Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahaui apakah Metode SAS efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak usia sekolah. Penelitian dengan metode eksperimen ini, Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keefektifan metode SAS dalam meningktakan kemampuan membaca pada anak usia sekolah. Penelitian penelitian eksperimen ini dengan desain eksperimen semu, one grup pretest postest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 anak usia sekolah adalah anak kelas 1 MI Nurul Hidayah Surabaya. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa metode SAS efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak MI Nurul Hidayah Surabaya

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the cooperative learning model in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MTsN 2 Sidoarjo and how Vygotsky's constructivist theory is applied in this context. Cooperative learning emphasizes collaboration among students to achieve common learning goals, while Vygotsky's constructivism highlights the importance of social interaction and scaffolding in the learning process. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, collecting data through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The findings show that cooperative learning has a positive impact on students' understanding and practice of Akidah Akhlak values, with social interactions in small groups helping students construct a more complex understanding of the material. The application of Vygotsky's constructivist theory is evident in the use of scaffolding by teachers to guide students in reaching the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), providing initial support that is gradually reduced as students gain independence. This study concludes that the cooperative learning model, supported by Vygotsky's constructivist principles, is effective in enhancing the quality of Akidah Akhlak education at MTsN 2 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the theory of information processing in Islamic Religious Education learning with a Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) approach, focusing on improving students' critical thinking abilities. The research method used is a qualitative approach through literature review, with data sources such as books, journals, theses, and documents related to the theory of information processing in PAI learning based on HOTS. Data collection techniques involve observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that the theory of information processing in PAI learning based on HOTS have three main principles, namely the utilization of students' prior knowledge, goal-oriented instructional design, and feedback provision. In addition, there were several stages in the theory of information processing, namely stimulus identification as perception, response selection as decision-making, and response programming as action. The implementation of the theory of information processing in PAI learning based on HOTS can be done by presenting challenging statements to students to express arguments and engage in critical thinking. The application of the HOTS approaches also benefits students in developing logical and creative thinking skills, enabling them to become intelligent and skilled individuals.
