Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study  was to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work loyalty to organizational citizenship behavior on employees’ performance at PT. HM Sampoerna TBK Baturaja Timur, South Sumatera.Metodh: This research used data from primary data collected directly from teh object under study using questionnaries. The analyses used are multiple linear analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the research from the t-test analysis show that partially job satisfaction and work loyalty significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Findings: The results of the F test show that job satisfaction and work loyalty simultaneously have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The magnitude of the determination coefficient (R Square) is 94.6% while the remaining 5.4% is influenced by other variables. The result of this research are expected to be used as suggestion, either for PT. HM Sampoerna TBK Baturaja Timur, South Sumatera to managing the company or by researchers futher.Originality: -Keywords: job satisfaction and work loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, job stress and motivation on employee performance at Departmen of Transportation Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. In conducting the analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. Based on data analysis and discussion partially leadership (X1) has an influence on employee performance (Y), with the results Tcount (7.549) > Ttable (2.06866), job stress(X2) has an influence on employee performance (Y), with the results of Tcount (5,115) > Ttable (2,06866), and motivation(X3) has an influence on employee performance (Y), with the results of Tcount (2,816) >Ttable (2,06866). Meanwhile, Simultaneously leadership, job stress and motivation on employee performance at Departmen of Transportation Ogan Komering Ulu Regency with the results Fcount (305.311) >Ftable (3.03). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is (0.972). This shows that the influence of leadership, job stress and motivation on employee performance at Departmen of Transportation Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, is 97.2% while the remaining 2.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study such as work involvement and work performance (Afandi, 2021:77).

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Minanga Ogan (PKS SEII ENAI MILL). The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance partially. The relationship between work discipline and employee performance is an effort to carry out work activities properly. Furthermore, the partial or t test shows that there is an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The relationship between job satisfaction and performance must be well executed. The better the job satisfaction, the better the employee performance. Simultaneously the two variables, namely work discipline and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Employee performance is greatly influenced by work discipline and job satisfaction so that employees have high productivity which will have an impact on improving employee performance so that company goals will be achieved.

Abstract

The study examined the influence of job satisfaction and work environment on employees’ performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri (Daya Motor) Baturaja Branch. The population for this study consisted of 32 respondents. The quantitative method was used, employing multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical tool. The analysis results indicated that the t-values for each variable, Job Satisfaction (X1) and Work Environment (X2), were 6.579 and 2.606, respectively. These values were greater than the critical t-value of 2.045, indicating that all variables had a significant influence on employees’ performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri (Daya Motor) Baturaja Branch. The calculated F-value of 124.612 was greater than the critical F-value of 3.33, suggesting that Job Satisfaction and Work Environment jointly had a significant influence on employees’ performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri (Daya Motor) Baturaja Branch. The coefficient of determination (R-squared) was 0.896, indicating that 89.6% of the employees’ performance (Y) could be explained by the variables Job Satisfaction (X1) and Work Environment (X2), while the remaining 10.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the obtained analysis results, it was concluded that neglecting job satisfaction and work environment would enhance employees’ performance at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri (Daya Motor) Baturaja Branch.
