Abstract

Government Regulation No.60 of 2014 on Village Funds sourced from the State Budget of Revenue and Expenditure designated for Villages used to finance the implementation of governance, development implementation, community development, and empowerment Community.Village Fund programs are implemented throughout the province in Indonesia, one of them is in North Sumatra Province. The implementation of the Village Fund Program begins in 2015 of which approximately 74,093 villages participated in the program. One village that got the Village Fund program is Huta Dame Village, North Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency.The Village Fund program raises a community response, which can be seen from three aspects, namely perception, attitude and participation.Considering this, of course the community will give different responses to the Village Fund program in Huta Dame Village.The research method used descriptive research, which is to create a comprehensive picture of how the community response to the Village Fundprogram in Huta Dame Village. This research was conducted in Huta Dame Village, North Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency with 30 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. While the analytical method used is descriptive, check the questionnaire of the respondents then look for the frequency and percentage arranged in single table forms are described quantitatively and using scales Likert to measure the variables.Based on data that has been collected and analyzed it can be concluded that the average Village Fund program received a positive response from the people of Huta Dame Village with a value of 0.59.Consisting of perceptions of value 0.71, attitude with value 0,77 and participation with value 0,31.

Abstract

Isu tentang anak saat ini sangat menarik di kalangan masyarakat. Pendidikan merupakan upaya yang terencana dalam proses pembimbingan dan pembelajaran bagi individu agar berkembang dan tumbuh menjadi manusia yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab, kreatif, berilmu, sehat, dan berakhlak mulia baik dilihat dari aspek jasmani maupun rohani. Dengan itu pendidikan formal saja tidaklah cukup untuk membentuk karakter anak. Masalah yang timbul terhadap anak rentan terhadap berperilaku menyimpang, kekerasan seksual maupun fisik. Penelitian ini sendiri ingin melihat Peran dan Upaya Yayasan Pendidikan Darussalam untuk Membangun Karakter dan Meningkatkan Kemampuan Anak Usia Dini. Dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. melalui penelitian ini ditemukan hasil mengenai pembentukan karakter pada anak usia dini di Yayasan Pendidikan Darussalam di Desa Paya Bakung dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber bahwa strategi dalam pembentukan karakter yang dilaksanakan di Yayasan Pendidikan Darussalam Desa Paya Bakung Kecamatan Hamparan Perak sudah berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil membentuk karakter anak usia dini.

Abstract

Great potential as a producer of Goldfish and Tilapia in the Haranggaol Village is very large, and the production of fish is very well known up to the city of Medan, each Goldfish buyer knows the quality of Goldfish originating from the Haranggaol Region and has a relatively high price (above average) (average price of goldfish from other regions), but the fish production can be developed further from economic value if obtained in other forms such as fish processing into fish nuggets which are still rarely carried out by the local community, by looking at the potential quantity and quality of fish in Haranggaol Village. used as a potential source of Social Welfare for the community, especially the wamad mamak (recitation of mothers) group who routinely conduct recitation in the Haranggaol Village.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the main subjects at every level of education that applies not only in Indonesia but also at any level of education throughout the world. Mathematics has become a scary thing for most children so that it is one of the causes of unsatisfactory learning achievement in mathematics. Children at the Washliyah Orphanage Lubuk Pakam, North Sumatra also feel that mathematics is a scary subject. Therefore, one of the objectives of the Field Work Practice I is to provide assistance to clients so that they can improve their mathematical skills, namely counting. The process of providing assistance was also carried out in the Field Work Practice I mini project activity, using the case work method through the general or general intervention stage consisting of Engagement Intake Contract, Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation, and Termination. The process of solving client problems is to introduce the Jarimatika arithmetic method. The goal of the program is successful, because the client can solve the problem.

Abstract

Interest in reading needs to be instilled and grown since children are small because interest in reading in children will not be formed by itself, but is strongly influenced by stimuli obtained from the child’s environment. Especially the interest in learning to read the Qur’an which is the main guideline for Muslims. Renewal in the world of education can be done by using technology in the sector supporting the learning process as an innovation in education. Several developed and developing countries utilize multimedia technology as a means of delivering learning materials. There are several roles of learning media, among others, learning will attract the attention of students so that it can lead to learning motivation and allow students to master learning objectives better. The purpose of this research is to increase the spirit of interest in learning the Qur’an in children at the Al-Jami’yatul Washliyah Orphanage. The intervention program is carried out using the Mezzo Intervention by Zastrow which consists of Engagement, Intake and Contract, Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation and Termination. The final results obtained are that children become more aware and understand in learning to read the Qur’an.

