Ornamental plants are plants with aesthetic and aesthetic values that are used to beautify and beautify the atmosphere of rooms in homes, gardens, office buildings, courtyards, hotels, and restaurants. This is a popular foliage plant trend, and every follower has a different taste. Ornamental plants that are generally very popular are agronema, anthurium, adansoni, calathea, monstera and sansevieria. A decision support system is needed to help identify and find out which ornamental plants are most needed by the community. The method used in this system is the Weight Product (WP) method and the SMART method. The WP method is an analytical method for multi-criteria decision making (MCDM). While the SMART method is a multi-characteristic dynamic strategy. This strategy uses multi-trait decisions to aid decision making when exploring multiple options. All leaders must make choices as indicated by the stated goals. This study produces a system to determine the selection of the best ornamental plants. The comparison of the two methods is expected to be more helpful in selecting ornamental plants to be more targeted. The WP and SMART methods using 10 alternative data show that both methods get accurate and suitable data when applied as a ranking of ornamental plants. Both of these methods have an elective execution score and the results of the weight values applied to each technique

Hotspot checks certain places (usually public places) that have Internet services with wireless LAN technology, like universities, shopping malls, squares, libraries, restaurants or airports. Internet services like these are available for a fee and free. a sensible approach is required to manage server protection, namely by protecting the prevailing network. Where there's level of security to secure access and access rights to existing hotspots. A gateway may be a tool that's wont to connect a network to at least one or more computer networks that use different communication protocols, so information from an system is provided to other computer networks that use different protocols. to form this method, the author uses Linux ClearOS for the protection concept. this method is applied to the case study of PT. XYZ, which uses the hotspot. The author describes how security systems are installed and built on network servers, and describes gateways as network infrastructure. so the present hotspot medium can maximize its working system by using Linux software, which is another hotspot.

Teknologi berkembang dengan cepat. Beriringan dengan cepatnya perkembangan tersebut, kebutuhan manusia juga semakin kompleks tidak terkecuali di bidang bisnis makanan. Kafe dan restoran sedang trending bagi kaum milenial karena menu yang disuguhkan sangat variatif dan cepat penyajiannya. Agar bisnis dapat berkembang, dibutuhkan sistem pemesanan berbasis web agar dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan serta promosi yang lebih mudah, terlebih kepada pelanggan muda yang daya belinya tinggi. Dalam mengimplementasikan dan memudahkan pengusaha dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya, maka perlu adanya penelitian yang memaparkan proses pembuatan suatu sistem pemesanan menu di Grande Resto berbasis web yang fokus pada desain, implementasi dan analisa dengan observasi lapangan studi literatur sistem yang pernah ada, wawancara serta catatan pembelian pelanggan. Sistem yang telah dibuat mampu menghadirkan rekomendasi menu terfavorit/yang sering dipesan oleh pelanggan dengan ujicoba 482 pelanggan. Menu terfavorit/yang banyak dipesan oleh pelanggan adalah Ice green tea dengan 124 pemesanan Ice Choco dengan 123 pemesanan, Ice Black Coffee dengan 117 pemesanan. Selain itu proses yang di berikan oleh sistem dengan tingkat keakurasian perhitungan rekomendasi dengan uji coba 482 pelanggan dengan hasil 99% akurasi. Selain uji coba pelanggan, sistem juga diuji dengan GTMetrix untuk mengetahui kinerja sistem dan hasilnya 100% dengan performa A. Hasil analisa tersebut kemudian dapat diimplementasikan dalam web canggih memakai sistem barcode untuk memesannya dengan metode pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu algoritma Content-based filtering dan algoritma multilevel feedback queue menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP.

A system designed to assist in providing the final knowledge of rheumatoid arthritis that occurs. the expert system here imitates or is similar to an expert in knowing and detecting the initial symptoms of what is happening. This system was built using Android which can be installed by the user, this system helps in dealing with conditions that occur in rheumatoid arthritis. From the research conducted to produce an android-based expert system for the final diagnosis of conditions using the Certainty Factor method, it can provide information about 5 types of rheumatoid arthritis diagnoses, 10 symptom data, and provide information about causes to suggestions for final treatment. The results of testing using the Alpha Test on 15 participants were obtained to install the expert system first on mobile phones, the answer option "Fit" was obtained which had a percentage value of 0.54 or 54%, and was also carried out where testing used Black Box testing which showed the result value according to the reference site.

