Abstract

The Jamblang flower is a part of the plant that rarely gets attention in the process of exploring its properties. Jamblang flower is a part of the plant that is quite rich in antioxidant compounds. Antioxidants help protect the body's cells from oxidative damage and can help prevent various degenerative diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and premature aging. This study aimed to carry out a systematic review regarding the potential of Jamblang flowers (Syzygium cumini) in medicinal uses. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, EMBASE, Cochrane Libraries, and Google Scholar) regarding the potency of Jamblang flower (Syzygium cumini) in medicinal uses. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Jamblang flowers have interesting potential health benefits. The active compounds contained in Jamblang flowers, including antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and anticancer compounds, can provide health benefits for the body.

Abstract

Abstrak Tawas adalah garam rangkap sulfat aluminium sulfat,yang dipakai untuk menjernihkan air atau campuran bahan celup. Tawas memiliki ciri kristal putih gelap, tembus cahaya, bersifat menguatkan warna. Sedangkan soda abu adalah suatu zat padat ringan yang agak larut di dalam air dan biasanya mengandung 99,3 % Na2CO3. Kedua zat tersebut digunakan sebagai mordan dalam penggunaan zat warna Rhodamine B yang merupakan zat warna yang tidak mempunyai afinitas terhadap serat selulose, akan tetapi dengan penggunaan mordan, Rhodamine B dapat zat warna dapat diserap dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh jumlah tawas dan soda abu terhadap hasil pewarnaan pada biji buah melon dengan menggunakan zat warna Rhodamine B. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah jenis mordan yaitu tawas dan soda abu, dan jumlah mordan yaitu 0 gram,5 gram dan 10 gram. Variabel terikatnya adalah hasil pewarnaan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, yang diolah dengan metode analisis statistik anava ganda dengan bantuan SPSS 16 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan untuk perbedaan jumlah tawas dan soda abu dari aspek kerataan warna pada P=0,001 nilai mean tertinggi 3.4 dengan perbandingan tawas dan soda abu 10:0. Selain itu, ada pengaruh yang signifikan untuk perbedaan jumlah tawas dan soda abu dari aspek ketajaman warna dengan nilai P=0,011 mean tertinggi 3.36 dengan perbandingan tawas dan soda abu 10:5. Sedangkan untuk daya tahan luntur juga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk dengan nilai P=0,029 mean tertinggi 3.36 dengan perbandingan tawas dan soda abu 10:5. Kata Kunci: pewarnaan, tawas, soda abu, biji melon, rhodamine b. Abstract Alums are double sulfate salts of aluminum sulfate used to clarify water or dye mixture. Alums has properties dark white crystal, transparent, strengthen color. Baking soda is mild solid that slightly soluble in the water and often containing 99.3% Na2CO3. Both matter mentioned used as mordant in using of rhodamine B which is a pigment that has no affinity toward cellulose fiber, but by using mordant, rhodamine B will be absorbed well. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of alum quantity and baking soda toward result of coloration on melon seed using Rhodamine B pigment. Type of this research was experimental research. The independent variables in this research were of mordant, that were alum and baking soda, and quantity that were 0 gram, 5grams, and 10grams. It dependents variable was result of coloration. Data collecting technique used was observation, analyzed with two way anava statistic using SPSS 16 program with significance 0.05. Data analysis result stated that there was significant influence of difference alum and baking soda from aspect of color evenness with P=0.001, highest mean was 3.4 with proportion alum and baking soda 10:0. Beside that, there was significant influence of difference alum and baking soda from aspect of color sharpness with P=0.011, highest mean was 3.36 with proportion alum and baking soda 10:5. While for fade resistance there was significant influence for P=0.029, highest mean was 3.36 with proportion alum and baking soda 10:5. Keywords: coloration, alum, baking soda, melon seed,rhodamine b

Abstract

Abstract. The development of MSME-scale industries (Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises) is an effort to determine the achievement of the goal of increasing the welfareof people in rural areas. Human resources are a very valuable asset for everyorganization and make a major contribution to the organization because employees workand act to achieve organizational goals. The aims of this study are 1. To find out whetherthe recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income of MSME actors 2. To Knowthe constraints in recruiting casual daily workers. The method used is a literature studywith a descriptive exploratory approach. The population in this study is cracker SMEs inKrembung District, Sidoarjo. This study uses non-probability sampling, namelypurposive sampling with the provision that SMEs have freelance daily workers. It can beconcluded 1. That the recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income ofKrupuk Krembung Sidoarjo MSME actors by 10-15%, in this case Cracker MSME actorscan employ freelance workers in the production process to the product packing process2. Constraints faced by Krupuk MSME actors related to the recruitment of casual dailyworkers, namely the difficulty of finding casual daily workers, the available workers workregularly and are paid monthly.