Abstract

A pandemic is a disease outbreak that appears simultaneously in various places. WHO said that a pandemic is a term used when an increase in disease transmission and the spread of a virus occurs suddenly and spreads in various countries and can affect many people. not only disturbing health, but also impacting the economic order of all countries. The impact of the pandemic on the economy can lead to low investor sentiment towards the market, which ultimately turns the market in a negative direction. It was also mentioned that the pandemic made economic growth slow down. This was triggered by the policy of social restrictions and regional quarantine. So that economic activity becomes hampered. The pandemic that has occurred since March 2020 has caused the economy to plummet that year. This can be seen from the growth of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) which was recorded -2.07% in 2020. In the previous year GDP still grew up to 5.02%. Not only the world economy experienced a decline, but also small traders felt it. a resident of the city of Tebing Tinggi who is a home-cooked rice seller who feels the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. To increase his income, the home-cooked rice seller also needs a solution, where the practitioner also provides a solution that will be offered. The stage used is the intervention stage at the micro level namely the stage of case work from Skidmore Thackeray and Farley in Adi (2005: 149) which consists of the research stage, the assessment stage, the intervention stage, and the termination stage.

Abstract

The tutoring program is a form of community service program in 2021 which aims to grow the ability of early childhood children to interest in learning homes. In addition, there is another goal, namely from the implementation of this program for students to be able to apply the knowledge and theory that has been obtained from the world of lectures in addition to the campus being able to show the public that students are able to emphasize the existence of universities that are able to create or produce future cadres of the nation who are capable of bring about change for the better in society. The target of this service is children in Maimun Saleh Village, Sukajaya District, Sabang City Regency. This program has the main goal, namely through the tutoring program, early childhood children can gain basic knowledge of reading and arithmetic such as how to calculate properly and correctly. This tutoring program lasts about 3 months, each meeting 3 times a week. From this program, it can be seen that before this activity the children were not fluent in reading, writing and counting. After this activity the children had very good reading, writing and counting skills.

Abstract

Education is a very important thing in human life. However, there are still some people who think that education is only the background of life. Where they just follow the flow of their education without remembering (even forgetting) and understanding the lessons learned. This also happened to one of the children in the Al-Jam Washliyah orphanage who needed help to improve his memory in lessons. In providing assistance through Praktkum I mini project activities, using the casework method through general or general intervention stages including: Engagement intake contract, assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of follow-up termination. Where this process is a problem-solving strategy given to the client, namely using the singing method which aims to improve the client's learning memory. And from this strategy the client is expected to develop the coveted and capabilities.

Abstract

Drawing is a means of expression, development of activities, depicting imagination and fantasy, which are very important in maintaining the development and growth of children’s creativity and productivity. Drawing is also one of the parts in seeking identity beacuse children feel they can be honest and independent from the demands that surround them. The purpose of this paper is as a result of the author's dedication in developing children's creative thinking at the Rumah Pintar YAFSI. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques by observation. In this casework activity, the writer took one of the children to help increase their creative potential through drawing and story telling. Children's abilities are not only measured by the limits of numbers and letters which have been the main focus in learning. Children's motor skills and imagination must also be included in the attention of learning.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, children are required to be able to learn the language of other countries in order to become their guide in exploring a world full of fierce competition from various directions in obtaining the necessities of life such as work, education, and so on. The language that is most recommended to be mastered is English, because English has been designated as a universal language that is commonly used to interact with people around the world. This activity was carried out with a comprehensive mentoring method for Rupin Yafsi's children through socializing the importance of using English in the era of globalization, using the Duolingo application, and testing out the learning achievements obtained after using the Duolingo application. The Intervention Program used in this practicum is the Mezzo Intervention by Zastrow which consists of; Preparation (with a Non-Directive Approach), Intake / Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Action Plan, Evaluation and Termination. The final output achieved from this activity is the increase in the digital literacy skills of Rupin Yafsi's children in utilizing digital learning applications that are very useful to increase their new knowledge and insights.
