Penyakit gizi buruk merupakan penyakit dengan jumlah penderita yang terus meningkat tiap tahunnya di Indonesia. Presentasi angka gizi buruk yang ada di Indonesia berkisar 3,4%. Ciri-ciri gizi buruk menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang tidak maksimal, perkembangan intelektual tidak maksimal, munculnya gangguan penglihatan, mudah lelah, tidak memiliki nafsu makan, bentuk tulang yang tidak normal, mudah sakit. Terbatasnya jumlah tenaga medis dapat dibantu dengan aplikasi sistem pakar tanpa bermaksud menggantikan Pakar. Sistem pakar yaitu sistem (mesin pengetahuan) yang mampu menggantikan fungsi kepakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeteksi penyakit gizi buruk pada usia 1-3 tahun (balita). menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Clasifier. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui 3 jenis penyakit berdasarkan gejalanya yaitu Kwarshiorkor (P1), Marasmik-Kwarshiorkor (P2), Marasmus (P3) dengan 24 gejala gizi buruk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil perkalian tertinggi dari klasifikasi naive bayes merupakan jenis penyakit gizi buruk yang diderita pasien. Hasil deteksi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai informasi awal deteksi gizi buruk.

Warna yang diterima oleh mata dari sebuah objek ditentukan oleh warna sinar yang dipantulkan oleh objek tersebut. Digitalisasi yaitu gambar yang diolah dengan komputer digital, direpresentasikan secara numerik dengan nilai-nilai diskrit. Deteksi tepi merupakan langkah untuk melengkapi informasi di dalam citra, tepi mencirikan batas-batas objek berguna untuk proses segmentasi dan identifikasi objek. Deteksi tepi citra bertujuan meningkatkan penampakan garis batas daerah atau objek. Proses segmentasi mengidentifikasi objek dalam beberapa potongan gambar yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah membaca informasi citra. Metode segmentasi mengasumsikan setiap objek cenderung memiliki warna yang homogen dan terletak pada kisaran keabuan tertentu. Setiap komponen warna menggunakan 8 bit (nilainya berkisar antara 0 sampai dengan 255). Proses thresholding mengkonversi citra warna menjadi hitam dan putih sehingga mempermudah mendeteksi objek.

The empowerment of rural communities needs to be done institutional strengthening, increased motivation and self-help in community cooperation, so that in order to assess the success of village development, it is necessary to conduct a targeted, coordinated, integrated and sustainable assessment. with an assessment indicator. Village assessment is best done by comparing the latest development level based on village profile data in accordance with the assessment indicators. This study aims to build a decision support system to determine the best village based on the village assessment score using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Basically, the decision-making process is to choose an alternative. The best village assessment consists of 6 criteria. The output of this system is the ranking of each village that has been assessed so as to produce recommendations for decision making in determining the best village. The highest total value of each row calculated by each sub-criteria is summed, the highest total value used is the basis for ranking the best village, Desa Pasar Miring with a final value = 0.969.

It is very important to evaluate teacher performance regularly to improve the quality of teacher human resources. SMK 1 Negeri Labu conducts teacher performance assessments every 3 months but the mechanism is less effective due to lack of transparency. The SAW method is part of the DSS used to help determine decisions based on alternative data and criteria data. Data processing is implemented according to the calculation of the SAW method to determine the decision matrix and then make a ranking of the total alternative data. In this study there were 20 teachers who were assessed with 9 assessment criteria, the ranking results showed that alternative data A03 obtained the highest score, it was decided that A03 had the best teacher performance. The design of the system developed with UML resulted in a teacher performance appraisal system. This study aims to help the school determine the best teacher performance systematically processed by the system. Suggestions from the implementation of this study in order to improve the accuracy of the calculation results, it is recommended to compare the results with other DSS-based methods.

