Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba pada masyarakat Tasikmalaya semakin mencemaskan. Sebagai salah satu akses dari mudahnya informasi melalui segala media, masyarakat yang kurang filter dalam menyikapi banyak yang terjerumus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan pelajar Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan analisis statistika menggunakan analisis linier berganda untuk dapat diketahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari variable internal dan eksternal terhadap 22 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa factor internal yaitu individu dan proses psikologis memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap penyalah gunaan narkoba di kalangan mahasiswa dan pelajar di Tasikmalaya. Begitu juga factor eksternal yaitu lingkungan dan kondisi ekonomi sama berpengaruh nyata dalam kategori tinggi yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan pelajar mahasiswa. Sosialisasi untuk menurunkan factor-faktor internal dan eksternal oleh orang tua, guru, lembaga, media social. Disarankan untuk membuat suatu perkumpulan atau organisasi di lembaga sekolah atau kampus dalam menggalakkan pelajar menjadi kader anti narkoba.

Abstract

Drugs intake causing free sex behavior toward teenager at Tasikmalaya then this matter has been worrying us. Promiscuity as teenager opinion is the common activity, instead give the bad impact either for health, norm or social among families and environment. It influence to future for teenager themselves and then could get worse for next generation. The research aimed to know whether correlation between drugs intake and promiscuity deal with teenager in Tasikmalaya. The method used survey and case study then analyzed by Rank Spearman Correlation Test toward 26 respondents using a questionnaire. The research indicated that there is the significant correlation between drugs intake and promiscuity. The more dragging in drugs intake is more doing free sex due to promiscuity. The weighted value of drugs intake is 78,5% and also free sex is 67,2%. It is necessary to do spiritual or religion approach and positive activity such as art, sport, organization or gardening regard to personality development to raise belief, safety and health either physically and mentally.

Abstract

Abstrak – Hubungan kegiatan usaha antara produsen dan konsumen di samping memberikan keuntungan juga sering menimbulkan konflik atau sengketa. Penellitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri hubungan bisnis antara customer dan developer yang menimbulkan sengketa yang tidak mendapatkan penyelesaian yang diajukan secara non litigasi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dianalisis secara deskripsi melalui proses dan prosedur yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen melaporkan masalahnya untuk bisa diselesaikan di Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) terhadap Developer. Penyelesaian secara litigasi dengan gugatan perdata di Pengadilan Negeri tidak akomodatif dikarenakan birokrasi yang ribet dan proses perkara yang memakan waktu yang cukup panjang. Oleh karena demikian dengan dikeluarkannya Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam memfasilitasi konsumen yang merasa dirugikan oleh developer guna mengajukan pengaduan terhadap pelaku usaha tersebut kepada Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa (BPSK) di luar pengadilan. Kata Kunci: Sengketa, konsumen, pelaku usahaAbstract – Businnes activities relationship between consumer and producer are not only giving advantage but also emerge the conflict. The study conducted to observe bilateral relationship between them that the conflict could not resolve by unlitigation way. The method used case study and analyze descriptively through the process and applicable procedure. The result showed that customer reported the problem in order to resolve at Consumer Conflict Resolve Institution against Developer. Resolving litigatively by lowsuit civil action to Distric Court was not accommodative due to complicated beaurocration and case process took long time. Therefore, issuance of laws Number 8, 1999 aabout Consumer Protection hopely could be solution in facilitating Consumers’ complain that have disadvantage by developer to file the complain to Consumer Conflict Resolve Institution by non-litigatitio way. Key words: Conflict, Cunsumer, Developer

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is How do workload and work facilities influence the employees performance at Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Tasikmalaya City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and work facilities on employee performance. The method used in this study is quantitative with a census approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with samples taken as many as 47 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and study literature. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25. The result showed that Workload and Work Facilities simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Performance. Workload partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Work facilities partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of education level and work motivation simultaneously or partially on women's work participation in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with survey research using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research uses a sampling technique using the Accidental Sampling method. The researchers determined there were 343 samples. The data collection technique is by questionnaire. The data analysis technique using multiple linear regression equations was tested simultaneously using the F test and partially using the t test with SPSS software. The results of this research are that simultaneously the level of education and work motivation have a significant effect on work participation. Furthermore, partially the level of education and work motivation have a significant effect on work participation. Apart from that, the variable that has the greatest influence on work participation between the level of education and work motivation is the level of education.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of work environment and occupational health safety on employee performance CV. Meera Jaya Sentosa Kota Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 50 respondents who are an employee at CV. Meera Jaya Sentosa at Kota Tasikmalaya. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work environment and occupational health safety has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially occupational health safety has a significant on employee performance.

Abstract

The dynamic development of regulations in Indonesia, particularly in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), demands preparedness from future law enforcers, including prospective advocates. Prospective advocates in Tasikmalaya, as part of the next generation of legal professionals, require a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of IPR to contribute to creating legal certainty and fostering innovation in the digital era. The aim of this community service program is to enhance the general understanding and practical capacity of prospective advocates in Tasikmalaya regarding IPR through an intensive online training program. The partners in this activity were a number of prospective advocates undergoing the Special Education for Advocate Profession (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat - PKPA). The methods used included literature study for material preparation, initial needs assessment, interactive online training via Zoom, group discussions, collaborative case analysis using Google Docs, and evaluation through pre-tests, post-tests, and legal document drafting projects. The training results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding, with the average post-test score (82.4) far exceeding the pre-test (58.5), reflecting a 40.9% increase in comprehension. Participants also demonstrated improved practical skills in drafting legal opinions and electronic lawsuit drafts. The satisfaction survey recorded a score of 4.6 out of 5. This program successfully equipped prospective advocates with a strong and relevant IPR foundation, which is expected to improve the quality of legal services and IPR enforcement in Indonesia in the future. This activity underscores the importance of continuous IPR education from an early stage in the legal profession curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work stress on employee performance at PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya (Case Study on Employees of PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya City in the Sales Clerk). The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents from sales clerks at PT. Asia Department Store Tasikmalaya City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance.
