<![CDATA[The development of the digitalization of several activities, led the National University in the development of a planned information management system for the benefit of student associations. The difficulty of student associations in submitting proposals and activity reports, has hampered and consumed a lot of time. The process of validating proposals and reporting activities through several parties is also one of the obstacles. Therefore it is necessary to realize a web-based information management system that makes it easy for them in this regard. This development is intended to facilitate the student association in submitting proposals and reporting the results of activities. Not only students, some related parties such as student bureaus, vice deans, lecturers can also be facilitated by this system. The waterfall method has been applied in the development of this web-based system. The results in the form of web-based systems have gone through the stages of limited trials and periodic system maintenance. A system that is fully functional, dynamic, and efficient in use has provided a good guarantee to facilitate the collection of proposals and other activities. The relevance of this article lies in the fact that as technological dynamics change, software development will evolve in several aspects of life. <![CDATA[Sinusitis is a disease of the nose, which occurs due to inflammation of the sinuses due to allergies or infection with viruses, bacteria or fungi. Sinusitis can occur in any of the four sinuses (maxillary, etmoidalis, frontalis, sphenoidalis). The most common causes of sinusitis are due to viral infections. Often times it is caused by a cold or flu virus that is spread by the sinuses from the upper respiratory tract. After a cold or flu, secondary bacterial infection can occur. This will cause the walls of the sins to become inflamed or inflamed. An infected tooth can also make the sinuses infected. A doctor can diagnose sinusitis by looking at the symptoms that occur. For example, nasal congestion or runny nose with facial pain. If the sinusitis is severe or recurs, You are advised to see an ENT specialist (ear, nose, throat). These specialists will try to find the main cause of sinusitis that occurs. CT scans can also be used to find out the cause of sinusitis. This study also completes the shortcomings of previous studies, where previous studies used the geotagging feature. The development tools used by researchers use the android studio and the waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method. The result of this research is an application that is connected to the internet in the process of attendance activities. <![CDATA[Soil moisture is needed in rice fields for plant growth, with attention to soil moisture in rice fields, it can increase fertility in the land which impacts existing plants. But in regulating soil moisture requires a level that is following the existing plants, because each plant has different humidity settings. This research will design a tool to adjust soil moisture in rice fields automatically to maintain soil moisture according to plant needs. This tool is designed to use a Soil Moisture sensor which can later be used as input data to the ESP8266 to drive a Servo Motor as a soil moisture regulator, a Servo Motor as an irrigation door drive. In making the design of irrigation arrangements, moisture data from each plant is needed because each plant has a different moisture content, from the results of the study, it was found that the soil moisture of kale plants was ± 49% - 68%, and soil moisture of corn plants ± 48% - 63%.]]>

<![CDATA[Attendance is a form of attachment or obligation between employees and companies, especially at PT. IDX with work locations for project employees who are spread across many companies and different office locations, namely in Jakarta and Bandung. Based on this study, an online-based employee attendance system using the barcode scanner method is applied, because previously employees were still using manual signatures with insufficient security systems and concerns about data leakage, with this attendance system employees do not need to sign manually, resulting in fraud. attendance can be avoided. The application of QR code technology to the employee attendance system can speed up the employee attendance process. Besides that, it can also help make it easier for the HRD Team in managing employee attendance reports to make it more effective and efficient.]]>

<![CDATA[Tiara Brand is a self-produced clothing business. The process of selling products at Tiara Brand is done by promoting their products through social media. This process is considered less effective, because customers have to order through another application, namely WhatsApp. Business owners also find it difficult to promote their products widely. Based on these problems, this study will discuss the design and creation of a website-based e-commerce application using the CodeIgniter framework, so that it is easier for customers to buy products from Tiara Brand, because it can be done on the same website. In addition, business owners can also more easily manage each transaction and can promote their products to customers without regional restrictions. the steps of this research are made in the form of a flowchart and go through stages consisting of; 1) Data collection, 2) Literature study, 3) Design, 4) Program code preparation, and 5) Application testing and using the String Matching Algorithm as an implementation of the application being built. The results of the research are the construction of a website that not only displays the products being sold, but can also be used for transactions and has the potential to develop Tiara Brand selling online.]]>

<![CDATA[Scheduling is the activity of planning in conducting activity at a certain time. The main objective of the scheduling is to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the use of resources so that progress that has been determined previously achieved well. A genetic algorithm is one of the most often algorithms used in optimization scheduling. This algorithm works based on a natural process carried out using heuristic methods. One of the scheduling problems at company x in the step to increase security through system security updates with this antivirus installation program involves all employees as users of each division and handled by the IT team as the pic that handles the program. Scheduling is still compiled manually so that raises some of the problems starting from the preparation process to the division of the schedules to require a long time, it usually tends to clashes between the hour and the day when the PIC handles the user due to not automatic scheduling. Therefore, designing an application system by using web-based programming is conducted waterfall method to ease in the process of the preparation and distribution of a schedule which is more systematic with the implementation of the method of the genetic algorithm so that the scheduling that there will be more optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[Direct cash assistance is a program of local government efforts to deal with problems that occur in underprivileged families. This program is sought so that the community has less impact on economic growth and welfare. The methode used this system is.the.Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) methods. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a decision making process which in the process adds up the weights of the performance appraisal on all alternative attributes. While the Weight Product (WP) method is an analyst decision.methode for a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) or multi - criteria decision making (MCDM). The existence of a comparison between the two methods is expected to help better select residents in receiving BLT so that they are more targeted. In this study resulted in a system to determine the citizens who are entitled to receive BLT, based on the result the study. Comparison of the SAW and WP methods using 20 alternative data, shows that the second method gets accurate data and is suitable if applied as a ranking of citizens in BLT receipts. In the ranking occupied by Burhan by getting the highest score on the 2 methods, there is an equal ranking of the 2 methods caused by the alternative performance scores, and the weight value of the first criterion in each method. Results Based on the research, is it recommended to use the SAW method to determine the ranking, cause the Ievel of suitability of.the.data in the field is higher than the WP found 99.40 WP found 99.20%.]]>