Abstract: The pandemic has caused the economy to decline drastically, even many residents have lost their sources of livelihoods. The government directly disbursed funds in the form of Direct Cash Assistance. The problem that arose was the suspicion of injustice for the villagers who received BLT. There is a need for a transparent system to inform the criteria for BLT recipients. The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation. Keywords: devotion; information systems; priority setting; web based Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem. The problem faced by the Tanjung Redjo clothing store is the lack of management of sales data and irregular arrangement of clothing products. The arrangement of the location of clothing products on the shelf is not well regulated. The speed of service to customers can be improved by making the layout of clothing products good and orderly, so that store staff can find clothing products quickly. Shoppers can also search and view apparel accessories that are often sold together quickly, potentially increasing store sales turnover. A better and more organized arrangement of clothing products can be done by analyzing sales transactions that occur daily at the store by using the Apriori algorithm. By using this algorithm, the shop owner can find out the tendency of a combination of clothing products that are often sold at the same time, so that the shop owner can arrange the layout of clothing products well and regularly so that buyers or employees can find and retrieve clothing products quickly. How the Apriori algorithm works to find a combination of clothing products that are often sold simultaneously from a sales transaction. Rules applied If buying KA-701 and KK-201 and SP-2001, then buy ST-651. Support and Confidence values are calculated until 4 combination items are obtained to get the best selling associative rule output output.

Financial security encourages fast food eating habits, the characteristics of problems that require solving genetic algorithms that have multi-objective and multi-criteria. Based on the mathematical model built, an analysis is performed to find the best (optimal) solution. Optimization is an effort or activity to get the best results with the requirements given. Genetic Algorithm as a branch of Evolution Algorithm is an adaptive method commonly used to solve a value search in an optimization problem. To check the results of the optimization we need a fitness function, which signifies a coded description of the solution. During the process, the parent must be used for reproduction, crossing and mutation to obtain new offspring. Determination of the composition of the ideal GGL for productive age must meet the minimum limits for each component of nutrition. The higher the Fitness value the better the chromosomes become a candidate solution. Offspring results generated from the results of the reproduction process are crossever and mutation. The selection process is carried out to obtain the best chromosomes that will be made into the next generation's population. The best chromosomes offSpring 10 Fitness 12737.34.

Facial recognition is important for identifying a person's biodata profile. The physical development of students from the time they entered college to graduation has experienced inconspicuous changes but it is sometimes difficult to identify faces one by one. Digital form is becoming a trend to remember more real time. An important part of human physical identification has begun to shift from signature - finger - face selection. The face includes five important senses that are interconnected into an identification device. In this study the focus is on face detection based on color, the application of the Camshift Algorithm and finding the distance between the face sensing points is the result of the Gabor Wavelet method. Training data uses 4-8 second real time video. The hue histogram is basically the same as the RGB histogram, the difference is that the hue histogram uses the Hue value instead of RGB because the hue value represents natural color without regard to lighting. Gabor Wavelet transform is provided to solve filter design problems. The face detection system looks for face points to form a frame-shaped face selection if previously the face has been stored in a database so the system can easily describe biodata. Face selection can be done on live testing data. The selection box detection follows every facial movement.

Activity on the internet leaves a traceable digital trail. Users who are expressive of social media and have a habit of pouring everything on Instagram are more considerate of the cause and effect of status updates. The problem discussed in this study is to describe the character of the Instagram user account according to the hashtags (#) of the most widely used millennial language such as #awesome and so on. With machine learning, computers can work alone. This digital technology has long been applied to Google search, search engines and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). The benefits of machine learning are the ease of obtaining digital data from online users. The stages of the study consisted of the application of algorithms that produced predictions for classification using the K-Nearest Neighbors Algorithm. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to process data sourced from millennial language hashtags based on the most popular hashtags (#) on instagram using machine learning by identifying names in the text into Connected, Creative and Confident. From the results of the calculation of the closest distance and proximity of the neighboring obtained 10 popular hashtags. Creative Classifications become dominan type user.

Internet activities require ethics and knowledge to understand the protection of data privacy, avoid forms of computer crime and know the forms of internet network security. Workshop activities are carried out to attract participants' interest in the subject matter of the activity. The discussion in the workshop focused on the core problems, presented systematically by the resource persons so that participants could easily understand, follow or practice. The workshop was held by demonstrating the forms and stages of information and network security through hardware and software security, personal data security, and windows operating system security. Ability to configure the information and network security on internet network devices. The partners involved are the tenth graders of Gajah Mada Padang Bulan Senior High School, Medan. The workshop participants' basic contribution is understanding and implementing data privacy security while surfing the internet and increasing students' awareness of information systems and network security skills.
