Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the perception of student Business Administration of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya towards lecturer behavior in teaching. The data were collected by using a questionnaire, and analyzed with cartisius diagram. The results showed that the expection value is grater then the value of the fact, that implied 3,57 and 2,93. This shows that satisfaction or fact regarding behavior in the teaching according to the perceptions of students still below the standard expected. Some of the lecturers teaching behaviors that should be preserved is the matery of materials, the ability to communicate in the classroom, time to discuss, don’t smoke while teaching, always dress modestly at time when teaching, polite attitude at a time when teaching, interspersed with moments of humor, friendly teaching attitude towards students, and questions to be tested in accordance with study materials. While the factors that need to be repaired from the lecturer behavior in the teaching is less able to manage interaction among students in teaching and learning processes, student do not have time to ask to the lecturer in learning procceses, less honest in assessing students’ behavior and discriminate between students, lecturers are not transparent in marking, lecturer are not timely in accomplishing all the material given in a semester.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out whether or not the lecturer attitude of Business Administration Majaority in teaching could influence the learning of college student?  The data were collected with questionnaire and the analyzing of the data was helped by SPSS version 12.00 program.  The results have shown that three of independent variables of lecturer which consist of teaching method, lecturer ethics in teaching and the lecturer obedience in regulation simultaneously and partially influenced toward the learning as the dependent variable.  The number of the influence was 49,10% and the rest was influenced by the other variables.  The most dominant factor that was influential on the learning interest of college student was the lecturer etchics in teaching.  To give more improvement toward the learning interest of college student at Business Administration Majority, it was recommended to Business Administration Majority’s lecturer to be more ready in teaching, starting from the teaching method such as preparing the tuition contract, SAP, teaching material, etc.  The lecturer ethics in the class also should be kept, for example the attitude in communicating to the college student, likewise with the regulation obedience, it is better for the lecturer to always obey the teaching time, giving score transparency, etc. Thus, besides improving the learning interest of college student, the lecturer could be the good role model to the college student.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of academic consultant through interpersonal communication and teaching learning facilities to student motivation of  non engeneering department. The method used in this research was survey method.The population in this research is 1719 students and the number of samples were 95 students. The technique of data collection was using distribution questionnaires. To measure  the influence among the variables used tools of quantitative analysis using spss version 12.0. The result showed that independence variables are interpersonal communication and teaching learning facilities simultaneously affected toward students learning motivation are 43.40 %. And the two  independence and dependence variables the influence partial toward students learning motivation. Factor dominant in the influence toward student learning motivation is teaching learning facilities.

Abstract

State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang is a vocational education Institution which in the lecture activities more practical rather than theoretical, as well as within the Department of Business Administration. Department of Business Administration is a subject that study a lot in the areas of secretarial and office including the practice of typing. During this time students at the Business Administration Department trained 10 finger blind typing skills by using a manual typewriter and electronic typewriter. In accordance with current technological developments every company is already using technology such as computers. Therefore, students should be able to follow the development of the technology that is the way to learn to type fast 10-finger blind which should still pay attention to precision and accuracy. There are several kinds of programs that can be used for learning in typing speed, one of which is a master typing program. Typing master's program is often used in polytechnic typing speed competition in Indonesia, unfortunately; only few business administration departments used this master typing program recently. Therefore, with this program it can be known the strengths and weaknesses of this typing master program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Experiential Marketing on Revisit Intention. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, this study uses purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The research data uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis processed with IBM SPSS Ver 25. The results show that the Experiential Marketing have a positive relationship and have a significant effect on Revisit Intention.

