Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the application of character education in learning history which has a strategic meaning in the formation of Indonesian human character with a sense of nationalism and love for the homeland. This study used a qualitative approach by discussing the results of data processing in the field about the implementation of character education, starting from observations, interviews and realistic results. The implementation of character education in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatus Shibyan Kubu Raya is adjust to the institutional curriculum reference on the Yellow Book ‘Alim Mutaálim which teaches the exemplary of a student with a teacher, so that all teachers can implement character education properly in accordance with the local content reference. Then the history teacher also integrates in every syllabus and RPP in implementing character education in class XII in particular. The character education is adjust to the conditions during the learning process. The implementation of character education experienced several obstacles including time, environment, and electronic media. Keywords: Character Education, History Learning, Implementation

Abstract

AbstractSemangkiling Hamlet is one of the hamlets located in Bebatung Village, Mandor District, Landak Regency. This hamlet has a multicultural society. Despite having a multicultural society, this hamlet still holds fast to their traditions that have existed for a long time, one of which was the baroah tradition. This tradition is routinely carried out every year, but along with the times the tradition of baroah experiences changes in meaning and value as happened in the Semangkiling Hamlet community. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The technique in this study uses four techniques namely observation, data collection, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate: (1). The background of the implementation of baroah tradition in Semangkiling Hamlet is in the form of three, namely: the majority aspects of an agrarian society, the religious aspects of the community, the social aspects of the Semangkiling community, (2). The process of implementing the Baroah tradition in Semangkiling is bahaump, coughing, humping ', meaning of roah. (3). Transformation of the Meaning and Value of the Baroah Tradition took place before and after the entry of Christianity, especially Protestantism. the factors that cause a shift in meaning and value that occur are religious factors, economic factors, and social factors in the Semangkiling hamlet community. The meaning and value of the baroah tradition in Semangkiling Hamlet, which is no longer entirely religious, is only an annual routine. Keywords: Transformation, Meaning and Value, Baroah Tradition.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed  to determine the effect of free education on motivation to learn in SMP 1, SMP 4 and SMP 9 Kecamatan Simpang Hilir, North Kayong. Data analysis of this study wus simple linear regression analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and hypothesis. This study was conducted based on survey locations in SMP 1, SMP 4 and SMP 9 Simpang Hilir, North Kayong, respondents drawn from the three schools in this study were as many as 69 respondents or students which is collected by using survey method as sample of students of SMP 1 SMP 4 and SMP 9 Simpang Hilir, North Kayong. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results of the study indicated that free education has significantly influence the motivation to learn. The result of a simple linear regression which has been done obtained regression equation that can be written Y= a + bX or 27,550 + 1,120X coefficient of determination R2 = 0,562 means of 56,2% can be explained by looking on explanatory variable (independent variable) which has been revealed in the model, and 43,8% Influenced by other variables outside this regression model.  Keywords: Free Education, Learning Motivation

Abstract

AbstractBased on the research entitled " Increasing students soft skill towards the role of school cooperatives in SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak", the research problem of this research by using formulation "What is the role of the school cooperatives in increasing soft skills to the students accounting majors in SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak?". The population was 90 students and the sample was 47 students. The researcher applied quantitative research approach, with the data collection  used questionnaire. The data processing used SPSS version 18.00. The test of validity applied 8 instruments were declared valid, and 22 instruments were invalid. The reliability test stated that all instruments exceeding 0.6 were declared feasible. Normality of data used the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, data was normally distributed with a significance value of 0.982 with the value above, the probability was 0.05. The results showed that the school cooperatives have a role in increasing the soft skills of students in SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. This was indicated by based on the calculation of r_ (count) of 4,615, indicated that there was a role for the independent variable (X) against the dependent variable (Y). When compared with r_ (table) (n = 47) of 1.678, then r_ (count)> r_ (table), i.e. (4.615> 1.678), so Ha was accepted. The role of school cooperatives in increasing the soft skills of students in SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak by 32.1%, the correlation coefficient of 0.567 from the summary model table, this figure is between 0.40 - 0.599, which is the medium category.Keywords: Role, School Cooperatives, Soft Skills, and Students

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of teacher in teaching economic subjects class X in Man 2 Pontianak. The Research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and survey research forms. The source of data in this study is the teacher of economic subjects class X in Man 2 Pontianak and dokumentation relating to teacher pedagogical competence. Data collection was obtained through observation guidelines and interview guidelines then analyzed using data reduction, data peresentation and verification/conclusion drawing. Then the validity of the data using triangulation thecniques.the researcher conducted the research by observing the study twice and interviewing for three days.the results showed that the pedagogical competence of class X economics teachers in Man 2 Pontianak  as a whole was good, but still needed refinement on each indicator especially in the sub indicators applying strategies, methods and learning models that varied to increase student learning motivation, and sub indicators know the talent, interest and potential possessed by students. Keywords: Teacher’s Pedagogical competence, Class X Economic Subjects

