Abstract

Background Early detection and prompt treatment are manda-tory in managing urinary tract infection (UTI). Failure to early de-tect ion of UTI may result in declining of kidney function. Urineculture is the gold standard to diagnose UTI, but it takes 3-5 daysto obtain the results. The turbidity of urine describes the presenceof bacteria or leukocytes in urine. It is important to determine therelationship between the urine clarity by visual examination andthe absence of bacteriuria.Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of urine clarity by vi-sual examination in diagnosing UTI.Methods We conducted a prospective study in emergency careunit, outpatient department, and children wards of Sardjito Hos-pital, Yogyakarta. The urine specimen was collected from chil-dren under 15 years old by catheterization or midstream urinecollections. Two independent observers evaluated the urine clar-ity by the standard technique. Statistical analysis was assignedto calculate the sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative pre-dictive values, and likelihood ratio. Kappa index was used to evalu-ate the agreement between two observers in determining the urineclarity.Results Two-hundred and five children were enrolled in this study.Urine clarity in diagnosing UTI produced sensitivity of 78% (95%CI 69;87), specificity of 84.5% (95% CI 78;91), positive predictivevalue (PPV) of 77.1% (95% CI 68;86), negative predictive value(NPV) of 85.2% (95% CI 79;92), positive likelihood ratio of 5.03(95% CI 3.29;7.76), and negative likelihood ratio of 0.26 (95% CI0.17;0.39).Conclusion Urine clarity is sufficiently accurate as a diagnostictest for UTI. The diagnostic value of urine clarity is expected to beuseful for clinicians to detect UTI earlier and to guide them in mak-ing decision for clinical management.

Abstract

Penelitian terkait pemetaan habitat bentik perairan laut dangkal telah banyak dilakukan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa lokasi penting di Indonesia yang hingga saat ini belum dilakukan pemetaan bentiknya dengan menggunakan teknologi terbaru, sehingga pembaharuan data habitat bentik masih perlu dilakukan. Algoritma-algoritma klasifikasi yang telah dikembangkan dalam pemetaan masih perlu dikaji karena setiap wilayah perairan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menguji performa algoritma Bayesian dan K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) dengan pendekatan berbasis objek (Object-Based Image Analysis/OBIA) dalam mengklasifikasi habitat bentik perairan laut dangkal baik dengan dan tanpa penerapan algoritma Depth Invariant Index (DII). Penelitan ini dilaksanakan di perairan Pulau Barrang Caddi, Kepulauan Spermonde. Citra SPOT-7 dan Sentinel-2 dengan masing-masing resolusi spasial 6 x 6 m2 dan 10 x 10 m2 digunakan pada penelitian ini yang diakuisisi pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2021 dan 1 Oktober 2021. Skala segmentasi yang digunakan pada level 1 yaitu 20 dan level 2 dengan skala 10. Algoritma Bayesian dan K-NN digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi level 2. Skema klasifikasi yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 7 kelas. Tingkat akurasi yang tertinggi pada penelitian ini dihasilkan dari algoritma Bayesian dengan menggunakan citra SPOT-7 tanpa penerapan algoritma DII yaitu sebesar 61.8%.