Abstract

Menjadi seorang ibu rumah tangga saat ini selain sibuk dengan pekerjaan di dapur namun menjadi seorang ibu rumah tangga dapat ikut serta membantu perekonomian keluarga dengan cara yang berbeda. Ada yang bekerja dalam suatu perusahaan, menjadi pegawai, berwirausaha. Menjadi seorang pengrajin sudah dapat dikatakan berwirausaha apabila sudah dapat mencapai suatu keuntungan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Demikian juga dengan mitra yang telah membuat suatu usaha tas rajutan, kemudian mengajak teman-teman untuk ikut bekerja sama membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai pesanan itu sudah cukup baik. Namun yang dirasakan mitra sampai saat ini masih belum mendapatkan keuntungan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dikarenakan dalam menentukan harga jual masih melihat kondisi pemesan. Artinya jika pemesan  dari kelas menengah kebawah atau teman-teman yang sudah dianggap akrab, harga yang diberikan adalah harga modal. Namun jika yang memesan dari kalangan menengah ke atas, harga yang ditetapkan lebih mahal. Penentuan kalangan menengah ke bawah dan kalangan menengah ke atas tersebut adalah berdasarkan penglihatan yaitu dengan melihat kondisi secara kasat mata. Target yang kami harapkan dalam pengabdian kerjasama dosen dan mahasiswa ini adalah mitra dapat menentukan harga jual berdasarkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi sehingga usaha mitra akan menghasilkan keuntungan sesuai dengan biaya dan tenaga yang telah dikeluarkan.  Metode pelaksanaan yang akan dilakukan adalah dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi dan membantu menghitung harga pokok produksi dalam menentukan harga jual.

Abstract

This research was created to design a website-based electronic filing system in the public section of the South Sumatra Province DPRD office. The method used is qualitative analysis in the form of designing a website-based electronic archive storage system in the general section of the South Sumatra Province DPRD office. The archive storage system at the South Sumatra Province DPRD office, especially in the general section, is still manual, namely using a chronological and date system, so that retrieving archives takes a long time, and requires more archive storage space. The design of a website-based electronic archive storage system can make it easier for employees to manage records and does not require a lot of equipment in storage which will take up more space. Finding archives will also be easier and faster because archives are stored electronically.

Abstract

Mrs. Amin's convection business was founded in 2003 or around 20 years. Based on age, this convection business is considered well established. However, in reality, this business has not experienced significant changes, starting from income ranging from IDR 2,000,000-IDR 3,000,000 per month, even since Covid-19 has experienced a decline, the business premises are still rented, and the promotional methods used are still strictly conventional. Therefore, employees who work to help convection businesses often do not come in and even quit. In fact, many customers are satisfied with the results of this convection production on the grounds that the product is comfortable to use and meets their expectations. The problem is that even with increasingly sophisticated technological changes, this business does not utilize technology in promotion and still uses word of mouth promotion. One of the social media that is often and easily used by business people to promote products, both goods and services, is the social media Instagram. The implementation method used is to create promotional designs through Instagram media and provide assistance in using Instagram social media as a promotional tool.

Abstract

Sistem pencatatan persediaan barang yang di gunakan oleh toko RH Plastik Palembang yaitu menggunakan sistem pencatatan secara manual melalui buku folio panjang atau ekspedisi, dengan adanya sistem pencatatan secara manual ini terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh toko RH Plastik yaitu penumpukkan dan keluhan pelanggan karena jumlah permintaan yang sebelumnya di konfirmasi dapat di penuhi dengan melihat persediaan di pembukuan setelah di cek ke gudang ternyata jumlah barang yang minta tidak dapat dipenuhi yang pada akhirnya pembelian di batalkan permasalahan tersebut di akibatkan karena ketidaksesuaian jumlah persediaan barang di pembukuan dengan jumlah barang di gudang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode prototype dengan melakukan pengembangan perangkat lunak, kemudian dengan memberikan pelatihan dalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Perancangan aplikasi persediaan barang ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam menginput barang masuk dan keluar secara akurat pada form input stok serta dapat secara otomatis menampilkan sisa stok akhir, batas minimal dan maksimal pada form laporan produk untuk mengontrol kapan barang harus di beli agar tidak terjadinya penumpukkan dan kekurangan barang. Perancangan desain Aplikasi ini sendiri terdapat menu utama (Switchboard), login, form input stok, form input produk, form laporan produk dan form laporan transaksi
