Abstract

The success of educational programs in schools is strongly influenced by the condition of educational facilities and infrastructure. Fulfilling the need for infrastructure facilities aims to describe and analyze planning, organizing, mobilizing, monitoring, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for infrastructure management to develop the quality of education at RA Nurul Iman Majalengka. Qualitative research data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research are planning with annual meetings, evaluating, reviewing work programs, implementing program activities and socializing the program to parents. Organizing: organizational structure, staffing, job descriptions and responsibilities, communication and coordination. Movement by procuring goods, inventory, maintenance, selection, reporting. Supervision by conducting evaluation and supervision as well as follow-up from supervision. Supporting factors: good design, employee placement, neat filing and involvement of madrasa supervisors. Inhibiting factors: the commitment of each human resource, lack of funds, complicated regulations and lack of employee skills development.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan, tanpa adanya pendidikan seorang anak tidak bisa berkembang. Pendidikan adalah bagian dari upaya untuk membantu manusia memperoleh kehidupan yang bermakna hingga diperoleh suatu kebahagian hidup, baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Anak adalah sosok manusia kecil yang memiliki berbagai macam potensi yang masih harus dikembangkan dengan bimbingan manusia dewasa. Anak juga memiliki karakteristik tertentu yang khas dan tidak sama dengan orang dewasa. Masa usia dini merupakan masa peletak dasar atau pondasi awal bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan selanjutnya. Diyakini oleh sebagian besar pakar, bahwa masa kanak-kanak yang bahagia adalah merupakan dasar bagi keberhasilan di masa yang akan datang dan sebaliknya. Untuk itu, agar pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tercapai secara optimal, maka dibutuhkan situasi dan kondisi yang kondusif dan menyenangkan pada saat memberikan stimulasi dan upaya pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat anak. Setiap anak bersifat individualisme dan unik sehingga perkembangan anak yang satu dengan anak yang lainnya berbeda, oleh karenanya perlakuan terhadap masing-masing individu berbeda disesuaikan dengan tingkat perkembangannya. Anak-anak selalu aktif dan selalu ingin tahu terhadap apa yang dilihat, didengar dan dirasakan. Hal tersebut akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangannya di masa yang akan datang. Metode Qiro’ati ialah membaca Alquran yang langsung memasukkan dan mempraktekkan bacaan tartil sesuai dengan qoidah ilmu tajwid sistem pendidikan dan pengajaran metode Qiro’ati ini melalui system pendidikan berpusat pada murid dan kenaikan kelas/jilid tidak ditentukan oleh bulan/tahun dan tidak secara klasikal, tapi secara individual (perseorangan).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many children who experience difficulty in speaking ability based on the achievement of language development that is in the underdeveloped category and is starting to develop. So that innovation is needed in learning methods that are able to improve the ability of speaking in group A children in RA Nurur Rabiah .. This study aims to determine the effect of role playing methods on language skills in group A children in RA Nurur Rabiah. This research is classified as a quasi experiment with a post-test only control group design. The study population was children of group A in RA Nurur Rabiah ... The sample of this study was 14 children of group A as the experimental group, and 14 children of group A1 as a control group. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the role playing method (on the ability to speak in group A children in RA Nurur Rabiah.

Abstract

The education of early childhood has a development and growth which must be enhanced. One of the duty growth is cognitive growth. Cognitive growth has eight intelligence aspects one of the intelligence is logical mathematics intelligence. One of the learning concept in early childhood is learning while playing. So that, learning with Dakon Geometry Game could help the child to think logical mathematics. the purpose of this to improve the cognitive development of childrens mathematics intelligence in B group of early childhood at B RA Al-Ikhwan Tasikmalaya. The results of this study found that 7 people began to develop as much as 70% and 3 people developed as much as 30%. So, it can be concluded that there is difference influence which is significance between Dakon Geometry Game towards of logical mathematics intelligence in B group of early childhood at B RA Al-Ikhwan Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe learning planning and learning implementation in the ability to recognize geometry with block media in early childhood in Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Rabi'ah Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The sample of this study was 1 teacher and 15 children of group B. The results of the analysis of the research data obtained that in making learning plans refer to Permendikbud (Regulation Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture) number 137 and number 146 of 2014. The steps taken by the teacher in playing blocks to improve the ability to recognize geometry that is with a playing environment footing, footing before playing, footing when playing and footing after playing. The activity is one of the learning plans in stimulating 6 (six) development aspects contained in the design of the Weekly Learning Implementation Plan (RPPM) and the Daily Learning Implementation Plan / RPPH. The block media that is used when learning the introduction of geometric shapes is a standard block which is safe to use for young children and meets the requirements to be used as learning media. The ability of children to recognize geometric shapes with block media can be said to be developing as expected.