Abstract

AbstractIn Teluk Kembang village The majority of the population work as rubber farmers, but the fact shows not all rubber farmers live in better condition, many of them are less capable because of the income of rubber farmers And the many daily necessities that must be met. The low income of people with rubber farmers makes parents difficult to get their children to a higher level. And so does the environment that greatly affects children dropouts. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The research venue is held in Teluk Kembang village. The children of school dropouts and parents are experiencing dropouts. The factors that cause dropout children are the family economic factors, family factors, environmental factors. The most dominant factor of the cause of dropout children is the family economic factor. Most of the people in Teluk Kembang village work as a rubber pengrake which is very cheap and the income is only enough to provide daily needs. The price of rubber per kg is Rp. 6,000, 00 and the average monthly income is Rp. 500.000, 00-Rp. 1,100,000 while the monthly expenditure is RP. 700,000, 00-Rp. 1.050.000, 00. Parents ' efforts to overcome dropouts are by observing children's learning activities so that children are not negligent with the lesson. Keywords: School dropouts, family economic factors, rubber farmers

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the cause of learning difficulties XB grade students of SMA Negeri 02 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya district.The research method used is descriptive method.With this form of survey research.The population of this study, and that a population is students who are 32 students.The results showed that students in class XB SMA 02 River District Kubu Raya Raya with learning difficulties are at greater motivation factor of the student themselves to repeat the lessons given by the teacher at home.Respectively obtained as much as 23 or 71.9% of students stating sometimes repeating the lessons home happens to internal factors, also on external factors obtained by 23 students or 71.9% of students who claimed not have textbooks to support the learning. Keywords: Factors Contributing to Learning Difficulties. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X B SMA Negeri 02 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Deskriptif. Dengan bentuk penelitian survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi, dan yang menjadi populasinya adalah siswa yang berjumlah 32 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas X B SMA Negeri 02 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya mengalami kesulitan belajar yang lebih besar terdapat pada faktor motivasi dari dalam diri siswa itu sendiri untuk mengulang kembali pelajaran yang telah diberikan oleh guru dirumah. Masing-masing diperoleh sebanyak 23 atau 71,9% siswa yang menyatakan kadang-kadang mengulang kembali pelajaran dirumah yang terjadi pada faktor internal, juga pada faktor eksternal diperoleh sebanyak 23 siswa atau 71,9% siswa yang menyatakan tidak memilliki buku paket untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar. Kata Kunci: Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Kesulitan Belajar.

Abstract

Abstrak : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CU Mura Kopa di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau. Medote penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan terdapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada CU Mura Kopa di kecamatan sekayam kabupaten sanggau sebesar 0,538 dengan kategori sedang. Sedangkan tingkat persentase pada pelatihan karyawan dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu pada kategori baik dengan jumlah 68,89% berdasarkan hasil jawaban angket dari 31 orang karyawan. sementara tingkat persentase pada kinerja karyawan dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu pada kategori baik yaitu sebesar 64,44% berdasarkan hasil jawaban angket dari 29 orang karyawan. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan, CU Mura Kopa Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at CU Mura Kopa di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau. The research method used is descriptive method by using a form of research association studies. The population was 45 employees. The results of the data analysis revealed that there is influence of training on employee performance at CU Mura Kopa di kecamatan sekayam kabupaten sanggau to 0.538 the medium category. While the percentage rate on the training of employees with the highest values ​​in both categories with a number of 68.89% based on the results of the questionnaire answers of 31 employees. while the percentage rate on the performance of the employee with the highest score in both categories is equal to 64.44% based on the results of the questionnaire answers of 29 employees. Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Internal Factors Affecting Student Learning Outcomes in Economics Subject Class XI PS SMA TAMAN MULIA Kubu Raya". The method used is descriptive method. The form of the research is qualitative description. The data collection techniques in this study were: distributing questionnaires via google from and observing and collecting school data. With the results of the study as follows: 1) Analysis of internal factors that affect learning outcomes. Based on the results of research on indicators of learning attitudes in general, learning attitudes are quite good and learning attitudes are good in understanding and doing the tasks given by the teacher 2) analysis of internal factors that affect learning outcomes at SMA TAMAN MULIA Kubu Raya. Based on the results of research on indicators of interest in learning in general In general, they are also good at answering questions given by the teacher. 3) students' learning motivation that affects learning outcomes. From the analysis of the discussion of indicators of learning motivation, it is quite good, it can be seen that students tend to be happy in solving problems on questions. In the learning process it is very important for a teacher to pay attention to his students in the learning process, the teacher must also see the learning attitude of students, student interest in the learning process and student motivation which is very important in achieving a goal.