Penulis tertarik untuk meneliti topik terkait business intelligence untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis PT. XYZ. Dengan menawarkan pola pengumpulan data yang lebih detail yang diperiksa dari gudang data perusahaan dan ditampilkan dalam tampilan grafis yang mudah dipahami, dapat membuat aktivitas pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan laporan tahunan menjadi lebih tepat. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi business intelligence ini, kinerja bisnis akan terdorong dan optimal, serta laporan kinerja tahunan perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sembilan langkah Kimball yang di dalamnya termasuk ETL (Extract Transform Load) dan menggunakan metode blackbox untuk pengujiannya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan visualisasi grafik dan tabel menggunakan TABLEAU.

Company Refers to a business entity or organization established by one or several individuals with the intention of producing or selling goods or services with the aim of making a profit. In helping to increase company sales by promoting new products or services to customers and establishing better relationships with existing customers, a teleservice representative is needed. A teleservice representative is a customer service professional who works via a remote communication device such as a telephone, email or text message. . To achieve this, they must have the criteria of Experience, Good Negotiation, Communication Articulation, Interpersonal and Confidence. The presence of a Teleservice Representative is very important for the company in ensuring that the quality of customer service is continuously improved and customers are satisfied with the company's products or services. So companies must make the right selection of teleservice representatives because teleservice representatives have a very vital role for the company because they are a direct line in providing superior customer service and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. To solve problems in the selection of teleservice representatives, an information system is needed, namely a decision support system (SPK). In this study, the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method and ROC weighting are applied, which are methods that can be used to make decisions and produce values on selection weights in the selection of teleservice representatives. so that the alternative that produces the selection of teleservice representatives, which can be seen in table 10, is alternative A4, namely Nisa Fadillah with a value of 1.0000

After Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease is the most common neurodegenerative condition affecting people. Millions of people, or about 1% of the world's population, are affected by Parkinson's disease. Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative condition of the central nervous system that affects the motor system and develops over time. Even though Parkinson's disease is an uncommon condition, a tool is created by utilizing an expert system to identify this condition from the symptoms experienced by the patient. Based on the user's perceived trust value, the expert system generates disease opportunities. The Dempster-Shafer approach technique is used to calculate the trust value. The Dempster-Shafer approach reduces uncertainty and results in a correct diagnosis. the result of the inclusion or deletion of new data, such as details about symptoms and disease. Under this approach, specialists are valued for the knowledge they possess. This method rewards professionals for the knowledge they possess. Dempster-Shafer This investigation will use a diagnostic approach to Parkinson's disease. Based on the results of the procedure for applying the Dempster-Shafer method, it was determined that the patient showed some symptoms of Parkinson's disease, and it was determined that the patient had stage 2 Parkinson's disease with an accuracy value of 0.944 or a percentage of 94%. An expert system with the Dempster-Shafer technique can be used to diagnose Parkinson's disease in patients or users by calculating the symptoms experienced by the patient, according to the results of calculations performed manually by the system.

Customer Service is a job whose main task is to be a direct liaison between the company and its customers. Every company needs customer service in order to launch its business journey. Therefore, customer service has an important role in improving the sales quality of the company, whether selling goods, services or whatever business the company is running. In choosing a quality customer service it will be very difficult if it is done manually because it can result in incorrect decisions because the choices that are selected manually are not guaranteed. To overcome these problems, a computerized system is needed to select service customers. A good system used is a decision support system. A decision support system is a system that has been used by many people in making elections or making decisions that have a large number of alternatives. In this study the method used is the SAW method and the WP method. The weighting method used is the ROC method. These three methods are used because this method is a method that can be used easily and the results obtained have accurate and reliable results. Based on the results of calculations using the SAW method, a value of 0.9843 is obtained as an alternative to A2 on behalf of Verawati as the best alternative. While calculations using the WP method obtained a value of 0.2473 as an alternative to A2 on behalf of Verawati as the best alternative
