Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Ability and Welfare Benefits on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Medan Johor. This type of research is associative research that connects two or more variables. The population used in this study was 58 people. The results showed that partially the coefficient regression variable Working Ability tcount t table (5.907 2.004), and the significance value was smaller than the probability value (0.000 0.05). This means that the variable work ability has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Welfare Benefits t on the table value (10,685 2,004), and the significance value is smaller than the probability value (0,000 0.05) means that the Welfare Benefit variable has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously shows that the variable work ability and welfare benefits significantly influence employee performance because the value of Fcount = 89.725, while Ftable is 3.16, thus Fcount (89.725) Ftable (3.16) with a Sig. F is 0,000. The coefficient of determination is 0.765, this shows that the variable ability of Work Ability and Welfare Benefits is able to explain that Employee Performance is 76.5% and the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Each employee has different performance from one another, this is due to several factors including self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation, so this study aims to determine and partially analyze the effect of self-efficacy on performance and intrinsic motivation on performance and influence in a partial way. simultaneous self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation on the performance of the Marketing Division employees at PT. Bank X This type of research is an associative study, using a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 60 people, so that all populations were sampled in this study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on employee performance in the marketing division, there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the marketing division, there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of division employees marketing, there is an effect of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation on employee performance simultaneously employees of the marketing division of PT. Bank X

Abstract

Liquidity risk is the ability of a bank to fulfill a predetermined obligation at maturity. Measurement of liquidity risk can be seen in the short and long term through: DER, FDR, Inflation, NPF. The data used are secondary data based on observations of the liquidity risk of Islamic banks and conventional banks from 2007 to 2016. Data collection is also obtained from the Sharia Banking Statistics Report published by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. Descriptive research methods and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis model) with the ECM (Error Correction Model) approach. Overall, both the short and long term DER variables on Liquidity Risk show a significant relationship, as well as the FDR variable on Liquidity Risk shows a significant relationship, the inflation variable on liquidity risk shows a significant relationship, the NPF variable on liquidity risk in the short term it shows no significant relationship, on the other hand, the NPF variable on liquidity risk in the long term shows a significant relationship

Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Effect of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Digitdata Terminal Evolution". The type of data in this study is associative, namely a study that is asking about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were 35 employees in PT Digitdata Terminal Evolusi. The data collection technique is in the form of distributing questionnaires to office employees at PT Digitdata Terminal Evolusi. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing, statistical tests using multiple linear analysis models using multiple linear analysis models and determination tests.Based on the results of the study, the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable and the compensation variable partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance variable. While partially motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance variables activation.

Abstract

Pandemi Corona Virues Disease 2019 (Covid-19) berdampak besar pada semua sector, kesehatan dan ekonomi merupakan sector yang sangat terdampak. Pada tingkat desa terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang sudah sejak lama berkembang yaitu Posyandu. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada kebanyak Posyandu termasuk pada mitra adalah rendahnya kinerja kader Posyandu karena ekonomi keluarga yang lemah sehingga Posyandu tidak menjadi prioritas. Selain itu Posyandu juga kerap mengalami kekurangan biaya untuk pelaksanaan Imunisasi bulanan. Kader Posyandu yang aktif akan dilatih untuk memiliki satu jenis usaha yang dikelola secara bersama yang keuntungannya selain untuk kader juga digunakan untuk membantu pembiayaan pelaksanaan Posyandu setiap bulannya. Wirausaha pada Posyandu diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi dan kesehatan tingkat keluarga di setiap desa. Kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mencapai target antara lain, penentuan jenis produk, penyerahan alat produksi, pelatihan produksi, pendampingan merek dan logo, pendampingan pembuatan label dan kemasan, pendampingan produksi, pendampingan penentuan pasar, pelatihan dan pendampingan pencatatan keuangan, pendampingan pengurusan IUMK dan NIB, pendampingan pembuatan konten promosi. Hasil Kegiatan ini antara lain, adanya pendapatan yang dimiliki oleh kader Posyandu, dimana sebelumnya kader tidak punya pendapatan, kegiatan ini juga berhasil menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan kader dalam mengelola bisnis, kader juga memiliki ketrampilan dalam membuat produk serta melakukan pencatatan keuangan usaha, kegiatan ini sudah mampu memberikan pendapatan rutin bulanan kepada kader Posyandu, dimana kondisi sebelumnya kader Posyandu tidak punya penghasilan tambahan. Posyandu mendapatkan dana tambahan untuk Pembelian PMT & Kader mendapatkan pendapatan tambahan bulanan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the appropriate model or method in developing sustainable entrepreneurship in Medan Area University students based on entrepreneurship courses This study uses a mixed method research, namely in conducting research the researcher uses a combination of quantitative methods and qualitative methods. Mixed research methods are used because in this study it produces two types of data, namely quantitative data and qualitative data.The mixed method used in this research is concurrent mixed methods, which are procedures in which the researcher brings together or combines qualitative data and quantitative data to obtain a comprehensive analysis of the research problem this research resulted decrease (reduction) in the Pre-Test value to the Post-Test Value where the Negative Ranks show an N Value of 8 and a Mean Rank of 6.06, 9 students experienced an increase in entrepreneurial learning outcomes from Pre-Test scores to Post-Test scores. The mean rank or the average increase is 11.61. Then the difference between entrepreneurial learning outcomes for the Pre-Test and Post Test, it is known that Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) is 0.185 where the value is 0.0185 <0.05, so it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted". Which means "sustainable entrepreneurial development foster students based on entrepreneurship courses can be applied"This study finds the same contrasting dimensions of entrepreneurial interest and business learning, namely the innovation dimension. Likewise, the contrast dimension of self-concept and parental background is the dimension of attitude contrast.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and price discounts on impulse buying at the Fyllo Closet Boutique in Pematangsiantar City. This research is a type of descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and how to determine the sample size using the slovin method with a total sample of 110 respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire through a google form which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Store Atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. (2) Price discount has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. (3) Store Atmosphere and Price Discount have a positive and significant impact on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of job performance appraisal and career development on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business. The type of research used is associative research, where the variables are measured using the Likert scale method. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, questionnaires, and direct documentation surveys. The population in this study was 44 people, then the sample was taken using the saturated sampling method, which took the entire population as a sample. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS application, the data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, there is a significant effect of job performance assessment and career development on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business. Then, partially assessing work performance and career development each has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of green marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions of Tupperware on Jalan Setia Budi. The population in this study were the surrounding communities who purchased Tuppaware products for 2020 on Jalan Setia Budi Lingkungan I as many as 1718 people, where the sample was 94 people who were carried out with the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and the coefficient of determination. The results show that partially Green Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Tupperware Purchase Decisions, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Tupperware Purchasing Decisions and Simultaneously Green Marketing and Brand Image have a significant effect on Tupperware Purchasing Decisions on Jalan Setia Budi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values ​​​​on business success in UKM Tembung Bersatu, Percut Sei Tuan District. The research method used is exploratory research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection are done by interview (interview), with a list of statements (Questioner) and study documentation. The population in this study were all Tembung Bersatu UKM. a total of 40 SMEs. Sampling using the saturated sampling method or better known as a census. In this study, the population was relatively small, namely 40 people. Processing data using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis.
