Abstract

Mencapai pendidikan yang setinggi-tingginya adalah suatu proses seseorang dalam mencapai cita-cita dan harapan masa depan yang baik. Melalui pendidikan tinggi berarti kita meningkatkan kualitas diri untuk menjadi lebih baik. Perguruan Tinggi memiliki kontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia suatu Negara, karena Perguruan Tinggi merupakan bidang pendidikan yang menghasilkan produk berupa jasa pendidikan di mana produk tersebut akan dibeli oleh konsumen (mahasiswa) yang mana produk tersebut dapat membentuk pribadi seseorang dalam hal ini untuk menjadi pribadi yang tangguh. Keputusan peserta didik memilih UNDIRA sebagai tempat menimba ilmu bagi meraka, merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak bagi mereka karena adanya beberapa faktor-faktor pendukung sebagai pertimbangan sehingga peserta didik memutuskan UNDIRA sebagai pilihannya. Hasil pra survei yang Tim Peneliti lakukan didapatkan 2 (dua) faktor pendukung yaitu harga dan promosi yang menjadi pertimbangan peserta didik UNDIRA memutuskan memilih UNDIRA. Tim Peneliti akan mengkaji dan menganalisa harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan memilih UNDIRA sebagai pilihan peserta didik semester II prodi manajemen UNDIRA. Data akan dianalisis dengan cara uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program smartPLS. Hasil oleh data smartPLS terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan harga dan promosi terhdap keputusan responden memilih Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) sebagai tempat melanjutkan pendidikan responden.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis  Kinerja karyawan  yang dipengaruhi oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan  dengan Motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiasi semantik diferensial. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini, sehingga diperoleh 50  responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan , Gaya Kepemimpinan  juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi, sedangkan Motivas  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the marketing of tourism products on Tidung Island, Thousand Islands, DKI Jakarta Province with the aim of increasing the local economy and public awareness. Tidung Island has great tourism potential, but there are still obstacles in marketing and active community participation in developing the local economy. The research methods used were surveys, interviews, and direct observation. The data collected includes information about tourist profiles, marketing strategies that have been implemented, as well as inhibiting factors in local economic development. In order to optimize the marketing of tourism products, the recommended strategic steps include developing attractive tour packages, skills training for local communities, and establishing a tourist information center. In addition, collaboration between local governments, local business actors and the community is key in achieving the goal of strengthening the local economy and community awareness. This research is expected to provide input and recommendations for local governments, businesses, and the community in increasing the marketing of tourism products on Tidung Island, so that it can have a positive impact on the local economy and local community awareness.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the implementation of personal selling policies in vehicle insurance at PT. Tata Wahana Insurance and determine if it affects the consumer's decision to select vehicle insurance at PT. Tata Wahana Insurance. The research employs descriptive and associative research methods. The findings reveal that the personal selling policy for vehicle insurance at PT. Wahana Tata Insurance's uses three methods: Executive Personnel Selling, Inside Personnel Selling, and Outside Personnel Selling. The correlation coefficient analysis indicates a moderate positive relationship between personal selling costs and consumer decisions when selecting vehicle insurance, with a correlation analysis (r) of 0.6. The coefficient of determination shows that the personal selling cost variable (X) contributes to 36% of the consumer decision variable in selecting vehicle insurance (Y), while the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve teacher performance at SMA Dwi Warna by strengthening a positive work culture. The initiative was carried out through interactive training, group discussions, and ongoing coaching designed to build awareness and commitment among educators. Preliminary observations indicated challenges such as lack of motivation, ineffective communication, and inconsistency in collaborative practices. The training sessions addressed these issues by emphasizing core values such as integrity, responsibility, teamwork, and professional commitment. The program successfully fostered a more cohesive and reflective work environment. Teachers demonstrated increased awareness and willingness to apply positive work ethics in their daily responsibilities. As a result, a weekly reflection forum was established to encourage continuous dialogue and shared learning. This initiative highlights the importance of sustained efforts in cultivating a positive work culture, suggesting that such interventions can significantly contribute to the overall improvement of educational quality and institutional performance.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop a service culture as a strategic approach to strengthening collaborative and integrity-based work culture among the academic community at ITKES Wiyata Husada Samarinda. Preliminary analysis indicated that although standard operating procedures and formal codes of ethics were already in place, the practical implementation of service-oriented values, inter-unit collaboration, and professional integrity in daily academic and administrative services had not been fully optimized. The program was implemented using a participatory approach through structured training, interactive workshops, collaborative simulations, and integrity-focused mentoring. Program outcomes were evaluated using pre- and post-assessments of participants’ understanding and feedback on perceived changes in service practices. The results show improvements in participants’ awareness of service culture principles, strengthened collaborative practices across units, and enhanced ethical sensitivity in service delivery. These findings indicate that PKM-based interventions can function as an effective instrument for internal capacity building and organizational culture development in higher education institutions

Abstract

Developing a service-oriented work culture is essential for improving the quality of public services and strengthening organizational performance in government institutions. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge, awareness, and competencies of government officials at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) for Plantation Crop Protection Development, East Kalimantan Provincial Plantation Office, in implementing a work culture that supports excellent public service. The program employed a participatory training approach consisting of four stages: preparation, training implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Training activities were conducted through lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, service simulations, and reflection sessions. The training materials covered organizational work culture, public service values, professional ethics, integrity, effective communication, teamwork, and strategies for implementing service excellence. Program evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments, participant observations, and feedback sessions to measure improvements in participants' understanding and engagement. The results indicated increased awareness and understanding of service-oriented organizational culture, strengthened commitment to professionalism and public service ethics, and improved communication and teamwork among participants. The collaborative implementation between the university and the partner institution also supported knowledge transfer and organizational capacity development. This community service program demonstrates that participatory training is an effective strategy for strengthening organizational culture and promoting sustainable improvements in the quality of public services.
