This research is to aimed to analize the factors measured by CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), NPL (Non performing Loan), BOPO (operating expense to operating revenue ratio) and DPK (third party fund) that influence SMEs loan disbursement in Indonesian commercial banks that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 to 2012. There are 32 banking companies listed in IDX for period 2010-2012 which have been selected. The analyze technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is multiple regression. The result concluded that simultaneously CAR, ROA, NPL, BOPO and DPK influence the SMEs lending. Partially, DPK has positive significance influence to SMEs lending; meanwhile, CAR, ROA, NPL and BOPO have no significance influence to SMEs lending.Keywords : Lending, SMEs, CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), ROA (Retun On Asset), NPL (Non Performing Loan), BOPO (operating expense to operating revenue ratio), DPK (third party fund)

The objectives of this research is to analyze how the influence of the price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), inflation rate, exchange rate and the level of sales volume of palm oil (CPO) to the stock price on plantations producing palm oil (CPO) which is listed on the Stock effect of Indonesia in 2008-2012, the results of this study are expected to contribute in addition to researchers, practitioners and also the investors in helping them to determine the decision whether to sell, buy or hold their shares with respect to changes in the price the stock of palm oil plantations caused by changes in the price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), inflation rate, exchange rate and selling rate of palm oil. The data used is the publication of the Annual Report of each issuer and publication of the results of statistical IDX da also BI in 2008 until 2012. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with certain criteria. Obtained a total sample of 11 Producing Oil Palm Plantation Company (CPO) which is listed on the Stock Exchange during the period of observation is 2008-2012 The analysis technique used is multiple regression equation least squares fitted with the classical assumption of normality, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation heterocedasticity to get the model linear estimation is not biased. The hypothesis was tested using t-statistics to test the significance of the partial regression coefficients at 95 % level of significance. From the test results, there are two independent variables that have an influence on the stock price on plantations producing palm oil (CPO) are: Price CPO and Sales Volume, while the other two independent variables, namely inflation and the exchange rate has no significant effect on the stock price on plantations producing palm oil (CPO) which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2008-2012.Keywords: Crude Palm Oil (CPO), inflation, exchange rate and sales volume.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of underwriter reputation, firm size, firm age, profitability of the underpricing of shares in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2012.This study uses a sampling technique with certain criteria, and obtained 59 samples of 83 companies who signed up in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear analysis (Multiple Linear Regression) with SPSS version 16.0.From the results of the testing that has been done shows that the variable underwreiter reputation, profitability significant effect on underpricing. While the other variables have no significant effect on underpricingKeywords: Underpricing, underwriter reputation, firm size, firm age,profitability (ROA).

The aims of the research are to analyze the influence of control, labordiscipline, and education and training on customer service job performance. Population and sample 38 respondent. Data collecting is conducted by filling out some questionaire. Questionaire was structured in the from of likert scale. While the analysis tool use is descriptive analysis ang multiple linear regression analysis. There are two group of variable in this research. Those are independent variable which are control, labor discipline and education and training, and the other is dependent variable which is customer service job performance. This research result shown that partially variable of control, labor discipline and education and training have significant effect on performance, labor discipline is the most powerful variable affect job performance at PT. This research aim to test influence of Performance Company, Good Corporate Governance to Corporate Social Responsibility with Good Corporate Governance as moderating variable. Research data applies time series obtained from IDX Statistic, and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory) inscribed in BEI from time line 2009 to 2012. Population in this research is all company non financialand number of samples 52 companies by passing phase purposive sampling. Analysis technique used in this research is doubled linear regression to obtain picture that is totally about relation between variable one with other. And research applies application program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Statistics 21. Result is indicating that all variables influential positive to corporate social responsibility. And result of adjusted R square 91,1% which can influence corporate social responsibility at company non financial BEI.Keywords: Performance Company, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility

The tedency of user’s financial report are contained the profit of profit and loss report. In the meantime manager, appraised his performance based on the information of profit and loss report. Until the appearance of profit management. Income smoothing is profit fluctuation decrease year by year to transferring income from high revenues to the unfavorable period. As a consequence, financial report were presented to the users of financial report couldn’t relied. Examples of cases that occur as a result of income smoothing among others, the case overseas, namely System Software Associates, Inc. AAER No. 1285, occurred on 14 July, 2000. They recognize revenue on income that is not clear whether the product has been shipped or the customer received yet. Revenue section of the income statement. Recognize revenue unclear as revenue in the fall. So that recognizes the revenue earnings presented in the financial statements is relatively stable as in previous years so as to attract investors to invest their funds.The research’s result are the profitability and institutional ownership affects to the income smoothing. While the firm size and financial leverage doesn’t affect to the income smoothing. In order to test the effect of multiple linear regression test was used. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of each each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, to determine among the three independent variables in this study, which is the most dominant In order to test the effect of multiple linear regression test was used. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of each each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, to determine among the three independent variables in this study, which is the most dominant influence dependent variable. Effect of operating profit (X1), free cash flow (X2) and capital structure (X3) partially on the company's dividend policy outomative ie 0.000000008202 for operating profit, 0.00000000002353 for 5208 free cash flow and capital structure, the constant value of 25 350. Determinant coefficient (R2) showed 0334. As a suggestion in this study (1) for potential investors before investing should seek out the company profile because it involves the performance of the company. (2) Investors should pay attention to operating profit and capital structure of the company who have a significant effect on dividend policy. This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on discipline Tribune reporter Pekanbaru, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on productivity Tribune reporter Pekanbaru, and to analyze the effect on productivity discipline Tribune reporter Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all Tribune reporter that the 36 journalists plus 25 freelance journalists. So the sample size determined as 61 respondents. Thus, the entire population sampled with a sampling technique census conducted. To perform data analysis, data processing is done using path analysis (path analysis) using PASW statistics 18.0 for windows. Discipline is positioned as a moderating variable that connects between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The method is an extension of path analysis used multiple linear regression to estimate the causal relationship between the bariabel in the research model that builds on a strong theoretical foundation. The results reveal that it can be seen that the influence of organizational culture on discipline peneiltian obtained results that the organizational culture does not significantly influence the discipline of journalists at the newspaper stands pekanbaru. Means Hypothesis 1 was rejected. The influence of organizational culture on productivity journalist obtained the results that organizational culture significantly influence productivity tribune newspaper reporter in Pekanbaru. Means Hypothesis 2 is accepted. Organizational culture should especially for journalists who always worked outside the office can create a high level of honesty that news provided better quality. Honesty in the sense of actually looking for news and all the news that is deemed worthy of publication, to be published. Do not be influenced by the material in the form of bribery that the news is not published. Reporter further enhanced productivity by providing education and training to journalists in the form of journalistic training, especially for new reporters for news and more news writing quality and socially acceptable.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Discipline and Productivity
