan di antaranya lebih hemat biaya, tidak terbatas waktu, mudah menemukan konsumen baru, dan mudah mengoperasikan media, 3) Promosi melalui social media Instagram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk minyak oles bokashi pada PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer Denpasar. Maka perusahaan disarankan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan tim pengelola agar memahami bagaimana melakukan komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat dan sesuai melalui social media Instagram untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.   Kata kunci: Instagram, Keputusan Pembelian, Promosi, Social Media
