<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the perspective of feminism in the economic welfare of women traders in the Sukawati Art Market, Gianyar. Economic welfare as seen from the use of income to meet needs. This type of research is a qualitative phenomenological approach to understand the essence of the experience of informants related to the phenomena experienced by women traders. As many as 8 informants explained things related to the economic welfare achieved by these women. The findings show that women traders have various reasons for running a business and maintaining a business that supports various needs. Women traders are also able to manage their income as traders in meeting health, education, consumption patterns, housing and social needs.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of economic principles for ketupat woven producers in Joanyar Village. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Observation activities include systematic recording of events, behavior, objects seen and other things needed to support the research being carried out. Interviews in this research were conducted with fifteen informants to ask questions regarding the implementation of economic principles by ketupat woven producers. Data was analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this research concluded that the economic principles that have been implemented by ketupat woven producers include sacrificing costs needed to get something, rational thinking, the market as a place for economic activities, and trade that benefits all parties. Implementing economic principles provides greater profits or results so that ketupat woven producers are able to use the profits to meet their daily needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the meaning of the rationality of the economic priority scale of women ketupat weavers in Joanyar Village, Buleleng. Each individual in the family tries to provide the necessities to maintain survival. Unlimited human needs and the many choices with limited means of satisfying needs require humans to have a rational attitude in determining various needs choices. Be rational in making choices that suit your life needs to avoid consumptive nature. The needs priority scale helps individuals make the best choice for themselves. This is interesting to study considering how complex the provision of needs is for each person. Qualitative method with a grounded research approach to explore social processes that occur in human interactions. Data was collected through interviews and observations with 10 informants regarding the rationality of the economic priority scale. The results of the research show that female ketupat weavers have reasons for determining the priority scale of needs, which are important and urgent in quadrant I.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of learning facility variables and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economics class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. The population in this study is grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. In this study, the sample to be used is all students in grade XI of SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada which totals 39 students. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The data in this study was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial hypothesis tests (t test) and simultaneous (F test). The results showed that: (1) Learning Facilities partially had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significant value of 0.001<0.05 (2) Learning Motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significant value of 0.011<0.05 (3) Learning Facilities and Learning Motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significant value of 0.000<0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 appeared in the Province of Bali from the beginning of 2020, causing the community to try to make adaptations. The purpose of this study is to determine the adaptation of product supply strategies during the pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. In this study using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The data has been collected, it is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, data obtained that there was an adaptation of the product supply strategy at the Sukawati Art Market in terms of products offered during the pandemic, in terms of sales techniques and in terms of follow-up when sales were completed.]]>

<![CDATA[The term "financial technology" (Fintech) is used to describe the application of innovative ICTs to the financial sector, namely to the processing of financial transactions and the promotion of new financial goods and services. Payment processing is just one of the many financial services that can be facilitated by fintech. Other examples include stock trading, financial regulation, funding and forecasting, and wealth management. In this study, we focus on fintech's application as a means of payment. The ability of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) actors to modify their activities, especially in the non-cash payment system, will be essential in the face of current technological improvements. Because the long-term success of the MSME sector could be jeopardized if industry actors do not execute the necessary reforms. As a corollary, MSME players will almost certainly be unable to compete with more developed enterprises in terms of sales transactions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of using Kahoot learning media on the learning outcomes of accounting basics significantly. This research design is a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study is 106 class X students majoring in Accounting and Financial Institutions in 2023/2024, with a total sample of 70 students divided into 2 groups, namely 35 experimental class students and 35 control class students. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in the study used study test results, interviews, and documents. The data were analyzed by paired sample t-test. The results of this study show that the use of Kahoot learning media has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the basics of accounting for grade X students majoring in Accounting and Financial Institutions at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.]]>