Abstract

Abstract- Acceptance of new students is a routine activity every academic year that is carried out at school. IT IQRA' High School in Bengkulu City is one of the private schools in Bengkulu City which accepts new students every Academic Year. Based on data obtained from the 2018/2019 Academic Year to the 2022/2023 Academic Year (data attached), it shows that the level of the number of students sometimes decreases and also increases. This fluctuating pattern of student numbers is a problem faced by the school. IT IQRA Senior Middle School' Bengkulu City in determining the strategic steps and policies of the school in dealing with the Acceptance of New Students each Academic Year. The application for forecasting the number of enrollment students at IT IQRA' High School Bengkulu City was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. the forecasting application for the number of student enrollments at IT IQRA' High School in Bengkulu City is an application that can help schools find out how many new student enrollments will be in the coming school year based on the results of an analysis conducted from previous trend data using the Weight Moving Average Method. From the sample data used in the 2018/2019 Academic Year to 2022/2023, the forecast results obtained for the number of new student enrollments in the 2023/2024 Academic Year were 249 new students.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemanfaatan dan penggunaan teknologi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman serta tampilan LKPD yang kurang bervariatif menyebabkan penampilan LKPD yang kurang menarik sehingga peserta didik kurang,termotivasi,kurang kreatif, kurang berinisiatif untuk mengemukakan pendapat, serta kurang berkolaborasi dalam mengerjakan LKPD. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD menggunakan Liveworksheets berbasis RADEC berbantuan Mind Map pada sistem pernapasan manusia di kelas V Sekolah Dasar . Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4D. Dengan tahap Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran). Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil validasi, dan praktikalitas. Lembar validasi diisi oleh ahli materi, bahasa dan media. Sedangkan lembar praktikalitas di isi oleh guru dan peserta didik. Kemudian uji coba dilakukan di kelas V yaitu SDN 02 Lubuk Alung oleh 28 peserta didik dan di SDN 15 Lubuk Alung oleh 28 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan LKPD berupa E-LKPD menggunakan Liveworksheets berbasis RADEC berbantuan Mind Map yang valid dan praktis. Hasil validasi secara keseluruhan memperoleh presentase 94,77% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Hasil kepraktisan dari angket respon guru dan peserta didik rata-rata dari ke 2 sekolah uji coba dapat diketahui bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan E-LKPD menggunakan Liveworksheets berbasis RADEC berbantuan Mind Map “sangat praktis” dengan rata- rata 96,27% dan 95,71% . Sedangkan persentase respon guru dan peserta didik di sekolah penelitian SDN 17 Lubuk Alung oleh 24 peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD menggunakan Liveworksheets berbasis RADEC berbantuan Mind Map dengan rata-rata 96,27% dan 95,13%. Dengan demikian penggunaan E-LKPD menggunakan Livewoksheets berbasis RADEC berbantuan Mind Map pada sistem pernapasan manusia di kelas V SD ini dinyatakan telah valid dan praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Value of Character Education in the Collection of Folk Tales of Singkawang City 2019. The method used is a descriptive method. The form of this research is qualitative. Data sources are in the form of quotations and data in the form of character education values. The data collection technique is a documentary study technique. The data analysis technique is carried out by collecting quotations, analyzing, comparing, and combining them to form systematic and complete study results, based on data analysis and discussion it can be concluded that the value of character education based on heart processing has 57 data, based on thinking processing there are 19 data, based on sports there are 10 data, based on feeling and intention processing there are 23 data. This research can be implemented in class IX applied as Indonesian language teaching materials for Film/Drama material for the Independent Curriculum with Learning Achievements (CP) for writing and listening elements.

The lack of utilization and use of technology in accordance with the times and the less varied appearance of LKPD causes the appearance of LKPD that is less attractive so that students are less motivated, less creative, less initiative to express opinions, and less collaborative in working on LKPD. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of developing E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map . This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research using a 4D model. With the Define (define), Design (design, Develop, and Disseminate (spread) stages. Data from this study was obtained from the results of validation, and practicality. The validation sheet is filled out by material, language and media experts. Meanwhile, the practicality sheet is filled in by teachers and students. Then the trial was carried out in class V, namely SDN 02 Lubuk Alung by 28 students and at SDN 15 Lubuk Alung by 28 students. The results of this study produced LKPD in the form of E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map that are valid and practical. The overall validation results obtained a percentage of 94.77% with the category "Very Valid". The practical results of the questionnaire of the average response of teachers and students from the 2 test schools can be found that learning using E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map is "very practical" with an average of 96.27% and 95.71%. Meanwhile, the percentage of responses from teachers and students at the research school of SDN 17 Lubuk Alung by 24 students to E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map with an average of 96.27% and 95.13%. Thus, the use of E-LKPD using RADEC-based Livewoksheets assisted by Mind Map on the human respiratory system in grade V of elementary school was declared valid and practical.
