Abstract

AbstrakDalam mewujudkan Visi dan Misi Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Sanglah Denpasar, peranan sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting demi menunjang kemajuan rumah sakit tersebut. Oleh karena itu sudah seharusnya sumber daya manusia yang ada diperlakukan secara adil dan layak dengan memberikan kesejahteraan melalui pemberian tunjangan atau fasilitas lainnya, sehingga mereka dapat menjadi tenaga kerja yang profesional dan disiplin serta mempunyai produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian yang dilakukan di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program kesejahteraan karyawan dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan RSUP Sanglah DenpasarAlat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Program Kesejahteraan Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap Peningkatan produktivitas kerja adalah Variabel Disiplin Kerja.Kata Kunci : Program Kesejahteraan Karyawan, Disiplin kerja, dan Produktivitas kerja

Abstract

This aims of this research is determine the insurance premium reserve for education with retrospective calculations and determine the premium reserves who acquired during the period of guarantee for insurance education. This research  observes the premium reserve for persons aged 40 years with a coverage period of 17 years. The secondary data used is an education insurance data product  from the insurance company that issued the insurance product. Premium reserve is determined by using the retrospective calculation, the calculation using the annuity value, net single premium value, net annual premiums, the value of net monthly premium, CSO 1980 mortality and fixed interest rate at 9%. Retrospective calculations produce a faster value backup  and sequentially in each year. The results showed that the premium reserve with retrospective calculation should be close up to the cash price owned by insurance company and must be the same at the end of the insurance period is Rp 7.000.000,00.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect profitability in mengwi district LPD which is observed based on productive assets, third party funds and company size for the 2019-2021 period. The population in this study was as many as 38 Village Credit Institutions in Mengwi District which had been recorded in the LPLPD of Badung Regency and the samples in this study used the purposive sampling method of 30 LPD with a total of 90 observations. Technical data analysis using multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study obtained that productive assets have a significant positive effect on profitability in lpd Mengwi District. Third-party funds have a significant positive effect on profitability in the Mengwi Subdistrict LPD. The size of the company has a positive effect on profitability in the Mengwi District LPD. Productive assets, third party funds and company size have a significant positive effect on the profitability of LPD Kecamtan Mengwi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation ability and market orientation on the business performance of catfish SMEs in Tabanan District during the pandemic. Innovation capability is measured through product innovation, process innovation, market innovation and service innovation, while company performance is measured through the perspective of sales growth, asset growth and profit growth. The population used was catfish SMEs in the Tabanan District which were still active during the pandemic and were obtained with a sample of 31 respondents. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using Smart PLS version 3. The results show that the ability to innovate positively affects the business performance of catfish SMEs in Tabanan District. Likewise, market orientation also affects the business performance of catfish SMEs in Tabanan District.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on the performance of women-owned Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Denpasar City. Focusing on 130 female entrepreneurs, the research utilizes partial least squares through SmartPLS 3. Findings reveal a positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurial leadership and business performance. Thus, a higher level of entrepreneurial leadership corresponds to enhanced business performance. These outcomes underscore the explanatory power of entrepreneurial leadership in influencing variations in MSMEs run by women in Denpasar City. The study recommends leadership training, emphasizing values like vision, human resource management, technology, and risk-taking, contributing to governmental initiatives. Moreover, it provides valuable insights for female-led MSMEs and the Denpasar City government to elevate business performance through effective entrepreneurial leadership.

Abstract

Prediction of student graduation plays an important role in college programs to help students stay high-achieving and graduate on time, as well as produce the best graduates. Information about the number of students graduating in college plays a significant role in decision-making through visual representation of data. This article aims to describe data on student graduation predictions in college through visual representation using Business Intelligence and Tableau tools with data from www.kaggle.com. The results of this research are presented in the form of a dashboard that includes GPA, academic achievement, organizational involvement, and gender in college, which can be used to support decision-making. Visualizing data through analysis using an interactive Tableau dashboard is expected to make information more engaging and easily understandable. Predicted students who graduate on time have adequate GPA, participate in campus activities, and are mostly male.

Abstract

The TikTok application contains various videos created by content creators. Content creators whose video content is watched a lot and has many followers are called influencers. Influencers with a large audience usually open services to advertise a product, with influencers the advertised product will be noticed by many people, so that people watching have an intention to buy the advertised product. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the tiktok marketing influencer on the emergence of purchase intentions from users of the tiktok. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique used in this study uses data collection techniques on various literature, as well as various reports related to research variables. This study uses data collected by observation techniques on the TikTok. Data was also collected using interview techniques, by interviewing a company that had used the services of an influencer, and interviewing users of the TikTok. This study obtained the results, the first company uses the services of influencers to introduce their products and generate purchase intentions. Second, consumers in making purchasing decisions will seek information about the products they will buy through influencers. Third, video content created by influencers can raise consumers' purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Pandemi Covid 19 terhadap kinerja sosial LPD. LPD sebagai lembaga keuangan berbasis adat dan budaya Bali, didirikan tidak hanya untuk mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi tetapi ada misi sosial. Untuk itu, penilaian kinerja LPD didasarkan pada aspek finasial dan non finansial. Kinerja non finansial dapat dilihat dari kinerja sosial LPD. Kinerja sosial LPD meliputi 1) tanggung jawab sosial LPD pada karyawan, 2) tanggung jawab sosial LPD pada nasabah dan 3) tanggung jawab sosial LPD pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di LPD Desa adat Penglatan, Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 berdampak baik terhadap kinerja sosial LPD. Artinya, tanggung jawab sosial LPD pada karyawan, pada nasabah dan pada masyarakat semakin meningkat di saat pandemi Covid 19. Ini menandakan bahwa LPD didirikan bukan saja untuk mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi tetapi untuk keselamatan, kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan bersama.

Abstract

This study examines the role of destination image in mediating the impact of service quality on tourists' purchasing decisions for Dolphin tour packages at Lovina Beach, North Bali. Fluctuations in tourist visits from 2019 to 2022 have affected the Dolphin Tour business, with poor service quality discouraging potential customers. This research employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, with 150 respondents who purchased Dolphin tour packages. Data collection was conducted through direct questionnaires, and analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via Smart PLS 3.0. The results indicate a significant direct and indirect effect of service quality on purchasing decisions through destination image. This suggests that improving service quality enhances the destination image, ultimately increasing tourist interest in purchasing Dolphin tour packages. The findings highlight the need for Dolphin tourism service providers to enhance service quality to attract more visitors and sustain the industry.
