Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of loyalty and in partially letting the leadership policy at PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan. As well as the influence of loyalty and integrity simultaneously on the leadership policies at PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan as many as 78 people. To obtain the data in the preparation of this paper, the authors use the instrument; documentary studies and interviews (interview), as well as a questionnaire ( questionnaire ). In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that loyalty has a significant influence on the integrity. Whereas integrity does not have a significant influence on the leadership policy. Based on F test results can be concluded that the variables of loyality and integrity is jointly significant effect on leadership policy. R-square value obtained was 0.949 showed about 94.9% variable Y ( leadership policy ) can be explained by the variable work loyalty (X1) and variable integrity (X2). The remaining 5,1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Creativity and Product Innovation on Business Success in Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, Bahorok District, Langkat Regency". This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 coconut shell craftsmen using the saturation point formula technique, because the population was less than 100 people, the number of samples in this study was taken absolutely from a population of 30 respondents. Based on the T test and F test, it can be concluded that the creativity and product innovation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of the Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, indicating Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Coefficient of Determination (R2) = 0.343 or 34.3%. 65.7% was influenced by other factors not described in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) on the financial performance of the company, to know the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on the financial performance of the company and to know the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) on the financial performance of automotive companies listed in IDX period 2015-2018. The population in this study was all Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Otomotive Sector as many as 9 companies and a sample of 9 companies with 4 years of observation amounted to 36 samples. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation. The results showed that debt to asset ratio (DAR) has partially no effect on the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially affects the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have an effect and significance on the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a value of R Square of 0.694 or 69.4% which means variations in financial performance are measured by return on equity (ROE) with debt to asset ratio (DAR) And debt to equity ratio (DER) while the remaining 30.6% of other variables not studied by this study , e.g. company size, liquidity of the company and other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Influence of Price and Product Differentiation Against Buying Decision Suzuki Satria Fu Motor Cycle at Suzuki Sunindo Amplas Medan Branches”. This type of research is associative is a research that is asking the relationship between two variables. And by using the technique of slovin formula, then the number of samples in this study as many as 111 the price variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decision variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decisionhence trust variable partially have positive and significant influence to buyng decisions. Based on F test result, it is obtained F count value  of 2.908 2.694 with sig 0.013 0.05  , show Ho rejected and Ha accepted, meaning price and product differentiation simultaneously have positive and significant effect to variable buying decision. R Square value obtained of 0.834. To see the big influence of independent variable to dependent variable by calculating coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, So obtained  KD= 83.40% of buying decision (dependent variable) can be explained by price and product differentiation. The remaining 16.60% is influenced by oter factors not described in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out how the effect of Profitability (ROE) and Company Growth (TAG) on Firm Value (PBV) at PT H.M Sampoerna which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The first data analysis technique is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value and firm growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously it was found that profitability and company growth had a positive and significant effect on firm value.
