<![CDATA[The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has a fairly large impact on the operations of a company, one of which is affected by PT. Wahana Pendawa Bakti. This study aims to determine the effect of Supportive Leadership Style, Compensation and Competence on employee performance at PT. Wahana Pendawa Bakti. The distribution of the questionnaire was 71 respondents using google form. This research uses a quantitative study with multiple regression analysis method and uses the SPSS25 program. The results of the study show that the Supportive Leadership Style, Compensation, and Competence partially influence the performance of the employees of PT. Bakti Pendawa Wahana. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and leadership style on the performance of personnel at Kolinlamil. The research sample was 79 cholinlamil. The data test techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, determination test, multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of mean values. The result of the research shows that the work environment has an effect on performance and democratic leadership style has an effect on performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of ROA, NPL, Interest Rate on Stock Price. The population in this study are banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2020. The sample selection method used purposive sampling method and obtained the number of research samples as many as 19 companies with a total of 209 observational data. The data analysis method used in this study was panel regression analysis using Eviews version 9. The results showed that partially ROA affect the Stock Price, NPL do not affect the Stock Price, while Interest Rate affect the Stock Price.]]>

<![CDATA[World economic growth for two consecutive years continued to experience a slowdown, including Indonesia which experienced an economic contraction of up to 5.32% which had an impact on the tourism sector through important bussines sectors such as Travel Agent (PT XYZ) which also supports the tourism economy in Indonesia. This study was to determine the effect of training and work competence on employee performance at PT XYZ. There are still employees who lack the skills and competencies to meet their work needs, so PT XYZ must pay more attention to and maximaze the performance of its employees. This research is a quantitive research, distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents who are employees at PT. XYZ by using google forms.The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that training has an effect on employee performance. Work competence has an effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja secara simultan dan parsial, juga mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Penelitian menggunakan Upah Minimum Provinsi, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Jumlah Penduduk dan PDRB sebagai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kalimantan Selatan tahun 2010-2019. Model yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan sofware SPSS untuk mengolah data. Menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data time series selama sepuluh tahun. Hasil menunjukkan secara simultan keempat variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan. Secara parsial Upah Minimum Provinsi dan PDRB tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan juga Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh positif signifikan. Factor paling berpengaruh positif signifikan adalah Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explains the effect of product design and price fairness on purchase intention and their impact on purchasing decisions of Batik Sepiak Belitong. This research is quantitative research and uses a survey method by using a questionnaire to the respondents. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to 180 respondents which were then analyzed by using SPSS version 25.0. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The result of the main test (t-test) shows that product design and price fairness affect the purchase intention, while price fairness has no effect on purchase intention or purchasing decisions, then product design and purchase intention affect purchase decisions for Batik Sepiak Belitong.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk perception on student investment decisions in Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach through questionnaires with as many as 120 respondents taken as sample which is obtained by using non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. The research data is processed with SPSS, where the hypothesis is analyzed using t-test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy variable have a significant effect on investment decision, based on the t-test result which shows that t-count is higher in comparison to ttable (8,433>1,98045). Similarly, the risk perception variable have a significant effect on investment decision, which is shown by the higher tcount compared to t-table (2,319>1,98045).]]>

<![CDATA[The main purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of lifestyle and financial literacy on financial management. The method of this research is quantitative research. The population of this research are young workers in Jakarta with accidental sampling tehniques using 30 samples as a pre test and 135 samples as a main test. The analysis techniques use multiple regression, t test and F test. The result of t test showed that lifestyle and financial literacy partially affected on financial management. And the result of F test showed that lifestyle and financial literacy simultaneous affected on financial management.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, profitability, firm size, and growth opportunity on stock prices in automotive companies during 2009-2017. This study was performed by 13 automotive companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. This study has 8 companies. Data are analyzed using panel regression and hypothesis test (t statistic). The result showed that dividend policy does not affect the stock prices while profitability, firm size and growth opportunity had an effect on the stock price.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of EPS, ROE, growth opportunity, and firm size on capital structure in property & real estate companies in 2011-2016 which is listed in IDX. The data used in this study are secondary data published in IDX. The number of samples taken is 31 property & real estate companies that have passed the Purposive Sampling. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression that aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between two or more variables with the dependent variable. The result of this study shows that EPS and ROE do not affect the capital structure. Growth opportunity has a positive and significant influence on capital structure. SIZE has a negative but significant influence on capital structure. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh EPS, ROE, growth opportunity dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan di sektor properti & real estate di Indonesia pada tahun 2011-2016. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah data sekunder yang diterbitkan oleh IDX, dan juga situs- situs resmi yang memiliki validitas yang baik pada periode tahun 2011-2016. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 31 perusahaan properti & real estate yang telah melewati tahap Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian dengan model Fixed Effect menunjukkan EPS dan ROE tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Growth opportunity memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. SIZE memiliki pengaruh negatif tetapi signifikan terhadap struktur modal]]>
