Abstract

This research was conducted on 26 January to 16 February 2016 in Seberang Taluk village of Kuantan Tengah Subdistrict at Kuantan Singingi Regency in Riau Province. Its was aimed to  identify the factor of changes in household livelihood of fishermen in Indragiri watershead and to assess the changes of household livelihood of fishermen in Indragiri watershead as well as to determine the relationship of the factors influencing the change of livelihood. The method used by survey methods, households have changed fisherman fishing livelihoods by seeking in sectors other than fisheries. Based on the research results can be explained that fishermen livelihoods changes caused by internal factors and exsternal. The change of which occurred significantly from the preparatory phase to the growth phase, Characteristics with real changes of fishermen household the livelihoods are age which have relationship with income and with the job opportunities,  are age which have relationship relationships  with sanitation, and hygiene, and the outpouring of working  hours relationships with food consumption.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of fishery aquaculture development program, synergy development of aquaculture culture and to describe strategy of synergy of development of aquaculture fishery in Kampar regency. The research method used is field survey method with interview and questionnaire. The results showed that the implementation of the development of aquaculture reached 55.89% of the realization of the budget of Rp 57.595 billion, with the activity of 11 (eleven) activities / projects, in synergy fisheries development there are two aspects that must be synergized, management aspects (planning, organizing, controlling) and aspects of human resources, (regulation, budgeting, aperature resources), SWOT analysis shows that Kampar Regency has some power to exploit the big opportunities, for the strategy of synerginity of aquaculture development in the first quadrant (one) the government can utilize SO (Strengths-Opportunities).

Abstract

This research was conducted at Pondok Gurih Restaurant, Pekanbaru which aims to calculate the value of the willingness to pay of consumers and to analyze the factors that affect the willingness to pay of consumers for the purchase of catfish spicy acid. This research can be used as information material for the restaurant to improve the quality and facilities for consumer demand. The research method used is a survey method that used primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques through interviews. The sample in this study are consumers who eat at the restaurant and are willing to be interviewed. The number of respondents used in this study was 100 people. The data analysis method used in this research is logistic regression. The results showed that the average cost to be paid by consumers was IDR 87,410 with the lowest WTP value of IDR 40,000 and the highest was IDR 150,000. Then the variables that significantly affect the consumer's desire to pay are age, income, education, and product quality. The variables that did not have a significant effect were gender, service quality, and occupation. Suggestions for businesses are to continue to improve product quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) di Kota Pekanbaru melalui analisis SWOT. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah ketidakstabilan realisasi penerimaan PBB periode 2018–2024 yang seringkali tidak mencapai target, dengan potensi gap yang belum tergarap mencapai 61,3% pada tahun 2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 15 responden dari pejabat Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil analisis matriks IFE menunjukkan total skor 2,91, sedangkan matriks EFE menghasilkan skor 2,99. Berdasarkan koordinat (-0,15; 0,53), posisi organisasi berada pada Kuadran III yang merekomendasikan strategi turn-around (ubah strategi). Strategi utama yang diusulkan adalah Growth and Build melalui intensifikasi dan ekstensifikasi pajak. Langkah konkret meliputi digitalisasi pelayanan, pendataan objek pajak baru, pemanfaatan GIS untuk penyesuaian zona nilai tanah, serta penguatan koordinasi dengan perangkat RT/RW untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak.
