Abstract

The problem of the research were how the influencing of service quality on student’s satisfaction and to identify how the influencing of student’s satisfaction on student’s loyalty in Faculty Economy of Medan Area University. The method of data collection were interview, questionare and study of documentation. The model of data analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The determination of sample using  Slovin formula and the writer used the accidental sampling, the total samples were 95 people.The result of this research were service quality which consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy worked together to gave significant contribute of service. The result of second hypothesis through t test shows that student’s satisfaction significantly influence student’s loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract

Pertambangan adalah sebagian atau seluruh kegiatan dalam rangka penelitian, pengelolaan dan pengusahaan mineral atau batubara yang meliputi penyelidikan umum, eksplorasi, studi kelayakan, konstruksi, penambangan, pengolahan dan pemurnian, pengangkutan dan penjualan, serta kegiatan pascatambang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Internet Financial Reporting dan Tingkat Pengungkapan Informasi Website terhadap Frekuensi Perdagangan Saham Perusahaan Pertambangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 41 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2018 yang diambil dengan menggunakan beberapa kriteria. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internet Financial Reporting dan Tingkat Pengungkapan Informasi Website berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap frekuensi perdagangan saham.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Location and Satisfaction Against Customer Loyalty At Restaurant Nanda Soto Sei Blutu Medan. This type of research is associative. The population in this study is were 900 people and by using the technique Random Sampling, then the number of samples in this study as many as 90 respondents. Based on the result of research that location variable has a positive effect on loyalty variable with a value 2.646 and ha a significant value of 0.00 0.05 significant meaning. And satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty variable with a value 2.542 and ha a significant value of 0.01 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of loyalty and in partially letting the leadership policy at PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan. As well as the influence of loyalty and integrity simultaneously on the leadership policies at PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan as many as 78 people. To obtain the data in the preparation of this paper, the authors use the instrument; documentary studies and interviews (interview), as well as a questionnaire ( questionnaire ). In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that loyalty has a significant influence on the integrity. Whereas integrity does not have a significant influence on the leadership policy. Based on F test results can be concluded that the variables of loyality and integrity is jointly significant effect on leadership policy. R-square value obtained was 0.949 showed about 94.9% variable Y ( leadership policy ) can be explained by the variable work loyalty (X1) and variable integrity (X2). The remaining 5,1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The research entitled The Effect of Marketing Mix Strategy on Customer Satisfaction at Aroma Bakery Cake Medan aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of simultaneous and partial price, product, location and promotion variables on customer satisfaction at Aroma Bakery Cake Medan, and knowing promotion variables dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Aroma Bakery Cake Medan.The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, namely consumers of Aroma Bakery Cake Medan. The sampling technique used is random sampling. For data analysis, the author uses multiple linear analysis Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it can be announced that product variables, location and promotion are positively and significantly related, but the price variable is not positive and not significant positive partial to customer satisfaction at Aroma Bakery Cake Medan. Taken together / simultaneous product variables, prices, locations and promotions show a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction on Aroma Bakery Cake Medan. In addition, the test results also state that the dominant variables affecting consumers on the Aroma Bread Cake Medan are promotion variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see and analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, price, promotion. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured by a Likert scale. The test method is done by a list of questions (questionnaire) and observation (observation). The population of this research is all consumers of Medan Baru Subdistrict, Merdeka Village, which can be 100 people. Withdrawal of samples using the Slovin method or what is known as the Slovin formula. In this study, the sample size was 50 people. Data processing or analysis using SPSS software version 21, with descriptive analysis and testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that : (1) Partially the variable of customer satisfaction service quality in Medan Baru District. (2) Partially the product quality variable affects customer satisfaction in Medan Baru District. (3) Partially the price variable affects customer satisfaction in Medan Baru District. (4) Partially the promotion variable affects customer satisfaction in Medan Baru District. (5) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of service quality, product quality, price, promotion affecting customer satisfaction in Medan Baru District.

Abstract

The study aims to determine “The effect of Delegation of authority and Responsibility on the work effectiveness of employees at the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office”.The type of data in this study is Associative,namely research that has the question of the relationship between two independent variables.The population in this study were 296 permanent employees of  the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office.Based on the calculation of Slovin formula,the number of samples studied was 75 respondents.The sampling technique in this study was conducted by random sampling technique with error 0,10.The obtain data in the preparation oh this essay,the author uses instruments: Documentation studies,Intervuews and quesionnaires.Based on the results of the t test the delegation of authority variables get the value of  t _count of 2.198 t_table 1,933 and a significant value of 0,0310,05 and the Resposibility variable obtained t_count of 10,072t_table 1,933 and a significant value 0f 0,0000,05.The results of this study indicate that partially,Delegation of authority and Resposibility on the work of effectiveness of employees at the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office.The work Effectiveness is jointly influenced by delegation of authority and responsibility can be seen in the Adjusted R square value of 609 or 60,9% against the dependent variable which is the work Effectiveness simultaneously has a significant effect,while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed tn the study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak berdirinya minimarket terhadap omset penjualan dan keuntungan toko tradisional,untuk mengetahui dampak jarak berdirinya minimarket terhadap omset penjualan dan keuntungan toko tradisional,dan untuk mengkaji strategi bertahan toko tradisional ditengah maraknya minimarket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Medan Denai. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik toko tradisional yang ada di Kecamatan Medan Denai yang berjumlah 2.158. Sampel nya adalah 95 pemilik toko tradisional yang ada di Kecamatan Medan Denai. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara Daftar Pertanyaan (Quesioner), Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Mengukur hasil dampak menggunakan analisis metode SWOT. Keberadaan minimarket di Kecamatan Medan Denai memiliki dampak terhadap toko tradisional, hal ini dapat dilihat dari menurunnya pendapatan pedagang toko tradisional di Kecamatan Medan Denai. Penurunan jumlah pendapatan pedagang toko tradisional terbukti dari jumlah komoditas penjualan yang menurun seperti kebutuhan pokok dan lain-lain Kata Kunci :  Toko Tradisional, Minimarket

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove whether the brand image and price of customer satisfaction Village Futsal Medan. Types This study is an associative questioning the relationship between two variables. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis with hypothesis test using t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of the discussion and conclusion indicate that incentives and motivation partially and siimultan have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction of Village Futsal Medan. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Customer Satisfaction
